Sorenson app sucks for mobile! It never shows flasher, it never updates calls, it never shows video messages immediately. I had to reboot all the time to get update calls!! Sucks!

Lousy interpeter serivce, lack of patience and misunderstood too much. Always waste my time for try to make a call. Again happen still misunderstand. This app is really suck already. I'm no longer using app and uninstalled. I'll never come back to sorenson communicate service ever.

I can't believe to Tech Support by IrishPam56.K, she has problems, be mind to turn on Sorensen, log in; see top: Search contacts and places, look at the right side of 3 dots, click it; Settings, click it then which she want flasher & how many rings!

My phone have no issue. My mobile data is fine. But still cant get ANY of incoming calls at all. And im expecting few VERY important calls. This app is unreliable.

My ntouch has problem trouble not work to call anyone but show say "you are still logged in and please try again later" why ntouch has problem trouble devices androids. I was talking to Cricket show say my network cellphone doing great good work devices great good work. Why only most point one problem of ntouch VRS androids Please help me fix will help work with Androids devices for ntouch because ntouch VRS state told me say this state has free Deaf support free no cost because I am Deaf ADA.

Phone does not ring!!! When someone is calling, phone does not wake up like it used to. No notification until after missed call. We deaf people miss enough in life, we don't need to miss important calls! Fix it pls.

I'm struggling with the ntouch vp in my cell phone and trying to call them and it won't work out. Because the connection is lost. I did download this app. The call failed and I can't call them. I need help with it.

I am very struggling badly video outside anywhere communication try to get signal with LTE, not enough still lousy video interpreter can't see me and really bad video, not quality! Frustration all time! Need fixing prove it!

You really need to fix this app because it kept crashing EVERY time I try to call and I am NOT getting any calls notification like flashing light to let me know when someone calls me. Or calls one ring hangs up... this is my only the ONLY phone I need to use. Please fix it or I will uninstall it and go to different provider. I am really tired of this crashing problems even it pops up says the ntouch is not working. I had to force stop it in order to work. Now please consider to fix this app. I am totally frustrating right now.

It doesn't ring or notify me someone calling, most calls go straight to video mail. I get notification at time only when I open the app. When making VCO calls I cant use my headphone,it plays sound through the actual speaker ,not headphones so there's no privacy to my calls.Also I have a steady 1 as for notification but when I open the app theres no notification.

This is one of my favorites, the best of communications, if that made my life easier to communicate to anyone, who can talk, type back, without a misunderstandings, Interpect wrong words? I am tired of repeatedly, mistakes, getting into trouble! This'll be a good idea to have to, at least, it's worth a try, lol!

Works great on my old HTC m9+ plus (Android 6.0) for the 1st time, app 9.3.4.73. The only problem is in VCOs (voice carry over) over wifi & 4G network. SVRS operator said she can hear my voice but the words were dropping out. She can hear the voice of the hearing person at the other end but the sound were muffled. The live video relay picture were slightly out of sync or jerking at times. My wifi router is about 30 feet away from me. I ll call 611 to have tech support resolve this hopefully.

i expect this to be easy and smooth app but there are alot of an isssues as freezing, disconnecting while making a call, talking with third party, black screen while interpeters can't see me, too much slow motion freezing on the screen if even full four bars and few problem inside app when it s uninstall and reinstall when technically support said it should be nothing s wrong. i appreciate this if engineering support can fix an issues..

In the past before all those unnecessary updated app, I could always use VCO on this app until several updated app later, I now have to turn on the microphone manually. And during the VCO call, (about 5 minutes into the call) the microphone for this app quit working. In the past, I had set up VCO and it always automatically by itself. Now it doesn't. I hate it. Bring back the original configuration for VCO of this app...

Hey, I received my new replacement phone name is Moto called tried to set up in soresonson apps isn't working That's y it doesn't work out with flashlights under double in the back to change login/login out password when I tried to called my SVRS relay service, doctor's appointment & any friends on VP chat video can't make it to through blanks on my mobile phone need to fixed the Sorenson's problem it was Almost one week or more. Thank you for your appreciated. ***Fixed the problem with SVRS**

It only works through wifi. That's the worse part. I needed to call someone without using wifi in case of a emergency. When calling without wifi it freezes and doesn't even work. I can see the interpreter fine but they cannot see me based without wifi. When using DUO, we had no problems. But with using ntouch isn't good to use for emergency purposes without wifi. Please fix it!!! Given a star rate. 2.5.

It used to be great for a while way back. Now for few years it doesn't always ring. Had tech support many times. It worked only when tech tested it but other than tech, it doesn't always work. I often missed the calls!! As of 7/31/23 It's still has problems. Didn't solve problem. Still missing calls even though ALL apps were closed. Still don't receive incoming calls. Very frustrating!
