This mobile app is a poor investment on the part of NYC DCP as it has even less functionality than the web portal (which is already limited). What's the point of a mobile app if it just sends you to the web portal to manage simple tasks? Instead of wasting more of our resources on this sorry excuse for an app, invest more in the web portal so it's actually useful.

pretty easy user interface. I can usually view my balances and make adjustments pretty easily. However the app seems a bit dated with limited functions.

Slow and log in is a bit glitchy. UI is a bit confusing with the drop down and chart creating. A better more detailed graph of the growth would be appreciated.

A total failure. I hope they didnt pay someone to develop this. Its worse than the new desktop site. May have to do with the new administrator of the deffered comp. Who took a simple app and destroyed it. 3 year old mentality. Shame

It has never let me down as long as you understand the choices of investment options you can make and not make. There are many who don't trust this system. I believe that they are mistaken. The company/people who are running DCP know what they are doing and know what's at stake. Keep up the great work. Thank you for protecting my interest.

This app sucks! Have never been able to log in, keeps saying invalid login. Yet when I use the same username and password I can easily log in on my desktop PC.

The website in itself is white easy to use and very user friendly. However, accessing the site from time to time has challenges. Since switching my phone, access has gotten better

The performance information of my account is significantly sub par compared to other apps I have for other investments. Also, navigating the site is far from intuitive. This app gives the bare minimum.

The app is very easy to use. Iam able to see all accounts and their balance. I wish it was easier to check a specific balance ona specific day.

HORRIBLE....its takes forever to load and never does. And if you're lucky to get in, you find yourself again getting stuck with the page trying to load whatever you selected. A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.

I Would like the app to be more user friendly, it was so much better before it was changed several years ago. It was much easier to check on balances from date to date and check return percentages of all funds, the current system is a step backwards.

This app is very unreliable. One minute it's working the next it's unstable. When you try to login with your SSN and Pin# it says that it's wrong. It only works with Username and Password. And even then it'll still malfunction here and there.

Much more complicated than last. Not user friendly. Reevaluation of the app should be made. Loan information not available. Withdrawal forms are not easily accessible. Is all the above mentioned intentionally engineered? Sure feels like it.

Complete garbage. I had it set at 75% of my paycheck and I changed it to zero. It has been a few weeks, and it never changed and now there is nothing which says I changed it in the past. The last paycheck they took 0%, but it still says 75%. I contacted them, they responded, but there is nowhere in the app to see their response.Now I check website through desktop. Scheduled maintenance should have finished at 9am, but it is 5:44pm already.maintenance finished now I check and there is no message

Unfortunately, the app's user interface (UI) experience is clunky and cumbersome. It's actually far better logging into the NYC DCP web portal and performing your transactions from there. I had to uninstall it.

NOT very useful! Cannot get updates over the weekend so you may go 3 days (eg. holiday weekends) without knowing what happened on your account. Okay, it may not be the app's fault, since the investment firm is responsible for fund update but overall it's still pretty useless.

Cumbersome to navigate. Not intuitive. That would not be so bad if it presented written options along the way, instead of guessing what the arbitrary programmer's decisions. We should have the option to turn on/off retirement estimates that show up every time I open the page. Let me choose what I want to see when I open the App. It's a problem when I use my computers to access the site. They should already be registered for a seamless user experience.
