I am using noise colour fit victor for past 10 months in parallel with noisefit app butnoff recent since past 1 month the data transfer is not happening. Have reset all data from the app to the colour fit band but nothing running smooth. Now the band is also not detecting.

Fails to connect with watch or vice versa. The steps you mentioned i have it performed, still when i leave my phone at home and wear the watch and go out, when i am back, the watch fails to connect back again to the phone, even though my other devices have no issues connecting to Bluetooth in the same exact situation above i mentioned

I am having so much problem while connecting my watch with my phone. If the watch is not connected to bluetooth, it is needed to be reset, delet the app and then connect again! I am having so much problem with it and no the video they provide does not help in any way! I am so frustrated 😭 Except this problem every thing is good!

Nice App pretty seamless and easy to use. Have just purchased a Noise origin Smart watch packed with features. Very light weight but found the strap a bit difficult to remove and replace. Very premium looking watch too and happy with my purchase. Please try to increase the Number of watch faces that can be stored in the watch.

Worst experience ever with this app and watch pairing process. After resetting the app, it initially paired with my watch successfully. However, once I disconnected the watch, it refused to pair again despite multiple attempts. I restarted both devices, checked Bluetooth settings, and even reset the app again, but nothing worked. This inconsistency is incredibly frustrating and renders the app unreliable. I rely on my watch for notifications and health tracking, making this issue unacceptable.

Very bad experience with Vortex Plus.. It is getting disconnected frequently. In order to use the app properly I have to reinstall and reset it in every 2 days. I am very disappointed with this app. I am a tech savvy guy.I am not going to recommend this to any buyers. It's been 1month and the aforementioned problem has not yet been solved.

Worst app.. sync doesn't work seamlessly even with all permissions allowed. I have been using this for more than 1 year and I have lost streaks more than 8-9 times due to connectivity issue of the app. Also suppose you go out on a night walk and leave the phone at home, the data covered before 12:00 midnight will kot be synced.. Worthless. Fast track app is way better.

Since last few updates my watch is not connecting. Whenever i turned off my bluetooth and restart it never connects back even after waiting for more than hour. Do i have to uninstall and reinstall app every morning to connect my device. This is pathetic and the app developers are not even have done proper testing and not checking on users problem as many have mentioned the same issue.

Failed to connect I'm using halo plus. First 2,3 months its working great but nowadays its failed to connect my watch to app, only sync working ok, but watch is not connected to app properly, its every time generated error like trying to connect, I'm very disappointed with this situation and if I'm not connect with my watch its difficult while driving and traveling to identify who's want to connect with you. Thanks

Sometimes it just stops sending notifications and also stops giving call alerts. And the worst part is the solution they give! Reset the watch, which will erase all the data and will make it like new. But then again after a few months starts giving the same problem. This has happened on multiple phones and thus is not a device issue. Not sure what is wrong but something needs to be changed and changed fast. And moreso, I am at 2x rewards, but many a times it gives me only 1x rewards.

Edited review: stopped using my origin watch bought 21st June 2014. After data lost issue and sync to app no support from Noise. Watch is reset automatically many times in a day so all my activities are lost. I went to Croma where I bought, they raised a ticket but it's closed saying incorrect details. I'm not using it and waiting for some support from Noise and/or Croma. Pls do not buy Noise Origin. It's expensive but not worth it.

I purchased in Mar'24, in starting it was good. Later it started disconnecting very often, and doesn't auto connect. Have tried to uninstall and install the ap, reset phone and watch but it is not supporting anything and doesn't connect. Have tried enabling all the features in mobile, but unfortunately doesn't work. Feeling very bad about the purchase.

One of the worst apps I have used. 1.It takes a terribly long time to load and pair with the phone 2. The ui is outdated and focus on features of the watch is badly planned. 3. The app bugs a lot. 4. Custom watchface options are terrible, you can't change the font and its size as advertised; in few options you can't see the date, let alone the battery and step counter. 5. the colour picker isn't available for font colour in custom watchface. 6. the sport swimming isn't available.

Hey, I bought your Noise Force Plus smartwatch, which is made of metal is impressive. It's looks very attractive with sporty looks, sports moods are also nice, its features impress me, but in build games and calculator, and voice assistant is not available, I hope you add in upcoming updates, But I tell you watch faces are very cool you should add more..... And also it's single chip bluetooth calling, so once i paired and it's working mic quality is great.. All over it's good, attractive,sporty.

It doesn't sync the data of previous day if I try to sync after 12 am. If you don't sync the data by 12 am, all the data is lost. To add to the problem, the device doesn't connect to the phone app with Bluetooth. I need to keep trying continuously for hours to get it connected. This has been a problem from 3 years. Very ridiculous that I am unable to view previous day data. Feels totally useless.

The app has a very good ui and interface and allowing to customize the watch faces is an amazing feature . since going around the world was a very big dream of mine the world clock feature to see about 5 of the place around the world helps a lot . syncing this to Google fit allows me to count my calories and even start.dieting. the goals and challenges in the app gave me a better way to lose weight.it also helped me by social connecting with people in the app. overall a great app

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my watch and its app. The data is inaccurate, particularly the step count. I walked 3,000 steps, but the watch recorded only 1,200. This feature was the primary reason for my purchase, as I can't always carry my phone. The app is also problematic. It displays a false battery level when I try to change the watch face, showing it to be below 20% when it's actually between 85-90%. These issues are frustrating and disappointing. I expect a higher level accuracy.

I'm currently using it with my new colorfit pro 5 max. Great application, awesome features. But (1) There's a bug in the DIY watchface customisation. The 4th style's 2nd font has inversed 'placements' when uploaded. Please fix it. (2) I also suggest to add an option to save the DIY watch faces. I can't always spend my time creating the old ones when I'm bored with the new ones. (3) And also please consider removing the preset watch faces and adding more of classic analog faces. Thank you!

One of the great App experience for a watch at this price section. I LOVED IT. The overall experience was great. However, the removal of the yearly data option has decreased my interest. Also, they need to have more watch face options. I am waiting for Noise to reinstate the yearly data option. This section motivates me to see how many steps have been completed in the year with a monthly comparison in one graph. Please get this back.

The noise app is wonderful. It has a great user interface but the things like 'NPL' etc, come across as too "extra." the app also takes multiple reloads to update the latest info on my watch. However, it is great to maintain, achieve and even excel beyond your fitness goals. And I like aman gupta😁
