I hate this app not user friendly at all. Bcz of this stupid app me and my family weren't able to visit rawda and as Umrah is really expensive for Pakistan I don't know when I'll be coming to Saudi again. It registered me as a male though i entered my passport n visa no. It won't let me edit gender. Considering it some system error I booked permit(for tahajjud/male time) went their on due date n time only to be taken out of queue. The app should at least specify male/female times

Make sure you make screenshots of your Rawda permit, my nusuk app didn't work at the time of scanning the qr, and only after I found out you can only apply once 365 days.

This app has been constantly identifying me as a male even though I'm a female because of which I cannot take my rawadah permit due to difference in timings I've also emailed and called them several times but no response.

There's no option for choosing gender. Do you think only male are around? 😤 Addition: the app still generalized auto male for gender upon creating but customer service quite good. My problem have been resolved but not my mom. Even my mom birth date suddenly changed 🤧

Has stopped working in the past few days. Updated app and logged out and can't log back in. Unable to access Rawdah permit. Can I suggest that permits are emailed to users in a PDF so that they have a backup in case the app is not working.

Unable to log in continuing having error messages after entering all information. Restarted app, uninstalled and reinstalled, updated, tried many things. Verified all my personal information correctly. Always having one of the three error messages Unable to verify. Something went wrong, please try again later. Invalid OTP code. Hopefully since I've registered online in my Nusuk before Ramadan, and verified my email address they will send my confirmation that the hady (sacrifice) was complete

This app is not working. We have tried to create account multiple times. It just says something went wrong try again. Tried to login after the steps. It says incorrect data. On top of that we haven't received the card for one Haji in our group. Due to which we are unable to go to Masjid Al Haram for tawaaf.

If it were up to me I would rate this up zero but I can't, it is very bad support is bad also out of no where my account is suspended and the technical support is also not working a message just came your issue has been resolved although it hasnt and the developers of this app should update the technical support team and also update it's servers as it is very slow I hope they read my message and reply to me

This app doesn't work while I'm trying to open an account as international visitor!! At the final stage it says visa number, passport number or border number is invalid !!! Also, the app developer doesn’t mentioned what is the border number 🤔 to understand for the Nusuk international visitor who would like to creat an account. It should be fixed by apps developer.

Unable to log in.. already register last time but now cant login. Even want to update email address also can't do. Always getting the invalid data entered from the apps. Try to get the otp code but like it is sending to some other email or number.. very frustrating since now i'm at mekah and going to madinah soon.. makes our journey to raudah seems difficult and very frustrating. Need the admin people to help solved this quickly.

Worst app. İ selected Male Gender by mistake. When I want to edit there is no option for editing in name , gender etc. İ couldn't visit due to this app. Because I reinstalled this app. İt refused to accept my passport number and visa number with the remarks that it is wrong information. İ am so disappointed 😞

The apps is very good. BUT, the system that linked to Saudi Visa Bio is a bit problem.. it didn't enter my full name as shown in my passport... So my name in the apps and Nusuk card was incomplete... And there's no name correction in the apps...

Probably the worst app I have ever used in my life. This app has caused me and my family so much stress. Endless technical problems. The system has made the booking process an absolute nightmare. Poor support, too. They say you can contact them by email. When you email, they ask you to call. Then when you call, they tell you to call this number and that number. The agent even said that you can't use the app unless you're in Saudi Arabia. There is literally an international visitor option!

The app though good but keeps stopping. Sometimes doesn't even open. Tried uninstalling and installing again. But on opening keeps bringing me back to play store page. Also a warning message flashed saying ' basis recent data from simmilar devices this app may not open on your device. It worked fine initially, for a couple of days.

I have just downloaded the latest version (3.0.0) of the Nusuk App and now its crashing very frequently. If I try to go into internet and communication packages buying option it crashes. If I try to go and add my health data it crashes. I have tried this now on two devices and both show same behaviour. It might even crash when we need to show our visa card through the app so its very concerning and hope its fixed soon.

Horrible app, it let me sign in once and now it doesn't let me sign in anymore, it keeps giving and error code. I tried forgetting password, changing email but nothing works. This is needed for rawdah visit what a horrible system
