WHAT AM I PAYING FOR! WORKED UNTIL IT DIDN'T ANYMORE. BIG RED BAR SAYING "ERROR: FINDING BASKETS"?! ON BOTH MOBILE WEBSITE AND THIS WEBSITE PORTED TO AN "APP." REALLY REGRETTING THIS.

This app doesnt work anymore. I can't see my account no matter what I click. Just keeps taking me to the homepage.

Numberbarn is a "tricky" company. Your purchase is not guaranteed. Numberbarn will take your money and steal back your purchase then ignore your emails. I strongly do not reccommend! Buyer Beware!!!!

i can't download or playback voice messages on the app. Isn't that is the purpose of the app? Customer support says they respond in 24 hours. That was weeks ago and still no solution!

Lately i cant text very long text. If its longer than say 10 words, it freaks out and the app freezes. Almost unuseable.works good on the pc

Excellent service! Easy basic app to use but notifications of incoming texts and interactive widgets would take it to the next level. 💛

Great core service but the app is completely useless. No notifications for texts, and no access to contacts to make outgoing calls.

Easy way to find voip, local, vanity, and toll-free phone numbers. Upgrade features the ability to create phone tree, and menu.

Does not integrate with Contacts. Outbound calls are absurdly cumbersome. Does not transcribe voicemails. Does not notify. Basically this app is worse than Google Voice in every regard.

They were very patient with the challenges of confirming my move from my previous provider. I've used number barn twice and both experiences have been positive.

App no longer works.... sometimes will start working again but mostly does not load anything... has worked for a year, no updates for a few months, and app breaks without warning or any notice

I really wanted to like this app but the alerts don't show up on the app or your phone. You literally have to check email. No notification option either for your phone. Complete waste.

You have a great business model and customer service but I don't know why your app is subpar :( No notifications, phone calls are a plane nightmare because the call is disrupted if you don't keep the screen active, phone calls echo, cannot copy and paste a phone number in, contacts do not populate and now I'm getting tired of typing so we can start with those.

This product is not an App. It's just the website wrapped in an App. The performance is slow and the user interface is clunky and not terribly intuitive because it's just a webpage. Downloaded the app but won't be using it as email notifications is actually more useful since there are no notifications from the app regarding calls or text. I just ported my number in but I'll be looking at other options.

Number Barn itself is great, very useful and the best pricing (at the time), so I had to add a star for that. This app though...it's literally just the website stuffed in a box, and its just as clunky to use for any features beyond staring at your account settings (carrier services like call and text). I guess it's fine though; after all, they are just a very inexpensive & very specific service, which is not obligated to include a fancy...uhh..."app" by any means.
