It's good though it doesn't let you change the drop off position after you book and get in the ride And for some reason it kills the home screen not a big deal but my phone is xiaomi mi 9t pro and has 8 gigs of ram so kinda weird it needs to kill it

Most of the drivers are worse than street drivers. Usually show up without a mask. I deleted the app.

stop sending lame , unprofessional messages that are similar to harassment messages! this is A BAD way for advertising. we will use the app when we need it .try to be more professional and respectful with your notifications and promoting method. الدعاية للتطبيق لا تكون باسلوب الرسائل النصية السخيفة باسلوب المراهقين .التطبيق يستعمله الناس من كل الاعمار وهذي ليست الطريقة الصحيحة للترويج للتطبيق. بل بالعكس منذ بدا ارسال تلك الرسائل الصبيانية الترويجية قل اعتمادنا على استعمال اوبر .

Expensive and cheaters. Since we didn't had Iraqi sim..so their representative in airport did the booking for us...First of all a very long waiting...Driver took us to a wrong location and tried to charge extra too...and had to pay another 5000 Dinar to reach the hotel we had booking.

No dark mode, no terrain mode on the map and estimated cost is lower than what u actually pay for because the driver takes the long route pretty awful experience in general

I highly recommend it for any tourist or foreigners as the price is very good and you will avoid getting scammed by private taxis. As well as very safe and easy to use app

Good service, but the call centre is always busy, I had a ride, and there was a change balance where the driver promised to add it to my wallet, however the driver didn't, tried to call the company support many times, was busy, and my change had gone.

It used to be good and cheap. But now, it's not. I can't find any driver and I just keep waiting. I know how to use the app but it just doesn't find me any driver. Careem has made many updates but it's still working perfectly, unlike Obr.

Not even worth the 1 star, they do not cover the whole city of Hawler /Erbil, you keep waiting for 10 min and no driver will be assigned only if you call them directly. Also, when you cancel because no one took your order, they will charge you extra money for your next drive👎👎👎👎

Great service. What is really unique about them their customer care team always follows up with the issues and solve it fast, also the drivers that works with them are very friendly.

لا تستخدم ابر. خداع وسرقة دفعت 30% فوق السعر المتفق عليه لنفس المسافة والوقت. خدمة الزبائن قامت بحساب وقت ومسافة وصول التاكسي لاخذي . Many people advised me to take a taxi between states and finally I have been shocked by the price scam. The difference between the real price in the application and in the car around 30% more. The took a money for the km from the last drop off of a client and picking me up. It is a big SCAM.

The most UNRELIABLE app ever!! I made an appointment with a driver and got the (reservation confirmed) We waited and no one slowed up!! I then called the driver and he said: (yeah sorry but i am not coming and i never accepted the appointment!!) I called customer service to ask for a different driver... the number was closed!!! Please do not download this ripoff!!!

Obr shows lower estimated prices than other platforms, but the captains don't drive the way Obr suggested, they go as they want and sometimes they go through a longer path and this costs more. My last route was 2000 higher just because of that. UNINSTALL

Older App was better. The new App added features such as a Wallet which gives you credit with each ride, but they took the focus of making the App work better. The map gets the address wrong, and drivers are too far. They should have left the old App and took more time to further develop the new one. Also, I forgot to mention, that the travel rate is more expensive now. I'm uninstalling the App
