Very nice app for viewing duties and assignments and recording/submitted field service activity. However, as a suggestion, it would be nice if the field service history also calculated averages for each month where hours are recorded. Currently, it only calculates averages for auxiliary pioneer months.

Perfect app for keeping track of everything happening in the congregation, and knowing when you have an assignment in the congregation and many else!! Perfect, great, and very very good! Can't say how I like the app.

After latest update the app kicked me out. When I reentered my sign in info.it gives me connection error. _signin with custom Token Firebase Authorization exception error. I need this app so I know what assignments I have every meeting. I also have an assigned territory for field service I no longer have assess to. Very frustrating.

I like the reminders of upcoming parts & responsibilities. There must be a glitch, i keep getting reminders to submit my field service report even though i already did & it actually says that i did on the home page. Updated 10/2/23: still getting notifications to submit my service report after I've already done so, in fact I'm getting multiple (at least 3) rapid-fire notifications at once, even though I turned off this specific notification in Settings. That's my only complaint so far.

the app is very helpful to publishers, waiting for our congregation to turn on features that would be helpful such as our territory etc. Only down fall I have found so far is I've dowloaded the app to use on my laptop when I'm not using my phone and the update for this app is difficult to get to when I get the update app notification. check for update should be included in the app program so that no matter what device your using it on, you can have it update. Thank you for all the hard work.

Easy to use. Even for those electronicly challanged it has been an easy learn and a great addition to their phones. It improves the assignments because it provides lead time to prepare as reminders are at your finger tips. Congregation unity is enhanced because everyone is in the know as to whats coming up. The friends feel more a part of the congregation. We kove it!

Using this app for about two months now. In many ways it has shown itself to be fairly user intuitive (Important! ). From the publisher side, it is an extremely useful app, far beyond expectations. From the elder/servant side, it has taken a fair amount of time to switch over. However, it is a one-time effort and well worth the end results. Suggestions: Looking for cart witnessing to be added. (This is probably soon coming and not needed just yet anyway.)

This app is a perfect complement to the desktop version! The delegate feature for those who don't have or can't work technology was a genius idea! As someone who needs to compile FS, group overseers having the ability to send me all those in the group who aren't tech savvy is a huge time saver! 3 clicks of the mouse and its done! No more manually inputting one slip at a time! Freed up a half days time for something else! Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!

Been using for several years since b4 pandemic. Great app speaks to brothers' commitment to excellence. Most complaints boil down to user error, device problems, neglecting the instructions, HELP or FAQs pages. Just two recommendations: 1) add a return visit and bible course tab to record interested ones, visits, notes, publications, and their progress. And 2), develop a browser based version that allows the same user to simultaneously work from either a device or a browser. Again, thank you.

Great app but with last update, I've lost all of my field service history. Love the calendar to keep my hours organized and prior to this update it would transfer them over for when you're turning in your time. It did not transfer them after this recent update. Neither are major issues but wanted to make developer aware since those weren't problems before. Thank you for the amazing work.

This app and program have been so helpful and greatly appreciated by all. It would be excellent if the app would automatically update itself. It's very difficult for some to understand what they need to do on their device. Seems every time there is an update it affects the service report. Some who have turned in time comes up as 0.00 and others will just be blank. Then you need to keep after the friends to get their real time.

The app is a really useful tool. Recent updates are causing issues with some Android devices. The app will sometimes crash immediately upon starting. To any that run into that issue here's what I did to resolve it. Your mileage may vary. I went to Settings -> Apps -> JWS -> App Info -> Storage. I then deleted the data and the cache associated with the app. Once I did that, I restarted the app and re-entered my congregation info and was able to get in. This process has worked for about 80% of our Android users that are running into issues. Hopefully there will an update soon to fix these issues.

I love this app! Having constant access to up-to-date meeting info, announcements, territories, etc. is extremely helpful. In need of improvement: We have a lot of rural territories with little to no internet access. It would be helpful if the app had some offline capability for territory notes or address status and viewing the map. An option to download or print territory info might also be useful.

Very helpful, love it! I love the app and its content. It is easy to use and keeps us informed. Would like to see: 1. The field service report doesn't automatically load at the end of the month for submission. It would be nice to have this auto-populate from your daily entries. 2. Understand what the stars mean when they appear. It seems to represent changes from that week or where it was edited. But it does not send us a notification that a change was made. Thank you for all that you do!

Nice little app. It's like a digital information board in app form. Pretty easy to use, once it's set up. The app does tend to be a little buggy at times, so it's important to stay up-to-date. I'm also not a fan of the name change. I know "NW Publisher" was done to make it less confusing, but I feel it's made it more confusing for everyone. An app that works with "JW Scheduler" should be called something similar, right? Otherwise, it's hard to explain to the friends what app to look at for info.

Thank you so much for developing this app. It has been very useful from a publisher standpoint in keeping up-to-date on congregation assignments and activities. Are there plans to include a feature to record not-at-homes while working the territories? The brothers could preload the addresses or the friends could add them manually and indicate 'at the door', 'called', or 'letter' and tap a 'Submit' button. Just some ideas, thanks again!

Love the app and it is very helpful! However there is one thing I was wondering if it could be addressed. Once you have MANY notes, highlighted scriptures, tags, and completed lessons and then the unthinkable happens and you lose your phone or it crashes, all of your notes and everything is GONE. Is there a way this could be fixed by using email, an ID number, or some type of recovery process, so they all your hard work is not lost? If so that would be great! Thank you!
