I love this app and it is so easy to make $$$ I just wished there was more opportunities in my area. The best trick to getting the complete floor to top shelf is 2 use the front facing camera. Took my clearing off bottom shelves across the aisle and laying down on it and still not being able to get it all a few different times and not getting paid for me to figure it out. Just trying to help out cause of money being difficult to make at times and and people getting discouraged. It is easy 💰.

It's a decent enough app that is helpful to make some spare money in between jobs or gigs. Usually not too many observations within a given area and that can be disappointing. Do NOT rely on this to make rent, just to maybe pay off subscriptions and small transactions. The app itself is slightly buggy, doesn't load lists or crashes sometimes which can be annoying. I'd recommend it if you wanted to make a little spare cash for beer or Netflix.

Great side hustle! Im able to complete missions whenever I have extra time. Payouts are easy I never had an issue getting money. Simple tasks, easy to understand instructions. Only reason didn't give 5 stars is because I think payouts could be higher. Not sure the entire task is taken into consideration when deciding how much to pay. The distance to the place, time to locate item, and difficulty getting decent photos (glare on packaging, flaps blocking some text, and dealing with staff)are some.

I've been using the Observer app for about two years now. The app itself is easy to use for most jobs. The only issue is that having to take multiple photos in the same category (a set) takes more time than necessary because the app refreshes after every photo. Taking multiple photos wastes time waiting to refresh. The second issue is that sometimes an employee or manager will ask what I'm doing or flat out tell me to leave even after I explain. So then no pay, just wasted time and gas.

The app itself is very easy to use and understand. Stores are easily displayed and to accept. The only issue I have found is once you accept a job. When taking pictures you have to wait for it to reload and then you have to scroll down and find the set again. So if you have a set with 5 pictures, you have to go thru those steps after every single one. It would be much faster if you were able to take all pictures for the set, upload them all, and then wait for it to reload.

GPS shows that I'm in another state, have refreshed several times and the location is still incorrect. No way to modify my zip code to pull opportunities in close proximity to where I'm actually located. It certainly does not appear to be a functionality issue with my phone, as GPS navigation and all other apps display location correctly. I've never had an issue with location until using this app. However, at this point the app was removed. Thanks for the reply.

Beware! I used this gig app for several weeks and lost money. The app is poorly designed. It will stop working after you've already driven to a location and the instructions are just a scroll of text and select boxes which makes it difficult to follow for bigger audits unless you sit and read it a bunch of times otherwise you miss things or go back and forth all over the store. They will reject, and not pay you, for arbitrary reasons. The task time is understated and doesn't include travel. :(

I'm new to the app and love the concept. There are a couple improvements that could be made though. First, just the # of opportunities available. I live in a city it about 237k, I believe, and there are not usually more than 1 or 2. There's even similar cities 20-30 miles down the road and decent sized towns/suburbs of the cities but still not many opportunities. The second, the app freezes a LOT and you have to close and reopen it. Just a real pain. Other than that so far so good.

The app itself mostly works, but requires an active data connection. That can be a problem when heading into a concrete and steel warehouse that blocks outside signals really well. The look is very outdated. The tasks themselves want pictures of full height shelves, but there is little opportunity to get those from the opposite side of the grocery aisle. It is awkward and not clear enough with a selfie camera and impossible with the normal camera. Observations rejected and not paid. A waste.

Audit store products using Observa and earn money. It's my new go-to app for extra bucks for household odds and ends. The internal map and simple instructions are easy to follow. Best of all - the jobs are quick. (Adding on to the above post.) It's been almost a year and I continue to enjoy using Observa. They offer steady work that's simple to do. All you need is a cell phone.

So far I absolutely dig this app , I first got it a couple of months ago! And it was chalk full of really great opportunities, unfortunately I lost my phone, so I wasn't able to accept any... So I haven't been able to finish any gigs or get paid for completing anything, but it all seems legit enough, that I've reinstalled it on my New Phone and am anxious to try it out again!!! Even though it seems like there's far fewer jobs than before... Still, great user interface, super simple, easy peazy!

I recently started using the Observa app, and I must say it's been quite a convenient experience. The app offers a straightforward way to earn money by completing various quick tasks, like taking photos of products or checking in-store displays. What I like: 1. User-Friendly Interface: The app's interface is clean and easy to navigate, making it accessible for users of all tech levels. 2. Flexible Opportunities: Observa provides a range of tasks that you can complere

My first impression wasn't good. The app only had a few job opportunities and the pay was a joke. Fast-forward a year and this has become one of the two main apps I use the most. The amount of job opportunities increased a lot, however the pay scale remains the same. Pros: - Pays faster than every other app I've used so far - Jobs are fairly easy - Jobs are fairly quick Cons: - Few job opportunities compared to other platforms - Jobs don't pay much ($3, $5, and $10) - No incentives/bonuses

Overall I think it's a good app with unique opportunities to make some extra cash. I prefer this over the apps that pay you to play. Those apps give you like 50 cents at a time, at least Observa pays a couple of bucks. However, that is also the downside.... you get a couple dollars. Considering the gas it takes to drive to the locations I think most of the time I am spending more $$$ then I have the opportunity to make.

No opportunities offered other than to rate the app. No offers closer than 50 miles away and even then I received 2 maybe 3 suggestions in a month. Those showed up when I first downloaded the app and disappeared quickly. Not a single one since. Totally useless app. It's a good concept but is not at all ready to be released. Don't waste your time or your storage space.

This app is so easy to use. I didn't even have to sign up to find out if there were any opportunities near me! I like the concept and that Observa will pay same day! I wish pay was better as $7 for a 1 hr task isn't even min wage anywhere in the US and travel compensation for visits further away. ETA: Lately, I've been getting email notifications that there's assignments available and I go to the app right away and there's nothing! Referred by: Mystery Shopper Magazine

I am very happy with this app overall. The pay is fast, mine comes same day most of the time, however the down side is taking multiple pics within the app. It is slightly difficult only because you have to scroll back and forth, in and out if the actual camera.. It would be better for me if there was a multiple photo option to just keep snapping.

At first, I was stoked to find that they had an easy app to go to to make a few quick , easy bucks. But after doing my first observation, the instructions seemed complicated and intimidating. I spent most of the task facing the aisles, which was basically doing the employees job for them. I spent like an hour and a half making the aisles suitable for the photos, while trying to avoid hindering customers shopping experience. But aside from my efforts, my photos were rejected. Wasted my night.

Really good way to make a little extra cash if your careful picking and choosing the opportunities. I have accidentally chosen some that require a good bit of work. I would occasionally like to speak with a person instead of emails. Much faster and easier when on site. Another suggestion for the Observa app team, the ability to reserve a project would be nice. Overall though a wonderful side gig. And it can be anywhere you are.

This rating is for the app itself and not for the quality of the opportunity to make money. As far as an app goes, it's great. You can move about it easily, instructions and examples are clear and numerous, and the staff is responsive. Everyone has their own expectations about the value of gigs, though, and I find the payout to be too low for the effort required. For example, photographing 10 sections of a Target store (including straightening shelf merchandise) takes too long to be worth $6
