Great app allowing you to read anywhere anytime. I like to read in bed before going to sleep so having the app light up the Word is a great feature. So many features from word search to daily readings and planners. A great app to help you go deeper with Jesus.

Generally very good. Easy to navigate. It would be nice to have instructions on how to use it. I'm still not sure what the check (✔️) is for. Also the chapter subheadings don't render properly -- they are inserted in the last line of the previous verse.

Audio comes with the pronouncement, "slush". Rather confusing. Audio still comes with the reader inserting what sounds like, "slush" between lines and words. Seems the app is corrupted. The screen turns blue whenever I open it (without any inscriptions). I updated but it's still blank. Please fix my bug. Thanks

It has ads which can be distracting and it gets in the way. If you really want readers to spend time alone with God, then we shouldn't have to pay to remove ads. Also, I cannot highlight. If compared to You Version, you're no good. No stars for this version. You really can't get alone, undisturbed time with your ads flashing.

This app has a good user interface. I can quickly navigate to the testament, book and verse that I want to get to. I do have one complaint. Sometimes I come to the end of a verse but actually the last few words I read were a header. I would like very much for that to be addressed because headers are useful visual cues.

I love this Bible! You can highlight in different colors and underline part or whole verses. Then you can make a search and pull up all the things you've highlighted from a certain color, or underlined. You can make a checkmark at the bottom of a chapter to show you've read it and then it keeps track of what parts of the Bible you've read. You can also search for a word or phrase and it pops up with every verse that has that word or phrase. The ONLY thing I would change is the section titles. Th

I love this app. I am blind. I'm upset though when it had a update the print wasn't as large as it was when I could see it. Please update it with a no limit on font size. And other accessibilities please. I can't find any other app that has large print like this one. Please bring back really large print with variety of of sizes. Please thank you

I don't like that the headings among groups of verses are printed immediately after a verse on the same line instead of being separated and perhaps more boldly typed than the verses themselves. It's a little confusing, especially when reading aloud in Bible class. Also, when I am reading in a particular place and have to leave that to go to another Bible book, my place isn't saved as with other online NKJV versions. Other than these things, it is alright.

The one mane complaint that I have is (i'm not sure what it's called) the heading description for the next few paragraphs, please just get rid of those headers there just confusing. Other than that it's not bad, except when one goes into night mode, it doesn't do any good if the adds are blaring as brightly in your eyes as the noon day sun!

Theychanged it from the original version I had. You know the one that was simple and easy to use. Typical upgrade made it worse. Why can't you leave it alon Still it is not bad... They've made improvements.. I would like to see it linked to commentaries and also to Strong's concordance. .. somebody wasn't pay attention they took the subject headings and mashed them together with the scriptures. .... Makes it difficult to quote too when you copy and paste . So I chose another app. Uninstall

I started my journey with the King James version of the Bible. The New King James Version, for those who struggle with the old English language (the thee's & thou's), this version is so much easier to understand, especially for private reading, and study. More than that, it is a translation that faithfully interprets scripture, true to the original manuscripts, in a reliable way.

A good app except for a couple of things. 1- that square that pops up every time I start the audio and won't go away until I click "ok". It isn't necessary to start with. 2- I wish the verse that the audio is reading would be highlighted and stay highlighted on the verse it's reading. The tiny square works until I turn my phone (accidentally). I can't find where it was reading from. It seems to disappear.

Verses are all separate, not grouped into paragraphs. Adds are often present (but at least they are small and usually undistracting). Forces you to choose verse (this is minor). Headings are included as parts of the verse above and in the same form and font, leading to momentary confusion. Searching is good, saves the previous books you were reading in at the top if you like that. Good bible if you want to quickly look up a verse but not a very solid reader.

This is an easy-to-use, if slightly quirky, way to access the New King James version, which I find to be a comfortable read. Quirks: 1.) Yes, there are sometimes "sub-chapter" headings appended to the end of a verse. Easily ignored, doesn't cause confusion. 2.) Ads. I use every day, so paid for ad-free. 3.) The reading plans take some getting used to, but worth checking out!

The ability to adjust the font size/spacing is spot on. The rest of the features... Not so much . All I wanted to do was to highlight a small passage. I've wasted an hour trying- at first each verse was a separate entry, then they were highlighted, then only one was highlighted... Now I can't get rid of the folders or the highlights on one verse to be able to start over. Whatever boo-boo you make is permanently locked in, there seems to be no redemption from this problem.

The app works well. I like that it holds your place when you come back to it. It's pretty easy to read and navigate. Point two minor critiques. One is that it nags it to enable notifications every time you open it when i don't want notifications. Second is it doesn't separate chapter titles from the body of the text.

I came up on this app because I was forced to update the other app. I miss a lot of things about the other app. It kept track of all of the chapters and books I have read. Here, there's a buffer in the middle of almost every verse, "greater than less than" repeats. I'm trying to get use to this app, but I just need a chapter tracker. A male voice and stop the buffs

I rated this 3 stars due the added descriptions of the text. It is not part of the translation. They just describe what the verses are. It is annoying because it's just added in with the verses. If it was used as a heading, I wouldn't have a problem with it. I have the paid version and I also don't like that every time I open the app I get a pop up asking me to turn on reminders. I read daily so I don't need reminders plus it allows the app to run continuously in the background.

I love the App, I got a new phone and now the highlighting colors dont work, I loved using the highlighters because I could go back to my notes easily. I have an Samsung S25 Ultra, you would think highlighting would be updated to work. it worked perfectly with my note 8. Other than that I love it.

I like the simplicity and how easy to use this app is. Finding the verses is fast with a quick option to highlight, make a note, and save it in a folder you have created. One thing that I'm concerned is that if for any reason I have to reinstall the app I will lose all the work I have saved. Overall great application. Update on 5/20/2025: The app hasn't been working for few days. I am afraid if I delete it and reinstall it I will lose all my highlighted and bookmarked verses. I can't use it.
