I like the game, however when it becomes to complicated and impossible to pass a level without purchase I delete the game and find a new one. you make enough money from ads. GTFOH

was fun. I saved up and bought the automatic ac and automatic bed cleaner, played 3 games and it says I bought it but is not active. what? I buy it but it doesn't work not I lose rounds and lose buffs....terrible

One of the best time management games there is! I've played a ton of these and yours really is the best. We actually get rewards and other gifts without paying for them. We can watch ads for extra points. Really, a great game. Thanks y'all!!!

8 patients in 25 seconds and it takes 8+ seconds for patients to appear when Drs are level 3 is BONKERS. Rio map is ROUGH. Lots of glitchy items reveal telling me it is a recommended upgrade but unselectable. Telling me I am losing a patient when none were there to drag to a bed. It's real iffy!

Game was nice for a few hours, with a tolerable amount of commercials when you wanted more gold, but after the first 40lvls, you get commercials after each level which is annoying. Costs 3€ to remove them, but you still need to watch when you need the extra gold, so not sure it's worth it.

The game starts out easy. But as the other players have written as you progress it becomes difficult to play. You get stuck at a level,getting coins to upgrade items is difficult. I'm stuck at a level for a week and I've given up.

Got to level 4 in Kyoto and there's a glitch that doesn't allow you to sterilize gloves. the gloves just disappear. emailed the developer about it. There's another glitch during the timed levels where, when time runs out, it says you've lost a patient. It's not a level where you can't lose any patients, either.

I LOVE this game. Only issue is that whenever I watch an ad to get a gift box or to extend my game, it doesn't give me the reward :(

When you get to London there is a "mask machine" and I've tried literally EVERYTHING but there is no item you can put into the machine to make the masks. so it is literally impossible to play the London map. Don't waste your time playing this game because it is VERY obvious they just want you to spend money to get past levels. It was a waste of my time and will be a waste of your's. If I could rate this game zero starts, I would. I will be charging disputes with my bank to get every penny back

The prices do not reflect actual amount charged to your credit card. I bought the 39.99 package and was charged 62.00 with 6.27 for taxes! how is that possible? I've reported it to Google Play. otherwise the game is fun but I feel that what the dev is doing is wrong.

Hey, I love it though it's been a while for me off from time management game. I really enjoyed the game until I reached the 3rd hospital. I got stuck at level 43, I'd everything fully upgraded and It seemed impossible to move on to next level. Well, if I still can't pass that level after buying automatic bed making, I'll leave the game for good.

You guys need to lower the % the AC needs to be turned on. It is INSANE. Sometimes, you need to activate multiple times one after the other within SECONDS. Not even minutes. It is insane. I mean, I know why you guys do this (so people pay for the automatic AC that only lasts one hospital) but still... holy cr*p is it insane...

i love this game.. but past 2days whenever i fully collect the high speed, my game will halfway hang or suddenly will shut down and restart again... once restart click the level my high speed booster just gone.. cheating.. dissapointing giving ads to watch but after watch finish the ads the game restart again and gone all the rewards just like that..

Disappointed. Customer service doesn't seem to respond to emails. I can't claim the rush gift, now I'm stuck on Kyoto because it won't unlock items. I used the contact option in the game. There are RUSH events, I completed it and it won't reward it. I can no longer play the antidote event it is frozen on level one. I can't progress in Kyoto because options are locked even though I've progressed enough to have them unlocked. I emailed you. Still no response.
