Unbelievable how NZHL Account holders AT ASB bank are left out in the cold. Its 2021..... The Web site is also not mobile friendly which is the second slap in the face.

Since the latest update I can't log into the mobile app, friends have the same issue

Was good but the latest update the widget no longer displays available funds for the transactional account which not helpful at all

When i push search i cant type any letters can only search by date or ammount, other apps show transactions as soon as i type letters

Can't even open the app anymore, crashes as soon as I try to open it. On top of that we still don't have debit cards here, it's 2023 what's going on?

Very quick response from support upon raising issue. Good handy app to manage your accounts. Only good if we get contact less paywave enabled cards now. Thanks

Is your app down or something? I can't seem to log in to my account using the pin code. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, set up my account, but the same problem persists.

Good app for transactions and balances on the go. I wish there was an overall balance feature so I can see our total debt.

Please create an app that works with ASB. This would complete it and make it more useful. All other providers have an app so makes no sense that ASB is not setup with it. Having a mobile version makes a huge difference as you don't have to keen checking on a browser where its not formated to be used on a phone or small screen. 2020 would be the year to have this please!!!! :)

After the latest update (14 hours ago) I can no longer transfer money to payees. The app crashes as soon as I select the payee. Have tried this with different amounts, and different payees, but the app crashes each time. Please fix this ASAP as I can't pay my bills!
