App works fine but the payment screen needs to be modified so that one does not get confused that they're stuck with only using one payment option. I did not find out until I kept tapping desperately to switch payment options when I realized that you must swipe to the left to switch the payment option. One simple fix for this would be to simply add little dots under the image of the card to signify that you could add payment options.

Apparently the app has been having problems for some time now, I personally have been experiencing trouble with the ToGo ordering for about 2 weeks (around 8/10)... You add to cart & hit next then it always says, Sorry we have experienced an error. Cannot continue.😠Since tons of people are experiencing this, OG needs to get on the ball & fix their app. I won't be using it until they do.

Decent ordering App but please allow customization of appetizers.The Lasagna Fritta has been changed recently to include meat sauce, (why??) instead of Marinara & Alfredo sauces. There is no option to change it to the way it used to be OR take the sauces off. We had to order by phone! I've had issues in the past where a description of an item won't show up, but that may have been internet slowness. Otherwise, the App works.

Was working fine until about 6 months ago, I have tried at least 3 times over the last few months to order through the app for pickup- each time I get to the checkout screen and "pay" and oops "an error occurred" and my order won't go through. No other information or explanation why. Can you please fix this? I'm not going to wait on hold to order over the phone so I always just end up getting something else. 12/17/22 update. So doesn't work even after the updates. So disappointing.

I was very happy with the functionality and visuals in the previous version and would rate it a 5. But this upgrade ... not so much. The pictures are AWFUL. Eww... the food looks bland and very unappealing. Thankfully, I KNOW the real food looks WAY better than the pictures in this app. I'm about to try the functionality now. Let's see how it goes.

Worthless app. You can't "check in" on the wait-list when you arrive with the app. It sends you a text message that you have to go to a website to confirm then it keeps telling me to activate location even though it is activated already. Then it doesn't work because it keeps saying enable location. So the app is completely pointless because it doesn't work nor does the website it directs your text message to. How about you just let me check in with the app like every other app lets you do?

So the whole reason I downloaded the app was to be able to easily sign up for the list so we could cut down on our time waiting. The entire drive of 20 minutes, I kept checking and it said no wait. So then we get to the restaurant and there's suddenly a 30 minute wait and the hostess just says that the "system is slow in updating." So what's the point of even having that feature if it doesn't work? Overpromising and under delivering!

I'm hoping the experience with using the app is better than signing up for the app - your birthday with year is required, password area doesn't allow auto filler from password app, can't view the password, when entering the password and it doesn't accept it the app auto-rechecks the send me stuff box, it asked me if I want to use my "preferred" location from a previous screen but doesn't tell you what that location was, and then asks for my feedback once I register. I hope it gets better.

never had problems in the past, but today i can't look at or order any items, it comes up with an error message and a return home button (that also doesn't work). really wanted olive garden today, but it looks like i'll be getting my fettuccine alfredos from other restaurants until the app is fixed. very disappointing. a functional app is ALWAYS far more important than a pretty one. no one ever seems to learn that lesson.

The old version of this application worked well. The current version apparently has all sorts of issues according to what I read in the feedback and what is stated on my phone. The app states that my phone is 'rooted' and it will not work. This is NOT the case. Please fix as I enjoy using the application. On the old application that worked well I had only one problem - when reserving a spot I had issues with the people at the restaurant not refreshing the wait list or they were surprised to see information on their screen. Either case, training should fix this issue.

Had to place my to go order twice. Then I'm thinking I'm gonna get billed twice. Too many things for a bowl of soup and some bread sticks. And don't get me started on the survey they want you to take. There isn't a lost of things to choose from. It puts excellent in there for you and really doesn't want you to change it so it zooms you back to the top so you start all over again. Pleasant staff at the to go counter. But want a number cause the breadsticks were hard as a rock for 2" on one end.

The app never works. Have tried three separate times. Always says sorry there's been an error, try again later. The only time I came close and it delayed my pickup until the next day. Tried to fix but it wouldn't let me. Gave up. Update: Used the app once or twice during the pandemic thinking I'm being helpful to restaurant workers... once again, went to place an order last night... get all the way to the end and told order would be ready at 830. It was 455. Tonight app won't even connect.

My first time using the app to order at any Olive Garden and it works: my order went through without issue and I'll be leaving to pick up our food shortly. The hardest part was figuring out what I wanted to order. Update: from my first order using the App until recently, something went wrong as I tried to start a to-go order and I tap "Add to Cart", I get a pop up about my pick up time being changed and it doesnt actually add anything to the cart.

Every time I place an order, the payment fails. I try paying by saved card, something doesn't work, I fix it and try again, it fails again. I switch to PayPal, it fails multiple times. I close the app and reopen it, payments fail again. Finally I reenter all my CC info from scratch, and finally it works. Then I get a call from my bank that they're freezing my account because of too many attempts in quick succession to make purchases on my account. I'm ordering by phone from now on.

Android-Samsung Galaxy series. Latest updates seem to have several issues. The robot check pictures don't resize to mobile screen so it is hard to scroll around a huge oversized puzzle. Credit card input and scan cards didn't seem to work. I got the "Sorry, try again later..." then saw a order pickup time. So it seemed to accept the card but showed an Error. Lastly, when I drove up to the pickup for check-in, the pulldown window to select the parking number didn't work, and didn't allow check-in without it... I had to go to the front entrance to let them know my Name and Parking number.

The app, when it works, is fantastic. For the last few months, we will try to place orders and then at checkout the problems start. One by one, items will be removed off of the order claiming they are unavailable. Sometimes the entire order will state unavailable. So then you have to call in and sit on hold to place the same order. At first I thought it was an out of stock issue, but every time I call in I can get everything that the app wouldn't let me. Kills the convenience factor.

Very handy mobile app. It's so convenient when ordering on the go and also checking on wait times. Highly recommend this app if you are a frequent patron. Only pitfall is the credit card scanner, doesn't pick up quite easily as other mobile apps do. Tried several times with different phones and credit cards. But all in all it's a fantastic app!

We usually order side items such as a vegetable to go with the main dishes. The app has the main items, but I cannot order side dishes such as vegetables in it. I have to still call the location to get asparagus, broccoli, or other items. I know veggies can sometimes be seasonal, but some other companies' apps have an option to request a veggie with secondary selection if not available.

2022 For years the app showed "No wait" for all the locations in the area, 100% of the time. Even when there absolutely is a wait. As much as 20 minI like being able to join the wait list and check in without waiting in the line, but not having a functional estimation is inconvenient. Sometimes if it's too long, and you're on a schedule it can be a risk to go. 2024 It shows wait times. Most often the join button in the app goes dark, nothing happens, and host says it didn't go through. Worse.

It was fine until it wasn't. I've had the app for over a year now and it was great. But as of the last few months, EVERY time I open the app to use it, it says there's a "newer version" available and forces me to update it. It super annoying. Also, the check in process could be smoother. You check in, and it doesn't always tell you you're actually checked in. You just do it an hope for the best.
