I think this app falls far short of other local financial institution apps. Like others have indicated, functionality requires too many clicks or touches, the GUI is painfully non intuitive, and it drives me nuts that you cannot scroll quickly through a bunch of transactions but must go one page at a time. Ugh! Seems the developers are perhaps not actually using their own software... UI should be of utmost concern!!! I rarely log in because the app is so clunky and takes so long to do what I want. And that's sad, because in times like this I should be paying closer attention. I wish it were easier to set up ACH and bill pay from within the app: focus on improving that experience. It's great that you can originate a loan but seriously, how often do users actually need to do that??? If you haven't done functionality and usage studies, and developed according to the data, you'll continue to miss the mark. Pretty disappointing, imho, for an institution riding the brand identity of Notre Dame....

This new app is leaps and bounds better than what it was before. Everything works, nice security, and finger print scan. who cares if it is one more click, saves having to type user/password every time! Great App!

As with Jeff, can't open the app now. Tried clearing cache, restarted phone, uninstalled and then downloaded again, reinstalled...nope. bug. System report: developer needs to fix it. Kind of important for this to work!!!!

I set up the fingerprint to log on and my account was disabled. When I called to fix this they said they have to submit an IT ticket that will take 10 days to resolve. I just want a log on and I'm having to deal with all this hassle.

Not sure whats been going on the last 2 weeks or so but every time I try to use the app it says most of the actions are unavailable. I never had problems before, now I can not use the app when I need it, it is a huge issue when trying to run a business and to take care of my personal accounts.

For everyone having problems with the app after the recent update (12/5), what I did that fixed the problem that all of you are having, I went to the "app info" and cleared all data. After that, I was able to get back in and log into my account.

(2014) This app is somewhat decent, but overall disappointing. The deposit check function does not work, it cannot even recognize checks, and the username and password input don't work properly either. This needs a lot of work done to get it up to par. (5/29/24) - it's a lot better now.

ND digital services all seem to have temperamental authentication mechanisms. Certain services (e.g., automatic loan payments) aren't integrated into the customer portal and can only be accessed through a 3rd party login. After having attempted working with their mortgage department last year before going with an easier provider, I can also attest that this process is very sluggish. All in all, it has the "behind the times feel" like most businesses native to the South Bend area.

Terrible app. Too many steps to log in. people want to see the log in screen as the app is opened. What's the point of opening the app if you have to make an extra step for log in? The last version worked flawlessly with my phone. Now i cannot make a quick tranfer "continue" . I've just reinstalled the app. We'll see what happens. Im not optimistic. Lastly, the next time NDFCU decides to do maintenance, make sure it's during periods of low traffic. 8:00am on a weekday is completely unacceptabl

Have you guys figured out why the app is having connection issues? I've been getting the error msgs for a month now it seems! Update: this app has been terrible lately with NO feedback from developers/support. Now it just stares at me after I enter my log in info to get in... Uninstalling and reinstalling now...HELP!!!

manage my card never works unless I clear the cache. then it updated today and now I cant use it at all. this is ridiculous.

I felt like i needed to review this app because of all of the negative reviews. Ive had a few different online banking accounts and relating to apps ndfcu is by far one of thr best. I love how easy it is to transfer money between accounts and (unlimited) i know some credit unions limit you to 6 transfers a MONTH!!! Not with ndfcu, you can transfer money back and forth to accouts all day long.

newest update made the app unusable completely, i haven't signed in one since the update. I can't sign in, just times out or tries to load but never signs in.

App keeps on crashing, even after resetting the app through the app. Please fix or we are finding a new credit union. I suggest others that are having this issue do the same.

I used to love this app, but the card alerts stopped working a couple of updates ago - card shield was better. After the most recent update (8.21.25),I can't eventually log in with it. It just spins and spins. FIX THIS NOW!

This app has never been amazing but I was always able to at least use it unless an outage was happening. Since the Dec 5th update I can no longer use the app, it crashes immediately when opened, it doesn't even open the login screen, which has cause some serious financial issues for me this week. Disappointed and honestly considering changing institutions if this issue isn't resolved promptly.

The app won't connect to the "Manage My Cards" where you can control the spend limits and what types of transactions to allow or block. it just keeps circling and eventually just gives you a white screen. It also won't coonect you to the Dreampoints site to "activate" the bonus rewards. Otherwise, a great app.
