App won't close. Have to kill it. The app works OK. However, after logging out there's no exit button and the app doesn't respond to the BACK button and won't let itself be closed. The only way to close it is to go to App Manager and kill it there.

Simple, easy to use, straightforward. Maybe offer different UI options like "dark" for visibility and less eye strain.

I like the old one better due to the constant question at the beginning about notifications. I have answered the question many times, but still get it when I sign on each time. Otherwise, it's good

It's so easy to use. I love being able to customize the account names to make them easy to identify. I also like that it categorizes my purchases on the history screens.

Easy to use and navigate. The only thing that is mildly annoying is that it asks me to allow notifications every single time I log in even though I've already done so.

The app works great every time, never had any real problems arise. The Credit Union is the best banking source available. They've always been there for us, and Id never go bank to "Big Banks" again.

First of all I want to make it clear that the Wife and myself have been customers for many years. With that knowledge let me do a little bragging. I have found OKCU to be a very personal and friendly. institution. It seems they have it seems that someone has tried to bottle this in this app. It renders your banking visible in a secure and safe manner. I highly recommend this app to all of the customers of OKCU.

Change is always "inevitable" The new App is not very user-friendly and hard to find once installed. Now a days people don't have a lot of time on their hands to search for things. The last App was simple and you had your info in a few minutes after login if not chat w/customer service was available fast. I have not had time or ability to make time to see if chat is still available on the new App.

Absolutely terrible "Upgrade" This upgrade has made everything harder to find, harder to see, and harder to do. Information that used to be available at a glance is now hidden three clicks in. Some of the information is totally gone. It's a big colorful mess, but not user friendly. Absolutely awful.

Can't do anything with the app anymore. I have to uninstall and reinstall several times to get it to do anything. Here it is April 25 2022 and I still can't enter amounts to transfer money from my external checking account. I use to be able to do that and link my accounts but I can't even do that anymore.

I've been using this app for several years. It's well thought out as to function and how I access the services. Each iteration has been a trouble-free experience. I also use another institution's app and there is no comparison!

I like the new eye catching view of the digital banking. Its much easier to navigate versus other bank apps. I love that you can see all of your accounts and menus on one page. I also love the ease of making extra loan payments.

So far this app is real good. It is always correct. Don't really have problems with it. Check my account whenever, doesn't take much time for me to transfer money through my accounts. So if you have the opportunity to get the app with the bank. You most definitely should.

I have always had a great experience with this bank and their online/ app services. Their customer support is friendly and genuinely eager to help. The app allows you to easily look through information on your accounts or loans. You are also able to easily and quickly make transfers and mobile deposits. You can even start the process of opening new accounts or applying for new loans. Even if I were to move out of the range of their physical locations, I will be glad to stay with this bank.

probably top 12 worst banking apps, sometimes you're gonna sit there and watch a loading screen for upwards of 20 mins for no reason, you'll have great signal and everything is up to date but it just can't sign you in

I enjoy this app so much. The fact that it also gives you the most updated credit score and the grades of your credit is awesome. The downside is if you're on a set income and would want to use pay as you go sites like Klarna, Sezzle, After-Pay, just to name the few, the bank is not paired up to these pay as you go site's. They do offer Zelle, but I'm hoping that they kick in gear .
