I got in car accident, decided to press Noonlight to test out response time/accuracy in case of a more serious emergency. Not good people. I was on main road, easy to find. Flashers on. Maybe 15-20 minutes went by and I finally saw cops driving around neighborhood without lights/sirens looking for me, all confused because Noonlight gives them the nearest address apparently, when instead it should give coordinates or describe visually where you are on the map.

Potential to be amazing. Making a watch tile or a watchface customization option would make the app more accessible and quicker to activate from a device that's already accessible. Dangerous situations don't offer enough time to pull out a phone or scroll through my watch apps menu to activate it. Even offering a key chain fob for purchase to work with the app could really make this program a front runner in personal protection apps and services.

Thankfully, ive never had to use Noonlight. I can absolutely confirm that it is a great app to have though. I accidently set it off when I was fishing through my purse and to my horror realized I couldnt for the life of me remember my initial pin-code to plug in before the emergency call could be made. The responder, Karen, called me immediately and was very kind and assisted me with my pin reset. Sadly, I accidently set it off again, but was called immediatly regarding my safety. Thank you.

I have used this app three times already. What I would like to see is an option to receive text messages instead of phone calls during an emergency. I work at a hotel and someone broke into a room. I was outside the room when I pushed the Noonlight button. Then it shows on my screen that they are about to call me. So I had to quickly get away from the door so they wouldn't hear my phone. I don't know why but I expected more settings. This app is awesome just thought it would be more detailed.

Excellent app overall. Would be awesome to see a Widget for home screen so there would be no need to open the full app in emergency situations. But aside from that I like it's simplicity. Most apps get flooded with too many options instead of starting to the point. Great job!

Installed the app. Was asked to input my phone number to receive a text for verification and never received a text with a code to continue. Went back and double checked that I didn't mistype my number and hadn't. Exited the app and tried again, still never received a text. This seemed like a cool app but unfortunately there are major problems with it. For the record, I have a Google Pixel 6 Pro (Android).

I mean the purpose of this app is great but that's the only reason I gave it 2 stars. I showed the app to my friend and her ios app features so much more than the android version. She can make a timeline about where she will be and put in addresses and notes and add friends and emergency contacts. Pretty much all the Android version has is the button. Disappointing. I went into the play store to make sure I had the right app because hers was so different. Android people's lives matter too. 😫

This app is great. Tonight I had an experience of panic when someone was following me when I was driving. I swiped my phone and hit the button not meaning to. I got a call and I swiped ignore thinking it was someone else. I didnt want to be distracted. Turns out I activated the button and cops showed up. Thanks for the help. I at least got to report the vehicle. They made sure I was safe. Thanks Karen.

One of my favorite apps! Very smart and simple way to try and stay safe! Very easy to use just set a pin and when you feel unsafe you hold the button on the phone. When you get to a safe place you just let it go and type the pin in. If it isn't typed in within a few seconds, authorities are contacted and given your location. I recommend to literally everyone.

So, it definitely works. I'm at work with my phone in my back pocket and my phone decided to unlock itself. The noonlight app got tapped and opened. I'm suddenly being bombarded with texts and calls from an unknown number while I'm trying to help a customer. I was quickly able to inform the person calling that I'm ok and the app just opened by itself. Thankfully they had time to cancel the call to the cops, I'd hate to explain that to my boss. So yea, it definitely works.

Extremely disappointed that Android doesn't have the same functionality as the IOS version. I really could use those features but I don't get to have them because I'm on Android, which sucks :/ The app is still great, don't get me wrong, but I really feel snubbed and hope to see full functionality for everyone regardless of phone system.

THANK YOU! It's a great idea for it's intended purpose (solo walking, parking, etc) AND for ANY possible danger! I used it when I thought I was having a reaction to my new RX. Fortunately I didn't need help but if I passed out or seized and couldn't call 911.. help would have been on the way! Imagine the possibilities! Chest pains? Hold the button til they pass. Too dizzy? Hold the button in case you pass out. Choking/short breath can't talk? Button! So great on so many levels!! THANK YOU!! ❤❤❤❤

Hasn't been updated in over a year. Very disappointed with the Android version compared to the iOS version. May have to look for an alternative. They definitely seem to have abandoned the Android version and just leave it up to check a box which is a shame because I love the company. Would be 5 stars if the experience and features matched the iOS version.

So...I set it off accidentally unfortunately... BUT First responders were there immediately, I was called several times and texted to be checked on. Noonlight DEFINITELY is a life saving tool that would be optimal if you're in a bad situation where you don't have access to a phone or even are unable to speak or have the time to do that. Highly highly highly recommend it. Very kind and attentive staff and dedicated people to help you! Thank you Noonlight.

This app is an absolutely incredible tool for all humans to have. There are so many terrible things that could occur at any time, & alerting the authorities is at the tip of your finger. Sometimes situations require silence & thats why I like it so much, you can alert the authorities without making a sound.. This app is essential. It would definitely be nice if the android app was on par with the ios.. im hoping there are some changes ahead!

It's an absolutely amazing app both times I have accidentally set it off they called me multiple times, sent me texts, and were using my location and sending authorities to me. The dispatcher I spoke with was extremely kind and she said "as long as you're safe". You only need a 4 digit pin and you only need to hold the button down for literally a second and if you don't type your pin in a certain amount of time it assumes you need help. It's a great tool I recommend all women download it!

I haven't had to use this in case of an emergency yet, but I feel secure having it on my phone. I do wish, as many other Android users, I had the same features as iOS users. Another suggestion.. my Galaxy has an "SOS" feature which will activate the cameras and video. Perhaps this could do so as well, in the event that police are dispatched.

This app is awesome but I am disappointed that my android doesn't have near as many features as the IOS version does. I can't add anyone to my list for important contacts or really put anything about myself. Would love to see this app grow as I've shared with all my friends, especially those in college and big cities. I'm just slightly disappointed on my end. On the other hand I did gave my phone open in my pocket and accidentally alerted that I was in danger and they responded immediately!

Love the concept, but it only works if you're in a situation where you can safely hold down the button and have the screen open, which limits the potential use a lot. I couldn't use this while driving or moving much at all, or while someone was looking at my screen. Very easy to use and setup though, also completely free and has the right intentions from what I can tell, so I definitely have a lot more appreciation for this app than the other money-gimmicky ones out there!

This app is a life saver literally. The only thing I wish they'd have is an option to use without service. But there is always 911 that u don't need service for but the fact that you can write basically a time line and give a background on your situation I think is significant. They've responded pretty if ever an issue and I'm so grateful for this app! Thank you so much for being there for me in my times of distress and need.
