The "nooie+" storage is a joke. I kept receiving notifications that my storage was almost full (I checked and wasn't even 1/4 full), but I started the 14 day free trial and all of my playback recordings disappeared, and now nothing is being saved due to "nooie+". I have someone watching my house/animals right now and I'm not happy that all of it is gone and it stopped saving new ones as soon as I started the trial. I absolutely do NOT recommend using their storage. Plan to switch cam brands.

This app and camera are TERRIBLE. If you enjoy staring at the Nooie logo flashing while your camera buffers, go ahead and buy this one. If you just bought one and are reading this during your refund period: return your camera! Even with high speed internet and a wifi repeater in the same room, these cameras buffer constantly and might as well just send a screenshot every few minutes. I wish I could get my money back, and I will never buy another Nooie product. Get out while you can!

Live audio and recorded audio playback don't work on any of my 6 devices. Customer service has "helped" me several times with no fix. Reset the cameras, reset the wifi, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, removed and readded the cameras, and even tried different wifi networks. They don't know what's wrong or how to fix it, nor will they refund or compensate in any way. Don't waste your money, buy literally any other camera out there. Edit: Already tried your recommendation, still not fixed.

Honestly the worst. Camera consistently goes out, disconnects and I have to manually restart the device each time. I REALLY wish I had went with another brand. I use this camera as a baby monitor and it's beyond frustrating to check in the middle of the night and see the Camera buffering for 20 min. The latest thing to go wrong is suddenly there's no sound. As soon as I'm able I'm replacing this, really dissatisfied with the product and the app.

This review is about the app itself and the playback services. The app has come a long way since I first started using Nooie cams, don't run into many bugs anymore. I have 24/7 recording, and sometimes when I go to play back stuff, whole sections of playback are missing and it will only show 1 frame, then skip ahead about a minute to another frame and so on. I've found that unplugging the camera to reboot it fixes it, but doesn't fix the recording that was ruined.

Please save yourself the time, stress, money.. and ho with a different product. The customer service is a joke, you can only contact them by email and it takes a few days to get a generic reponse. The camera likes to disconnect all the time, it goes offline constanstly, it won't show you activity from the camera making it a completely useless security camera doorbell. The app is a joke and constantly buggy. 🙃

Please please address the FONT of this app!!! It's so tiny and thin on a white background. It's so frustrating to use! DARK mode is needed too. Recordings access needs better controls, impossible to be precise. Most frustrating is only 1 device can be logged at once and only 1 owner can toggle on/off the cameras, spouse can only be a guest. I would NOT have bought 3 of these if I knew this! Complaints to CS will only get you canned "we need to know more" answers.

Used to recommend the camera and app but I'm done. It doesn't stay connected to wifi. It says it's offline or off when it's on and the wifi router is right next to it. When it does connect, the video is delayed and pauses a lot. It is not a Wifi problem. It is a Nooie camera problem. Not reliable. Not good video quality. More frustration than helpful. Would not recommend.

Cameras are cheap. That's nice. The app sucks. It sucks really bad. Why can't your stupid app open the camera view??? Sometimes the camera view loads in a second or less. Sometimes I wait forever. I close the app, re open it. Refresh the page. Force stop, re open. It's completely unreliable. The amount of times I've had to go up to my kids room because the camera view won't open... So dumb. I recommend another brand of camera/app. Don't know which bot just not this one.

This camera has great resolution but there are some bugs in the app/ consistency of it all working together. I had an issue, left a review, and the developer got it all working again. That was good but I don't feel like the app/ camera should have a many recurring issues as they seem to have, therefore only three stars. Also the camera's range of motion is strangely limited. (If mounted to your wall, you can only see the crib not any of the rest of the room. Design flaw?

I really enjoy this app and cameras. Lets me keep an eye on the family without much hassle. My one wish is the ability to set an automatic rotating/cycling feed between cameras. This is fairly common on baby monitors that are able to handle more than one camera so you can keep an eye on multiple kids without manually switching between them (often impossible at night). I know if this was added I'm not the only one that would find this incredibly useful and beneficial. For now, still a great app.

It is a good camera, but I can't set a schedule for notifications. It constantly blows up my phone and if I turn notifications off while baby isn't in the crib and then turn them back on, I have to delete the app and log back in to get notifications. I wish I would have went with a camera that has its own monitor instead of to my phone 🙄 Update. It stopped sending notifications all together. Went with a different brand.

Love that I can check on them without going up and down the stairs. The two-way audio is super helpful. Sudden/loud noises can be checked faster. Fights can be halted because we hear the argument that leads to one. Bedtime better because they know we can see if they get up to play (night vision camera). I was able to check on them from the mall 2-3 miles away. That brought me great relief. Four stars because of video/audio lag and night vision randomly turning on.

The new update made my cameras completely useless! I have the 360 and the wall perch one. The 360 keeps saying that I need to activate the loop system for my memory card or buy cloud storage. It's on loop! The worst part is it has sent me notices of low memory every two minutes for two days. I've just turned off the camera. The wall perch one is also having issues and won't tell me when there is movement anymore. I've reset, restarted, reprogrammed in every way possible. It's the app!

Camera clarity is good, when it actually works. I have to reset the camera, and reconnect almost every single day, because it'll randomly tell me incorrect password, although I've saved the log in information. When attempting to reconnect, it takes usually a few hours fiddling with it and attempt after attempt to reconnect. I get frustrated with it and try again the next day, usually to no avail. Would rather just trash it and buy something that'll stay connected.

Good Except for Constant Night Mode. I have turned the display settings to Auto and then Night Mode off, then back on to Auto to get color in the daytime every single day for the past month. I'll try factory resetting, but if it's going to continue it's a bit annoying. Other than that I enjoy the camera. There's a lag with audio, but not too bad. The quality of the image is pretty good, even in Night mode.

Doesnt support 5ghz routers, all my devices are bricked. Might as well throw them in the garbage now. They couldnt be bothered to include pictures of the devices, you must scroll through a list of a dozen obscure model numbers or find the box to try to re-pair. Just lazy, poorly designed, now obsolete devices. Stick with a brand you've heard of and retuen these if you can.

Great camera, excellent quality & easy to set up. Now the bad, the app is lackluster. My husband and I cannot be logged in under my credentials. If he goes in with my email it forces me out on my phone. So it doesn't have multi device capability. So to circumvent he tried creating an account but it failed to find the device. So only 1 device, 1 account per camera. Total turn off.

This app is very basic. We should be able to apply a theme to a group of bulbs. Also, there should be one adjustment for the brightness of all the bulbs in addition to the individual adjustments. By only allowing the customization and adjustments of one bulb at a time, you are making your customers work way too hard. To be honest, if I had known this app was so limited, I would have stuck with Philip Hue or tried another brand. I really hope you updat this app real soon or I'm gone.

So many bugs. Cameras won't turn on. Cameras won't turn off. Cameras won't connect. Always pretending like the internet connection is the problem when one out of three cameras works just fine. Terrible. Update... 4/25... For the cost of the cameras and everything you get for no money, it's pretty good. I think a recent update may have caused a few bugs, but hopefully they'll get that figured out and my rating can go up another star.
