I've purchased this a long time ago. I remember it used to come with fonts. now after purchasing the actual program, you have to buy a font package too? doesn't even come with Arial or New Roman, the most basic fonts. Also, editing is strange. If I have a misspelled word, when I go with the suggestion, it drops the last letter of the corrected word.

Awesome, but ads and File Mgr Ruin it. While editing, I love the interface, the terrific features and functions and so much more. The ads and mediocre built-in file management RUIN the app. I purchased a previous Pro version and wanted the latest version. The app also reported some .docx files as corrupt when they could be opened in Wird and several other apps. The built-in file management would be fine with a few tweaks - no need for File Commander another app of theirs with good features.

Huge disappointment. Purchased the "Pro" version for ~$10. Attempted to use it to load a file and was met with an "Upgrade to Premium" message that costs another $19.99 (~$20) and gives you the "Personal" version of the product that can actually do something. In brief, an extremely deceptive practice to get you to pay ~$30 for a usable product. Furthermore, when did "Pro" start meaning less capable than the "Personal" version of a product? Deception. Good grounds for a class action lawsuit!

I like the app but for several months now I have an issue where I can no longer save a modified document back to Google Drive. This used to work fine, but it stopped working for me around the time support for Google Drive was removed from the version available through Amazon. I have reached out to support several times. Occasionally I would get a response but so far there is no resolution. I now have observed the issue on two different devices. Update: they responded again and said there was no progress on my issue. I ended up uninstalling and going back to Docs to Go

Poor customer experience. I don't want to see ads after I've already paid for the pro upgrade, and yet, I'm bombarded to get a subscription I don't want every time I use the app. Also, when I opened a pdf, recently, I couldn't just save it. I had to use another app entirely to do this basic function. I'll be looking for a suitable replacement and switching asap.

This program has been recently updated (12-2020) to version 11.0.33145. I had the Pro + PDF version & now apparently I don't. There are other issues with the cursor jumping around as well. Doesn't anyone test these updates before posting them? Please fix it quickly. Until then, you get one star. I cannot use the PDF Editor & who knows what else. I can't even open a pdf file w/o it requesting me to upgrade.

Excel has beaten you in quality and user experience. When I type an entry into a cell and move to the next cell on the right, no matter what key I press, an echo of the previous cell appears and I can't turn this 'feature' off. Also, if I pay for the premium version, I don't want continued ads from you.

It does alot, it also continually pops up about going to premium. I bought it a couple of years ago but you'd never know by the pop ups. EDIT: TO DAMN OBNOXIOUS. According to tech support you can't get rid of upgrade notices unless you continue to pay for their "improvements". too bad, it's a good app but I already paid once, not going to pay again.

Two issues. Update and editing issues. App shows update available, but no update in the play store. Am experiencing the same inserting text issues already mentioned. Have more data though. When typing after a space or punctuation mark, it usually works. Adding text next to a letter or number fails frequently with a jump to somewhere near, but not at the beginning. I can get around the issue with a search/replace, or a paste, if what's needed is in the clipboard.

The same as has been previously reported. I paid for this app as well as the font pack and now every time I load a document into it there's an almost full screen add to upgrade to one of their other services. There doesn't appear to be any settings currently to disable this. It's not worth the time lost to having to click close each time I want to view a PDF or Microsoft Office document.

I've used this app for 8+ yrs and haven't had any issues. Recently, I started typing at the end of a prev saved doc. My typing suddenly jumped to another location, and I found I was overwriting some of my prev typed words. Plus, when I was typing, there was a delay from when I typed a letter to when it actually showed up on the screen. I contacted support, but they couldn't find my acct. I sent them a receipt of purchase, then got email saying everything was resolved. They didn't help at all!

This app (paid version) worked amazing for years! This last upgrade turned a great thing into junk! I just spent the last hour rebuilding an entire spreadsheet that it completely garbled! Thanks for the upgrade! Not! Oh yeah.... unistalled and reinstalled, no help. What's new in version 16.1??? Drop down list in excel don't work, double types everything!, creates conflicting versions of the same spreadsheets.

It's still suggest that I subscribe or download other apps offered by the developer each and every time which is essentially an add ! It will be different if there were an option to not show that again and if you did not accidentally select that option you did not go to the play store. You have to subscribe to a monthly service to get the full potential Of this apps capability

There are a lot of alternatives. This suite is robust. It is as full-featured as any Microsoft Word derivative. Other apps are missing some of the features in this app. There is a premium subscription, but it is for those that need to edit PDF and need cloud storage. You can save any file as PDF. The title isn't lying. The only stipulation is that you can't convert PDF to another file format or edit them. Keep your projects saved as a word file to export them as PDF and you won't have issues.

Once great. Now very disappointing. I enjoyed this office suite so much initially that I paid for the pro version. In terms of functionality it is still good. However, the app now constantly hounds me with adds for additional premium services. I'm talking nearly every time I run the app. This would be more understandable with a free version, but if I pay for your app, I expect not to be pestered endlessly to give you more money. I have uninstalled on all my devices.

I only use Excel on this really, but I am very much dependent on it for work. Never had an issue and love that I've found an app I can rely on consistently for several years EDIT: The most recent update STILL has horribly implemented scrollbars on the side and bottom. Please fix or give option to remove. EDIT 11/8/18: these updates continue to break stuff that wasn't broken before. I've had spreadsheets crash on my from simple cutting or copying. This is 100% unacceptable when relying on this for business. I will probably be contacting customer support and not be recommending this app to colleagues in the future if it continues to be unreliable.

Won't give me a save location. No response to support emails sent. Makes product useless. Thanks got the support needed for a save location. Still giving you one star for trying to make us pay for the all the features in the app every year. The reason I purchased the app was not to deal with all that BS but here we go changing up the game after the purchase. I have no problem paying a one time fee for more features. why do I want pay you over and over for the same features.

Apps gotten worse over the years (5* to 4* but could be 3*... Just downgraded to 2*) as they push add ons. I want a simple app that syncs with Google drive, Dropbox, etc and just edits. This seems convoluted. I've had the app and used it for over 7 years. The fact you can't sort documents without their stupid file browser is ridiculous. And the font pack pop-up, and on and on. Less is actually more. Google actually produces a pretty good product for free but only Google drive integration. Hmm.

It used to be a 5 star app, before Jan. 2019. Since then the updates have prevented me from seeing all 3 or 4 pages of docx files sent to me from work. I get one page of a header, one page of normal view, and a 2nd page of just the header again. We can't work like that! I've had numerous email conversations with the developers and last time they sent a link to the previous version that works. I installed it, but it still wants to update to the newest version. I've paid twice for this! Not cool!

Edited: I have had this app for about 4 years. I did 80% of my entire Master's program on my phone using this app, and had managed a very large, ~25-page long-term budget spreadsheet using this app. It was wonderful. In the last 4 months, however, it has corrupted multiple important files, some of which were not backed up and required significant time to recreate. I verified it was this app that caused the corruption by re-opening backed up versions using other apps with no issues.
