Good service, actually excellent but you sometimes don't get charged for the same amount you bought, I'd guess 30% of the time you need to get them to correct something, which they are good at correction but it's a hassle. The actual app is slow and lags especially when buying multiple of 1 item. Sometimes you can keep a filled basket other times not

Couldn't register as app crashes when giving first name... Tried multiple times but couldn't resister for a profile. Edit: Suggestion doesn't work...still not able to set first/last name...app crashed

The app, untrue app tracking showing out for delivery when store hasn't even processed the order to mislead customers, missing items, parrot-like agents that make excuses, awful service, ridiculous timing, modify your order without allowing any substitution even when there are definitely many other options to choose from then simply debit your account, increasing delivery and packaging fees, apparently NO minimum order amounts, lies, everything they claim to be is UNTRUE! Pathetic!

last 3 orders delivered to the wrong place. Tickets get logged with support, but never resolved. Service becomes usless as takes hours to resolve and still no goods

Worst grocery app .The tracking seems like a joke.Ordered grocery and even though the delivery time is bit high comparatively.But even after 90 mins they don't know where the orders are and the agents are saying different things

All I can say is that this is the worst app ever. No wonder noon made this app. It explains why its extremely bad. I found 2 hairs on the icecream I bought and they are refusing to refund me. I've been waiting for 10 days and they still dont call.

The worset ever, 80-90% of the time you don't get your order complete specially your main needed iteams, and the worst part is time wasted and even you canceled the order they still get the delivery and the service fees, AMAZING RIGHT?!!!

Very bad service after waiting for my delivery for 3 hours they cancelled saying technical issue You're sending us discount code to use it and when ibused it you cancel the order???? What kind of service is that????

What a bad app!!! I have been ordering couple of times and half the things get canceled.If item is not there why do you even display it..There is no call for substitution..If 10 items are ordered, 5 gets cancelled..I am paying a fee for the delivery ..Such a scam..

The app is slow, does not respond quickly when you select items. I have had 3 experiences when the order was paid for and not delivered. Customer support team were not helpful in processing my complaint either.

They marked my order delivered and when I contacted customer service, they wasted my 30 minutes and told me relevant department with escalate the issue. I waited for 2 hours and still didn't get any update. Would have given them zero star if possible.

I have ordered from viva through now now, surprisingly i have received half the items and they deducted the full amount, and they took 60 Dhs extra, for the last 2 weeks iam trying to follow up but they have the worst customer service they just keep ignoring me despite showing them the receipt and invoice showing the difference amount of 60 Dhs. I think this is steeling! I have never faced such a bad App and customer service like this !!

One of the worst delivery apps in the UAE. Tracking is completely untrue, and the agents have no idea what is happening with your order. Repeating themselves, sounds just like ChatGPT. Closing chats while issues are still happening, running away from problems! Delivery times are dishonest. Never had an order delivered close to estimated. Always hours late. Drivers on the other side of Dubai, for a local order. Could have walked there myself!

Worst delivery app ever, I used to have even new W mart they took time to call me if an item is missing. This app doesn't they send you messages to which you cannot reply, propose replacement to your order that you are unable to find and put them as out of stock. If an item is out of stock what is even the point of putting it in the website???? Now for their mistake I need to pay 14 aed to replace what Now Now has missed that was just 6aed . Worst App ever for shopping Do not waste your Time

NowNow has the worst delivery service. Never had an order with them complete with all the items. Very poor customer service. Very poor in handling customer complaint. One time, I placed an order and didn't receive one of the items, at first we were told to wait 5 hours, then they told me that I already received it and the customer service agent hung up the phone while I'm still talking.
