An error message pops up even on the latest upated version on home screen. Error Message : Use JsonReader.setlenient(true) to accept malformed JSON line 1 column 1 path $ i have some different error on information tab but that vanishes very quick and i cannot capture it, something realted to ssl. No customisation are done on my personal developer instance. Its in Newyork version and i was trying out this new mobile app features. The interface is good and is overall a nice app GUI wise.

Constant errors with not sensing touch screen, so the interface cannot be accessed. Sometimes restarting it works, usually it doesn't. The app being this unreliable is not acceptable for tasks that can have real life consequences (such as job check ins). This is on a Samsung S10+, a common mid-high range phone.

This app is actually bad, I cant use it more than once with out having to re install it, ill do my self assessment one day and the next day I come to open it none of the buttons are responsive at all, and even if I reinstall its still broken, so I end up having to restart my phone then reinstall the app every morning because this stupid app can't function properly for more than a day. This also doesn't happen with any other app so I doubt my phone is the cause of it

This App looks really good and I am excited to compare its functionality to the Win10 and Win11 experience! Just installed a few days ago.

This is probably the worst app that I have ever downloaded. I only installed it because this was required by my school. BUT IT NEVER WORKS!! The app freezes every time I try to use it. Utterly useless!! Have already reinstalled it twice, jumped through the hoops, and spun around several times... But no dice!!

I wasn't done typing, I needed to make a correction, but because they put the submit button close to the bottom line of where I was typing and I tried to place the cursor to make a correction it submitted an incomplete ticket. This needs to be rectified by putting the submit button farther down where it won't be hit inadvertently. As well, if there is something that I typed that I want to move it to a different section I cannot highlight the entire line. It only allows me to highlight one word

Does not prompt you for the account to use. I have several Azure accounts, and the application does not ask me which one to use. It uses one that I'm already signed in with, which happens to be an account in another tenant. That tenant does not have access to Service Now, so I cannot log in. This is a deal-breaker, it makes the mobile app completely unusable. Simply asking for the account to use would solve this problem.

FAR better than the old Classic app. As a ServiceNow developer, I was also pretty surprised with how little I had to configure it to make it work for my company. Well done! A possible enhancement I would like to see is the possibility of browsing knowledge bases instead of kb categories directly. I found it for catalogs (browsing catalogs first and then going into each one's categories) but I don't think the screen and configurations exist for knowledge bases.

I'm a student who recently started high school and this app was mandatory which makes sense. It didn't make sense to me at first but now it does. But recently, whenever I finish the screening the screen stays blank and nothing happens. Judging from all the bad reviews they shouldn't make this mandatory. This app is not the best quality and has a lot of bugs and I shouldn't be late to class because an app refuses to work. This app has confused and caused way too many conflicts in itself

For an app that is essential to the public..it is awful. First of all, the app is big for just a small purpose. Second, I couldn't even sign in and I am stuck at the very first page. I have just recently installed it and I can't even get in. I've experience using this app before a few weeks ago and there were bugs like I couldn't tick on the answers. I tried many ways like reinstalling and restarting my phone but nothing changed.

ive had the app for a matter of minutes and i have already found so many issues. for example, upon logging in, I got the prompt saying "successfully logged out" and the app froze so I had to restart it. there's also no way to have the QR code display without wifi, so i would have to screenshot it, taking up the already limited space on my device. I was already skeptical at seeing the low rating this app has, and now I know it wasn't just kids trying to get the app kicked off the play store.

Edit: 24 hours later I finally could log in. Mostly Frustration since having to use this for work. It worked for a couple weeks following several weeks of glitches and errors. Then came today. I've uninstalled and reinstalled several times today alone. I even did a factory data reset on my phone. Still, I cannot log in. It does not respond to screen touch. I've sent a message to our IT department about all the headache I have had with it but for now it is about as useful as a brick to me.

This app does not support older phones. My phone being from 2017 I can download the app but it keeps giving an error saying "this version of the mobile app doesn't work with this instance" My company changed to this app and now I cant sing in/out of work or see my pay stubs or anything really. Another Fail decision made from big corporations....

As a simple boots on the ground service desk analyst, this app has no useful features. It's easier for me to just sign in on a mobile web browser, as at least there I have access to my favourites and filters so I can actually see what incidents I'm assigned. On this Now Mobile app, "My Requests" shows an unsortable and unfilterable mashup of incidents that I might have had some involvement in at some point. Bring back the Classic app... "Remove friction from work"? More like "Remove traction"

keeps getting invalid password even it is correct on browser geo location is always on even if you restrict the app. Listview not working. Multirow textbox css is different from the regular form. Ticket gui is scroll to the right?

I'm not able to use the app on Android (Samsung galaxy s10 w/latest software update). First time using it after logging in, it works pretty well. However after going to another app and back or closing it, the app doesn't work at all. I am unable to tap on anything in the navigation bar nor the applets. I have to uninstall it.This is with a PDI on Paris release as well. Does not seem to have the same issue on iPad mini 4 on version 13.3.1. I am still able to return to the app and keep working.
