The sole reason it isn't 1 star is because you can still use it to show your boarding pass... in my experience. Booking a flight was literally impossible because the app kept opening and closing the keyboard every milisecond. I had to go on their website to book my flight. Too buggy

The app is well built intuitively wise, but my god - editing dates when booking a ticket or filling out passport information is horrible. It drove me mad and i had to complete my reservation online. Date values zeroed down every time i jumped from day, to month to year. This is not a single case, it happens every time. Thats something that needs to be revisited by app developers. Other than that its super easy to use.

I travel with Norwegian several times a year and I am 100% satisfied with their service. The staff are always friendly and the aircraft are always very clean and on time.

Nice interface, but can't be trusted. The app showed the wrong gate info, and we could have missed our flight if we had trusted it. Thankfully we kept an eye on the departure boards. If you're going to provide info, it has to be reliable, or you may as well not bother. Also worth noting that the SMS updates also gave the wrong gate info :-(

So the airline is nice the app is **** now. Loses your forthcoming trip for hours after you use it to check in. Really?? C-mon fix it or destroy the app and start again. Fails all the user confidence tests. Get Pro like your air crew ffs Now the app thinks it's always 24th March 2024.

If I could give zero stars I would. Twice now I've been left at the gate without a ticket because the app crashed and wouldn't load anymore even after being closed. There used to be a feature where you could import the ticket into a more reliable Android wallet app. Why was this removed?? Absolutely furious. Thank you to Norwegian airport staff for being understanding, app developers get it together!!

It's a good app for booking and checking in to Norwegian flights but it lacks the feature where you can add your boarding pass to Google wallet. Other airlines offer this feature but not Norwegian. Please add this functionality so that your passengers can have a better experience. Also for some reason the app doesn't show delays which is frustrating.

Whenever I click add booking, the app crashes. I reinstalled it, but it still keeps crashing. There does not appear to be any way to check in in browser. So I suppose I will have to check in at the airport. When I flew Norwegian last time, before Covid, there was no such issue. PS: I have a Samsung Galaxy s9 edge without other issues, this is isolated to the Norwegian app. Other airline apps work fine.

The latest version is better. Except that it costs twice as much to book the cabin luggage in the app, than it does on line. It's a stupid new charge, but made worse by this error in the app!! Fix it. Almost never lets me check in nowadays. Doesn't automatically link with flights booked from the same account on line. Really frustrating. I travel every week and this app is making me of switching airline...

Wouldn't let me use rewards code for some reason. Tried many ways but still did not work. And not easy to contact them.

Infinity loading when trying to book a flight.Can't book trip. The booking tab now loads indefinitely on the new update 👎👎 Boarding pass qr code shows up blank. Rarely anything works on this heap of junk.

Website easy to use and good service from airline. I would have given a 5 star rating if I would have had the option of choosing my seats at time of check-in.

Could not figure out how to buy two tickets with different fare options. Back button in book a flight flow doesn't allow going back past the calendar. Continue reservation button sometimes needs multiple taps to register. Regular keyboard instead of a numpad for numeric input. Cramped payment terminal that might be problematic for uu. Anti-consumer layout that looks like it was deliberatly designed to confuse users to make them pay more.

App contains a lot of bugs and freezes. Very inconvenient to use, sometimes you can't buy a seat, if you've booked a ticket with third party agency or after check in. Also you can't choose English language of you are in Sweden and would like to see prices in the local currency. You can either choose English and eur or Swedish and sek, but not English and sek.

This company ALWAYS have issues. I have never boarded a norwegian plane that goes in the air the advertised hour. This has ended up costing me far more than it would cost me flying first class with ANY other company. I will never travel with this mess of an airline again. Their planes are the worst in the buissness btw, absolutely horrible experience for everyone involved.

It's already 2 years I am waiting for change here ... I am missing the ability to pick the currency of choice. The system forces me to use currencies fixed to app language settings. I use English in setting and would like to use NOK. Meanwhile, the app forces me to use EUR or GBP!!! One star only due to that stupidity in the design. Otherwise would be 4-5 stars.

The app works pretty decently but there's no option to save your personal information for future use which makes concurrent ticket purchases a bit tedious. Unrelated to the app, their baggage fees if your bag is over weight can cost more than the price of your ticket. At the time I'm writing this the allowed combined weight is 10kg for any ticket except their most expensive option. The thing that made me angry was that I was stopped as I was about to board the plane and forced to pay.
