My portfolio, accumulated over ten years, initially comprised 85,000 fund units. However, due to discrepancies in the broker's accounting of corporate actions, including stock splits, my current statement reflects only 50,000 units. Despite repeated inquiries over the past four months, the issue remains unresolved. I strongly recommend that all investors regularly verify their account holdings to prevent similar discrepancies.

I liked updates as they are giving candle patterns to analyse shares. I would love it if the candle patterns are mentioned in each particular share then it is very helpful to analyse and trade.

worst experience to reactivate my account. there is no customer support for any services, only chat bot answers for standard questions, never understood actual issue & will not get any support.

Pathetic app by pathetic people. RM is just a salesmen. Many technical issues in the app and new website. Even after reporting issues, no action has been taken for 6 months.

App is sick like the service provider Nuvama. Screen rendering is slow and features are not that user friendly. Recommended not to use. There are other platforms which are better. Customer service is equally pathetic.

very very very poor service. No customer support. You cannot contact customer support even on their toll free number. No dedicated telephone number for queries, trades, support. I hate Nuvama

While reviewing the chart, the log button hides the current price which is so inconvenient. Can you please change the positioning of the log button in charts?

I really loved this app..but after many emails to the helpdesk or to the IT department we still don't have the GTD order feature. It's a major drawback for any broker. Kindly look into this matter ASAP.

Earlier version was excellent which shows INTRADAY as well as WEEKLY resistance and Support levels which was excellent for traders. present version not good enough.

Thanks for Type of BO order. Now only missing GTC GTT type of order. Else fabulous app and very good broker. Morethan 12 years i am using. strategy builder is missing.

App is great and technology wise you guys are doing fabulous job. I don't think any other broker can match your services in terms of user experience. Keep doing great job and make sure to improve whatever it takes as per requirements. Recent updates are also great. Kudos to your team keep improving.

There are a lot of hidden charges within Nuvama, so if possible, use another good broker platform, there is also a capital withdrawal issue.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Poor Experience – Needs Major Improvement I’ve been using the Nuvama app for trading and IPO investments, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The app has too many technical issues, and the overall design and usability are far below the standards expected from a modern brokerage platform. First, the homepage/dashboard is outdated and unappealing. A black background with a cluttered layout makes it hard to navigate. & no response for email feedback

Incompatible UPI integration.Looks wise fine but functionality wise not matured app.Upi integration is not done properly.upi from mobile kotak app continuously failing.Send screenshot to help desk but no resolution.step to reproduce. 1.link broking app with kotak bank. 2.Mobile app and Nuvama mobile app should be installed on same mobile. 3.select UPI transfer. 4.It will open kotak app.Login to kotak app , provide pin for transaction. 5.Transsalion will fail. helpdesk simple day no issues .

it's very hard to use when ever place order it's always rejected and after trying lots it's place order when price gone high means when you target your buying price will lose higher and when you sale it's happen same first they rejected your sale many time and when price gone less it's completed it means buying and salting I loss amount that's why I stopped using it's not worth to use.
