The Nissan Motor Acceptance Company (NMAC) Finance Account Manager app allows an existing NMAC customer to manage their account on-the-go. From choosing your nearest dealership to scheduling your payment online, we are now your one-stop-shop.
 
To gain access to your account, NMAC account holders may either register or enter login information from an existing account registered on www.NissanFinance.com.

App never loads when trying to access. Completely broken product from NMAC. In this day and age, proper app support should be easy.

I've never had any issues until the last few days. I use the same login information everytime, it auto fills and never had an issue; I've even tried inputting my information manually. It now gives me an error that my login information is incorrect.

The main problem I have with the NMAC app is that it will not remember my login info when I open the app. So I, like a good slave, do not write down my passwords or login info that can be stolen, resulting in having to reset all my info so I can get logged in again just to pay my bill. A bit frustrating.

App interface is terrible now in comparison to the older version. Hard to navigate, information that was readily available is now seemingly hidden. Awful update. Way to reinvent the wheel into a square block.

This app hasn't worked properly in years. Usually after an update I get to use it once, sometimes twice( at the most), before it stops working again. At this point, this app is simply taking up unnecessary space on my phone. Time to uninstall.

Not very good. They need to improve the login experience. With this new update, when it's time to change your password, you get an error message and you can't continue no matter what you do. Since I don't know how it looks now once you've logged in, I have to judge it by how it was the last time I logged in. It wasn't very good, it looked like a website from 2009, and seems a little outdated.

The app is easy to navigate, and easy to set up. It has a clean UI, which I appreciate. My only gripe is that it doesn't allow for fingerprint log in like other banking apps do. I would love to see that added so I can stop remembering my password and let my fingerprint do all the work.

Glitched. Won't let me sign in. Called in 2x to reset password and it won't let me in even with the new ones. Garbage app. Shoulda stuck with Capital One.

Well at least you can log in now. Scheduled a payment on the website and then logged in to the app the next day and there was no evidence of the scheduled payment anywhere. To be fair, there wasn't any evidence of it on the website that day either, but it was definitely scheduled and went through as it should. App is slow to log in which I can deal with, but not having scheduled payments reflected after scheduling them is a bit scary. Especially after 24 hours!

Could us work on the responsiveness of the home screen iv made 2 payments that have gone through over a week ago and the home screen still says 0 payments even though other spots in the app say payment complete and emails say it's been completed

I've used this app for years to keep track of my Nissan account and never had an issue until about the last 6 months. For some stupid reason I've been blocked from my own account, have called several times to be unblocked and STILL cannot get in. This is not an issue of forgetting my password or user name. I have simply been locked out for no reason and it is extremely frustrating that no one seems to know how to stop this!

I have had my car for 7 months and have registered and set up my account and this app has NEVER ONCE loaded properly. It is a waste of storage. Today is May 15, the latest update was May 10. I've installed that with the so called bug fixes and it STILL DOESN'T WORK. I'm on super fast Wi-Fi on a 5G S24 ultra and the app won't load. 🙄

The app is terrible. The online support drops the charts if you change the page. The customer service is so rude. I had 1 say don't query about it every time I said I couldn't understand them. I asked a question, of course I want to know an answer. Couldn't update my address online, because the app was buggy, then the agents did it wrong 3 times. What a mess.

Used to work but now its just a waste of space. Every single time I try to log into the app it always shows the loading icon but never loads! I have to call to pay my monthly bill over the phone which they charge me more just to do! This app needs to be fixed asap and stop charging fees to pay over the phone when customers cannot log in to pay. Such horrible experience!

Cannot login to the app. When credentials are put in, it just says "please wait..." with a loading circle and never logs in. This has been this way for months, maybe even over a year, now even after updating the app today. The push to start app worked perfect and aesthetically pleasing unlike this plain login screen that doesn't let you get any further.

This app is not at all intuitive. My main goal was setting up automatic payments. Wasn't clear how to do that. Not easy to find in FAQs. Tried chat. Response repeatedly was that they didn't understand. Person on phone was helpful (sorry I was cranky by this point). Except I couldn't see everything she was telling me. I couldn't see the writing on the slide bar to accept payments. So also glitchy. Hopefully my automatic payments are all set up so I will never need this app again.

If you're having trouble falling asleep, this app will provide you the black wheel of death! No matter how many times you attempt a login, it spins a loading indicator! Devs needs to go! Just go to the site via mobile Chrome. At least that works! Galaxy Note 20 Ultra and it still doesn't work from the last time I tried back when the Note 8 came out. Get it together!

This app sucks! Do not waste your time or effort. If I could -I would leave no stars. It constantly crashes. Half the features don't work or take too much time to update and I am constantly getting kicked out and having to reset my password and even when I reset my password -I still cant log back in. It is not my devices. They are current and up to date. The application simply does not function correctly.
