This is perfect for me!The less I have to repeat myself asking questions in person the better.I can pull this up and get all my answers and be able to do my own research for my well being..the app runs good and I love the privacy of it... hopefully it doesn't get hacked like MANY medical companies these days...all in all...great app!

Uninstalled after two days. This app forces you to enter your MyChart password every time you need to use it. Multiple times per session. Read a message? Enter your password. Check a test result? Enter your password. It does not let you access MyChart with a fingerprint. It would not work with my password manager.

MyHealth is a wonderful tool for communication. I have several doctors and it is very nice to have all my records in one place where all my doctors can see all the necessary information. I just wish there was a way to communicate with Pre-cert through this tool.

Great that it spans multiple provider networks, but I need the option to screenshot from time to time. Maybe just a re-logon (2fa SMS or other) to override the block.

Fantastic! All my info, history, and care in one place!!!! Easy to use: schedule, refill prescriptions, pre-registration. I love that there are no ads. Thanks!!

Between the constant notification spam and the app popping up at unexpected times, this is my least favorite app on the phone. If I didn't truly need its functionality for medical care I would definitely not have this on my phone.

OSU doctors don't really use it in a way that benefits the patient. The patient still has to make an appointment to just get basic info. The app isn't as utilized by OSU staff as it should be. I know over 20 people who are OSU patients and have never used the app because they say it's useless, FYI.

If i could rate it lower I would! This app goes from good to totally nonfunctional in 0 - 60 secs. Horrible. The interface for video appointments on tablet is horrible. Video appointments should be accessible on all platforms, even on PC.

First of all I have clicked on the "Remember Me" link but I always have to enter my password anyway. I am trying to leave a message. I got a notice to secure my account with a two step process which was recommended. So, I did that which required me getting a code and entering it. I did that. Then when I clicked on Messages it takes me straight back to the log in form. So, I go through it again. Enter a new code, click on Mesages and get taken right back to the log in form. Cannot use.

I've been using this app for several years now. I absolutely love it. It is so easy and convenient to sent my doctor's a message, look at lab results, review & refill my prescriptions, and so much more. All OSU and OhioHealth use this app. I just wish all medical centers used it.

Great to see my health information and appointments, as well as message providers, but scheduling appointments might as well not be part of the app. The list of providers doesn't include my actual doctors and replaces them with whoever I saw last. So if I went to urgent care or saw someone other than my PCP because their schedule was full I can no longer see them in my list to schedule. Even when I can, I get through 20 questions just for the app to say there's no appointments available.

I currently am not able to open my test results. I am not able to finish pre-registration for an appointment. I have never had a problem with this until the past few days. I kind of rely on this app to keep track of my appointments and medications, allergies etc. So, it's been kind of a pain having this difficulty. I have tried updating and restarting, etc. Just wondering if there is a problem or if this is what I'm to expect?

The app is good and easy to navigate. The doctors I have seen so far have been great and responsive. Everything I have needed has been found though the app including making appointments and communicating with my doctors without having to call and possibly sitting on hold.

Great 👍app, love the look, feel n options 😀for loved ones the "proxy " settings,or how you can share everywhere makes a ease for sharing records,& even the ease on the eyes when reading records, I found this app visually pleasing, for sure! Furthermore, when Compared to other apps similar in nature, I feel this app wins out buy all I named above, I'll never say this again but I even found the adds helpful! Lol Say what! 😅, yup that's what u said! A helpful add. Wow. !!! Great job 👏👍👌

The app is very reliable & easy to use. One issue I have with it is that while there's a "button" you can click to cancel your appointments, it doesn't actually allow you to cancel any. If you select that option a notification pops up prompting you to call your doctor to cancel. Why offer the the option but then don't actually allow users the convenience to cancel from mychart? Aside from that the app is great. I always get a prompt response to all messages sent to my doctors.

The app itself is convenient and easy to use. However, some of the notifications (for example, the ones about upcoming appointments at least a day away) say "your upcoming appointment" when it's actually for the person you're proxy to. IMO, this is confusing when the person uses the app for both themselves and someone else, especially when other notifications (for example, lab results) are at least kind enough to specify "the patient you are proxy to".
