Been coming since January 2024. Staff has always been helpful and polite. If you can get in before 330 4 it's usually not too busy. After it can get pretty busy at times not always though. Overall I've never had a bad donation.

I had to make a new account because it logged me out and I couldn't sign back in. Loading issues most of the time it can't even tell me the transactions the notifications for messages within the app never go away even though you already seen it 10x

the app was working fine but now it won't load. It's forever stuck on a loading screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help, clearing cache doesn't help.

PLEASE GET THIS WORKING. It's such a hassle to donate these days. Either the app doesn't work or you drive all the way there and there's no one there during business hours. Why have an app if there's no personalization to account holders? Showed up to donate, even though the app wasn't working and was told I can't today due to pending test results. Even if the app was working, that's not the type of information available to users. Plus, they lowered what they're paying donors! 😡

Now the app works SOMETIMES. I can at least occasionally get the octapass to work. But rewards will not work. I know I had almost 1000 and am wondering if they aren't accumulating the entire time they aren't working ?? Cause that would be even more irritating...

Balance activity takes too long to update. App is super slow do better. Also, balance is always off, it will say I have $3 but I can only spend $1 so there is either a error or you guys are stealing my money and how can this card be in the negative when there is no option for overdraft?!? Either way, fix it! Thank you!

****the BEST THING at wichita ks west site is the friendly floor staff. They are the only reason i keep going back... *****Ever since the company got hacked the only thing the web site or app is good for is checking in doing the questions... ****The reward part has not worked correctly for over a year or more so they dont have to give any rewards out which we earned ..

· Check your plasma donation status levels and redeem points earned!.. That calculator is off since last update. Says 0 donations when I go every week. 3 stars to 2 stars. Only part working is questionnaire. 5/24. So this app will do the questionnaire but doesn't show up (my qr code) even 30 minutes later at the donation center. Have to use Kiosk .. and waste more time! Fix the problem.

Man I donated and didn't receive my payment for two whole days. And as I'm writing this review I still haven't received a payment. One of the employees lied to me telling me it was a delay on payment s cool I thought it was for a couple hours or so nothing big. But she never registered my card because their payment system was down. But they were still accepting new donors when they were aware that they couldn't pay out . This is my third week having this app I started donating plasma 3 weeks ago and every time I try to get on the app I get the same error message that I have to go into the center to start my account and when I go into the center they tell me no I don't have to do anything with them it's all through the app so this is really frustrating because the center is so old that the question is station takes at least 15 minutes to answer some crazy questions it's frustrating please help me someone. After installing the app it asked me to register. Registration was impossible because it kept saying my username was already registered so I would change the username, but then when I came up with a new username that worked it would say oh you have to register. Basically you're an endless loop of registration. And you can't call the center on weekends because they're not open for phone calls.

I love this app! Super convenient and easy to use with more information then I thought it would have.. Octa pass is the best for filling out the questionnaire prior to coming in. Saves waiting time for the Kiosk. However, finding out my OPI Rewards is also amazing. Almost due for an EXPRESS PASS and a E-Gift card. If you haven't downloaded the app, DO IT NOW!!! You'll be really happy you did.

I've loved this app, but since switching phones to a different Samsung model, I can't use it at all. It takes me through the beginning steps, up to the "allow notifications" page and then no matter what I do, I can't progress. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared data, allowed notifications, nothing has helped.

The app itself works well. Purchases take too long to show on card portion. I really wish they worked with a different card company because Comdata/Fintwist is the worst. They do not make it easy to get cash off of the card so I might use it to pay bills or something. Being able to fill out the questionnaire on the app is very smooth and convenient

!!!Auto-reload problems!!! I like the app . Convienent.. I'll give it more stars once this issue is fixed.. So, forgot the password. But when I hit send code. It send one to the email. I get the code then go back to the app. But the app reloads the page requiring to enter the email again for it to generate a new code.. it's like a infinite circle of getting a code for it to not work .. I can get around it with a computer.. but the app was made for the device remember...,😆

For anyone not able to login with Google, I was able to fixed mine by creating a new account. It linked my information so I still have access to my card balance and what not. Hope this helps. To the developers, I shouldn't have had to create a new account when I had an account that used my Google login. I don't remember setting up a password when I created the first account. That could be the root cause, but seem like it wouldn't be an issue if the app didn't continue to drop data upon updates.

The app is not loading. I tried uninstalling and re installing and it still doesn't work. The app opens on my screen but it just constantly keeps trying to load but never loads the app. When the app does work it would take a long time to update transactions sometimes it doesn't show them at all. It only shows the cash donation and no other transactions.
