Worst app ever can't access my account and when i contact your customer service they say its blacklisted and you don't answer your emails. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use your app ever again

I think it's a nice app though I have not yet used it and the reason is that they are failing to send me the code and am already exhausted from waiting. Can You please send me the code!!!

Don't recommend ! Awful worse of time ! I need solution to my transfers and this app says that I entered my phone number incorrectly and need to check my phone number. What the ... ? You can't buy customers by visual effects !

I have sent some money to india for an emergency purpose on 3rd September 12.30am and it's almost 72 hours passed still showing processing. And for the clarification i chatted with a customer care executive and they had a very bad attitude. They don't know how to speak with a customer.. now my money is trapped in your processing service.

It deserves 5 stars because of its good service,low transfer fees and the thing that it always has high currency rate than the others is very satisfying ☺️ but i hope all employee who has now money account like myself can also deposit cash, its a waste that only companies can do that.😔

I downloaded this now,i check the services it is easy and helpful and so excited for deposit money. But when I read the common questions there's no option for deposit in this account. This is useless.

The new update is very bad. Also, the new version does not work on my and my friends' phones. At first I thought it was a problem with my phone but I knew that others had the same situation as me. Hope every problem is fixed and new update coming..

Thanks for your services At first things were okay but the exchange rates are nolonger favourable. Before now money to now money was free but now u people are charging . I think u should improve in weak areas. I want to thank the person who handles customer help line,thanks for your time that u always give to clients. On the network issue, atleast now you people improved.

Hmm I have lost trust in this up,since last two weeks the live rate for Ghana is 3.99 but when you are sending money it will change from 3.99 to 3.76,so meaning you are deceiving us with the live rate and that's very bad,the live rate should be the same if you are sending buh it changes and get me loose trust each and every day,if it a technical problem kindly fix or rather change the 3.99 to 3.76 because 3.76 is the actual rate instead of you putting in your page 3.99

Worst app, despite paying our salary advances on time the app randomly blocks the salary advance feature. And when we ask the customer service they either don't reply or tell us that it is a automatic renewal feature .... 😡😡 my suggestion would don't run a online banking system if you are not willing to help us. THIS THE FIRST BANKING APP IN THE WORLD WHERE CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT HELP CUSTOMERS .. PATHETIC 👿

Your safety precautions could not be implemented, money disappeared from the account on contacting your customer service help could not tell how it happened for assistance. Worst ever used

This App is so user friendly . I never seen any App to open with multiple languages and i felt more comfortable to view this app with my local language. Fast and secured to transfer money to back home. To complete my registration hardly took 5 mins for 3 step process. Highly recommend this app for all..

Ever since I downloaded this application from Google play.i have saved time . I nolonger move physically to Exchanges. It easy,fast and safe. Not forgetting affordable charges. If possible you can add option of recharging data in different countries Saudi, Bahrain, Qatar,Oman. Thank you.

Very useless service. Enter any number, OTP does not come. All the work on mobile is being done from internet and one is now money is useless. Service is not good in any way. Support agent has only call option. And they are not international either. They do not have enough experience to have a chat option for global work because there are many other languages spoken in the world. Not everyone can express their issues on a call.

This app used to be great but had been having issues since the 20th. Before, when i need to access, i just do the biometric and it will give me my acct details but now, app continuously crashes. It asks me each time to put my mobile#, validate otp,enter the password,set up biometric and after 2mins,it will log me off again and i would have to do the same thing. I have 2phones and same happens even if i access from another device. Pls fix this. Its getting annoying. Thanks

A very bad experience to use this bank provider! I lost my ATM card and I card replacement since Monday, and they said it will take time 7 days working time. And I keep waiting for 7 days and finally the time it's coming 7 days still my card not coming on Tuesday 16 July I call the customer service it took 8 minutes to get the call with the customer service, and they will said it will come by today 17 july morning or afternoon. Then today 17 completely 7 days they said tomorrow again
