Can't log in to the new version of the application. The keyboard of my device just disappeared after written 1 letter, and it won't be back again to write the continuous letter or number.

Very bad. I can never connect. Other banks no problem. With OCB I have to reboot the phone every time I log in, and then it severs the connection and I get the wonderful opportunity to start all over again. No idea why OCB OMNI 4 is an upgrade, it certainly isnt. So frustrating.

The new application has a modern interface, but the operation still has some errors that affect the experience, for example, when entering the credit card section, the email login section always appears.

If I did not bonded to long with this ATM card, I definitelly moving on to another bank. The app went doomed all the time whenever I used.

The app is automatically logged out when I try to access the item of loan management on list. I tried to fix but it didn't work.

Can't even use the app to purchase, the slowest thing I've ever used :v , stuck at the ' enter amount ' screen for 5 mins, can't enter the amount to transfer.

Ridiculous App... It's worst! Very slow to load and takes ages even to log in.. Somwtimes, couldn't log in. The previous one is way more better than this new and uodated version. This is a waste of time, I have to use my card instead of using this mobile app.🤦👎

If your 4.0 version is not ready and stable, please do not roll out to the customers. I've been encountering endless errors with transactions and authentication. I would have to resort to switching to another bank if this issue persists. At least, allow us to revert back to the old OMNI.

The old app was fine, why do we need this new but worse version? It seems like its always in maintenaceor update, when its not it doesnt work properly either. I dont want to autheciate through this app when i already link my banking to other apps. Such a stupid feature, doesnt help with security at all, just waste more time and risk crashing (and you need to log in every time, i couldnt log in at all half the time, takes forever to load)

The old app allows it to be used on two different devices. This new app does not allow and require to send a message (with fee) to change. This feature is not just inconvenient, it also does not provide much security. Worse, In the case you lost your phone with the app and your mobile phone number. Then there will be no way to retrive/freeze your bank account as you do not get access to both the app and your mobile to send the text. I recommend not installing this app at the moment.
