I successfully opened an account. As instructed in their confirmation email, I need to come over in any landbank branch to request for the physical card. I went to several branches and they have the same answer. They are not issuing a physical card. IT'S A HOAX AND A LIE that they are issuing a physical card. NOT RECOMMEND. No way for you to get your money conveniently. Waste of time downloading and opening an account.

The app used to be good & I can transfer funds smoothly but eversince I install it to a new device the OTP generator feature of the app is gone. Everytime I asked for otp a message will appear that my account is already registered with the otp generator which is true but the problem is that otp generator feature is gone now & there is no way I can transfer funds. I emailed ofbank customer care but no reply at all. It's been a month already kindly fix this isssue asap.

Too barebones. To activate fund transfer and bills payment you have to go to a Landbank branch. Transactions dont appear realtime in history. You cant open another account while logged-in. When you open a new account while logged-out, you are not asked if you already have an account on iAccess. If youre logged-in on iAccess on PC, you cant login here on the app.

I would suggest to have the option to send OTP to an email account instead of a text message so that people overseas will have a more reliable mode to receive OTP. International text messages sometimes takes a long time to arrive, if it even arrives at all.

The system of OFBank is very slow especially sending the OTP to the registered mobile number..before there is an option that you can send otp from your email but they're moved this option..For tranferring overseas it is a hassle. The customer hotline contact number is not working. They need to upgrade there system to serve better to their customer..For now 1 star once they improve the system I will update my review to them.

I can't receive otp for both sms and email, so unable to even set up the OTP generator and do local bank transfers. Virtual Card is still blocked, so I can not use it for online spending in the Philippines. Sometimes, I am unable to log in. Overall, it is a very buggy app and frustrating to use. I hope LandBank will invest more to make OFbank better.

The application is good easy to use but difficult to people who are not used to use mobile banking. The only question/suggestion that I need is to put transaction history specially when transferring funds and use the app to enroll/save other bank accounts so that no need to copy and paste our bank account numbers from the other bank. 4 stats for now. 👍

Making an account is too frustrating! First, OTP via SMS is too slow! (Once you receive the code it is already expired!). Second, server for uploading ID is unresponsive! I tried so many times in uploading my supporting document only to be greeted by an "Error: Transaction is not available at this time. Try again later.". Lastly, I closed the app and now I CAN'T LOGIN, SAYS MY PASSWORD IS INCORRECT! Fix the app, 1 star deserved!

I have finally been able to create an account but the functionalities of the app and the overall usefulness are more frustrating than before. The app is slow, unresponsive, and frequently down. Also, it is not recognized abroad. I wanted to deposit US dollars but the money exchange cannot find this fictitious Bank. Best bank would be union bank and other better alternative online banks are CIMB, GoTyme, Maya, Seabank, and Uno. Skip this bank, it will save you headaches and hypertension.

I am not receiving the OTP and therefore cannot make any transaction. I have tried on different days and different hours with no luck. It should not be this difficult. There is also no option to register my device. Please fix your system.

The app was easy to use but the problem is the OTP that you send to my email is not coming through. I tried multiple times and all the same problem. I can't open an OF bank online account. I have the app updated but still the same. Sent email to customer service, no reply at all. You should separate the verification of the email that is registered to the online account. The OTP thru SMS is fine, I was able to receive it immediately. Pls fix this.

What happened to my ofbank account before its ok and I have money there amount of 200 pesos before and now I send almost 5,800 pesos but why when I opened my account only appeared was not available.

OTP is not received if u want to transfer money, but for settings OTP is working. I think this app is designed to lock ur money here. very bad app

I still don't recieve my money . That was send yesterday here at dammam. When my employer send it and i open my account it tells not available. Until now i still don't recieve it. This morning my ofbank apps stated is available balance but zero but still disappointed because i didnt get my money. Customer service can't reach.

Couldn't transfer money from other accounts. I did email the ofbank, but it's useless because it's been almost a month and they haven't resolved the problem.

My app got locked due to forgotten password. I tried so many times to resolve the issue but i am still waiting for the response of customer care. I will decide to continue or not after i take back my money deposited in this OFBank apps. I updated my review because for the few years i am using this app I am satisfied with the quick services and very fast transfer from KSA bank.

So far it is very reliable especially with money transfers considering its wide coverage of banks and remittances centers. I just have a suggestion though. PLEASE ADD A LIST OF REGISTERED BENEFICIARIES/ACCOUNTS, where if you will transfer a fund, you will just choose a beneficiary from the list, type the amount, and click confirm. It's a lot easier and less prone to errors when doing the same transactions regulary.

Simple and fast. At first, I had trouble uploading my 'credentials' so I emailed the developer about the issue. I did not try again until recently and I was glad it took my passport this time, and voila, I'm in. Regarding inputting my birthday, I noticed that the uploading bot uses Philippine time zone, so I had to adjust my input by one day to reflect the correct DOB. I'm glad to have learned of this app. So far, so good!
