After latest update, app won't open. Also, my HSA account hasn't updated in two months. NM has missed the mark badly. STILL A ONE-STAR APP. Crashes every time I try to open it. Completely useless app. I guess I see where my fees *aren't* going!

Quick, easy, convenient, quick snap shot of ALLLLLLL MY FINANCES IN 1 SPOT! AMAZING! Investments, bank accounts, life insurance, and even goals my advisor set up are in there. I can actively see where I am at on my path for financial security and update it in real time with my accounts automatically. Truly incredible

Connecting multiple accounts to display balances in any one financial application is always tricky with all of the logins and authentications. Northwest Mutual app is no different, but everything is working and that actually says a lot.

they're quick to take your money but when trying to communicate, there's no record of you and after an hour and 2 minutes waiting on hold, I must stick with 1 star

Excellent, safe, secure free, method to bring your total financial status together under one easy to use application. Constant little improvements keep showing up which assures me that NML will continue to update and improve as perceived of value to its customers. I realize this must read like a paid endorsement, but after 60+ years with Northwestern Mutual Life as a customer, it's just fact.

the best financial app on the planet to go along with hands down the best financial firm on the planet. I'm able to connect all of my accounts to this one app and track everything, bank accounts, credit cards...etc The advisors are independent and don't force products down your throat. moreover they provide more of a holistic, comprehensive approach to financial planning.

Silliest app. Once finger print authentication is enabled, asks for login and password again!! Once we type in the credentials, prompts to "remember" for 60 days...only to get to this complete authentication circus the next day. App is slow...authentication navigation is horrible...UI is hopeless...zero stars for the app!! Please do some thing for these issues...

Almost every TUESDAY to SATURDAY morning by 8:00am EST I can access, in this one place, a current picture of my net worth, all the components that impact it, with analysis of changes 1 day, 5 day, 30 day, 6 month, a year, and since inception. Very reliable and reassuring to me as a retiree.

Can't get logged into the damn app or website without using a multi factor authentication. When you don't know which app to use and can't set one up without being logged in kind of poses a problem. Everytime I try to call it says they are closed even though it is within the hours specified on the website. Will be taking my money elsewhere.

I just spent close to an hour trying to connect a variety of accounts. Every time I authorized one, the application just looped back to the beginning without completing the connection. It was a complete waste of time. I guess I'll stick with Mint/CK even though it is pretty lousy now. At least it sort of works, unlike this app.

It's alright at the moment. I like the design and it seems to offer everything needed after switching from Mint, but there could be a lot of improvements on the layout of financial information and statistics, and a way to adjust transactions and improvement the systems automation to detect those transactions. It's missing several big transactions and I have no way to fix it.

Useful for tracking income and expenses. Honestly, Mint works better for that though. Account linking can be finicky, but that could be from the other party's side. I had other investment accounts linked and could see their transactions, but my investment accounts through Northwestern Mutual just show a balance. That's just silly. Visually it looks great, but functionally it leaves a lot to be desired. It would be nice if it broke out the billing by account in a summary view.

Logging in is a little excessive. Retinal scan, then a password, then a text pin to my phone, then another pin. Even if selecting remember my phone for 60 days. Yet it took me forever to figure out how to log out of the app. There's a lot of glitches. I would like the app if it wasn't so hard to log in and log out.

Very inconvienent. Enabling biometrics does not work. I have to login everytime regardless, which means I never get to look at the app because I don't keep my password book on me for safety reason. it would be amazing if biometrics actually worked every time I want to get on the app to see my porfolio.

created an account to avoid having to call and change beneficiary and app didn't work. it requested i log in every time I selected to "edit". having to call regardless
