Half the time it won't let me log in even if my information is right and/or I've changed my password as instructed. I was amazed I got into the app today!

Good layout and easer to use than most health providers apps. Transition from Ohio health to MyChart is excellent.

At first using the app was a nightmare to navigate but now it's actually really easy and you get your info almost instantly!

With the very occasional hiccup of not loading the first try with biometrics, this is the most stable app I've used. I feel very secure accessing my medical history and upcoming appointments. I love how I can contact my providers directly by email. Recently I had some scary symptoms pop up. I messaged my PCP and a nurse called me back in under 10 minutes. My one complaint is when I'm at an Ohio Health location it won't let me access certain pages via WiFi, but they still deserve a 5☆ rating!

Great app It would be very helpful to be able to screenshot instructions / direction on where to go and what to do . Sometimes, you can't pull up information because of the location or need of speed to pull up information. Please consider allowing screenshots as an option . When you get to an appointment To be able to re read where to go is important when you're not feeling good . To the computer programmer, think of the patient and not the legalities.

Very nice to update my doctors of non emergent information and not interfere with business operations. Having my full history of past and future appointments on hand. All of my medications are here. I can perform payments here. Many more abilities are available that I have not experienced yet. Great tool.

I personally think this is a great app to have. The portal is very easy to use and understand. Saves time I think and gives you all the information that is needed about your Healthcare. pretty much needed.

I use this app seldomly. Only giving it and the Ohio health experience 3 stars because my PCP is excellent, as is her office staff. The app is not great. And the relentless, inappropriate timing and sheet unwanted volume of automated messages from OhioHealth is unappreciated noise in my life.

I have had a very great experience with this application and I think it is a wonderful way for people to be in tune with everything they have going on at the doctor's. It's also a good way to be in direct contact with your doctor's and let's the patient feel in control with their treatment and everything overall.

i love this application but I felt the need to reduce my rating to a 4 after using it because of some of the features not working after recently updating. For the longest time when I would pull into the parking lot of my PCP and cardiologist it would check me in for arrival time. Some of my other doctors the parking lot is too far to connect to the system. I used to be able to take screenshots shots and send it to my home health nurse. Now I don't have the option and screenshot is black.

I do not like that the pay now doesn't include the details of the charge. I also keep seeing notices about new charges since the last statement that I am pretty sure I already paid. The payments often include "welcome payment" in the name which is useless. And yes I know there is the details tab next to the payments tab but it is all kludgy and disjointed. I am seriously considering going back to paper statements, this paperless billing sucks.

I love this app. You know what your test results are before you find out from the Dr usually and it makes it so much easier to communicate with your doctor or their office. Also I don't have to go in to the office to get a copy of my records. I can bring it up in the app and print it off if I want. Everything and I do mean everything about your visits, test results, hospital stays, doctors, meds, and reminders of upcoming appts to when appts and vaccines and such are needed, and even billing.

Once again, as if this new year, the app is NOT working for the latest Samsung Galaxy s10 Note. Had to call for assistance. Now, because of this non working app, I have to go through a web browser. Thanx🤨 Update; as of today: 02/08/2020, Samsung Galaxy Note 10 again, HUGE NOPE. Worked on older version phones, has yet to work on newer phones. Now deleting this app to use another. Good luck! Hope the app peoples actually read this and actually DO something about it.

Have one message and one appointment and received emails on these. Can only find the appointment; not the message. Will try to go back and look for it. How is this easier than the old system? I don't use Ohio Health's system much. After an appointment all I received was a canned message with little information other than blood pressure, oxygen saturation and weight. The app does not work well on an android phone. Can't seem to get out of this review.

So much useful info in this app! It would be beneficial for anyone, especially if you have a chronic medical or health issues. It's already helped me avoid several phone calls to the doctor's office. For me, the only real con is that it won't allow you to screenshot anything. They say its due to the sensitive info & I get that, but anyone attempting to screenshot your info is already in your account & able to access your info anyway. In fact, the one person inconvenienced is the patient.

I really like this app, because the potential is there. However, it doesn't provide the options for adding information that I believe the desktop website has, like adding and editing my medical history. I have a lot of history to add, but it's all from when I lived in different states and had different coverage with different companies, so it's not just a matter of connecting OhioHealth history. It is far superior to the equivalent in Indiana (IU Health) which takes weeks/months to provide info.

You keep deleting my payment method and it's a pain to figure out how to get it back on. You can't fill in the data and hit save for future use. The only options it gives you are Back and Cancel (no pay option!). This is twice now I've fussed with it to pay my bill. I give up. I'll try again in a few weeks. It's happened to me one other time and to my husband. Your payment card info just disappears.

Although still adapting to changes in My Chart it seems the new navigation is an improvement. Also the new measures put in place to secure safe and secure access into My Chart is a welcome improvement. As I become more familiar with these updates I find myself liking these new adjustments to the App. Thank you for providing a new updated and more secure access to our medical records, contacts, and interactions with our providers.

Normally I really like this app a lot, its convenient, easy to use, an I love that I can manage my Test Results, Doctors/Specialist, & Appointments all in 1 place with quick an easy access to everything... Unfortunately now after the newest Update the app was working fine for about 5-10 mins, then it just stopped. An it keeps saying "No Internet Connection", & "Use Wifi, Or Mobile Data Network". I connected to WiFi but it still doesn't work.. Please Fix This Issue...

It's very useful. The ability to contact your doctor, schedule appointments, and renew prescriptions is great. But, it lost all of the history I had entered months after entering it. The docs don't seem to need it anyway. They have it. I had to uninstall and reinstall when it stopped booting up automatically. IMPORTANT, the system does not allow screenshots so if your doctor replies to a question, take a pic with someone else's phone. Often, those replies disappear after you leave the app.
