I downloaded the app and it asked me to register and I did it. But everytime I try to go to plans etc , it says error n asks to lig in again. I did it almost 10 times. I am very very disappointed with the app and I don't recommend anybody to download. I request the team to look into the matter urgently and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Tired !!!!

Attempting to activate tourist sim. Don't bother... on my 17th attempt. Scanners don't work properly, so info has to be put in manually. Too much hard work for a free 1gb you only get if you subscribe to a package on the app. If you are lucky enough to get that far! * Edit* So, I managed to get to the package subscription... scanned my card... but it bounced back to the start. When I entered the SIM phone number, I got the message that it was not an Omantel number. Have I been scammed ??

Extremely Dissatisfied!!! Apps are supposed to make our lives easier and convenient. Once again I topped up from the App, it deducted the amount from my bank account but i did not receieve the topup. This is not the 1st, nor 2nd nor 3rd time, this has happened so many times with me already!! 😡😡😡😡😡 I want my money back. It's useless. UNINSTALLING!!!!

It is the most useless app in the world. Its practical experience is very bad. I think the app needs to be improved in a more developer friendly way.

This is the slowest and most outdated application a telecom company can own. Such an embracment for a developing country such yours, just bother and have a look at your neighbors' , perhaps you get some useful ideas.

One of the worst apps ever used for telecom. The user experience is extremely poor and i still regret subscribing to omantel. 1. Once u click on some button, u don't know if it has been clicked or not. You gotta wait for like 10 seconds and the screen will show u buffering and still nothing will happen. During this 10 seconds user might click again thinking the first click was not proper. This issue will cause to deduct extra money from the wallet. 2. Wanted to write more but word limit reached

I can' stand this company and their ridiculous bombardment of offers,we already get enough texts and app will give you another 10000. I been getting automatically subscribed to things i did not subscribe to, i have companies i never heard of or visited sending me offers we all know its this greedy company selling your number to third parties the moment i get my ID card its getting demolished, their charging allot for their bundles too not to mention the hassle of daily harassment.

Good app in general, I only wish I don't have to login each time. Ooredoo and Vodafone apps require one time login.

Horrible customer service , Can't use 1234 to speak with an agent , I must chat with an AI beta which can not help with anything but basics. at least keep the call service runing until your Ai solution is ready to handle 80% of the customer services, The app feels sooooo sluggish and slow, If you redeemed makasib points to omantel credit you can't use it to subscribe to a plan or anything , and it's considered as bonus credit the only use i got out of it calling someone .

Activated Sehati programme in my account and used it for 7 days. Today it has disappeared from my account. Now asking to join again. What is the use? What about the stars and rewards already earned? Really frustrating.

A very bad application, very slow, many errors and malfunctions, more than one request to log in despite the presence of fast internet. It needs to be reconsidered. The operation of the application is very, very bad

It's much faster & easier to navigate now.. payment options for different services is the best in this app. Gud job. Only option that's still not available is plan deactivation....Especially for hayak services. If this option is made available during monthly renewal, tht'll will be great. Also hayak charges should be made more affordable... especially the RO 7/- plan!

This is the slowest and least updated applucation. It takes forever to choose an option and it did not renew my packages mores than 4 times although the money is withdrawn. Even when I ask for help, no one picks up from customer service. That is a shame

Good up but some functionalities in it do not work a significant number of times. SMS promotional links lead to blank pages, gift card transactions enter endless processing loops, and free promotional offers rarely process properly.

Regular annoying ads and the only way to stop them is to block all notifications from the application. As a paying customer, I do not expect to have to tolerate advertising just so I can get useful notifications like billing information. If thos was a free or subsidised service I would be more tolerant of ads.

Terrible, they want to trick you to transform to postpaid. I'm on prepaid, and everytime I want to renew my month package it says "Ops something gone wrong. Please try again later."! While on the top there's always a big purple sign of a new postpaid offer is available for you. Seriously, it's been two days where I can't renew my data through the app, I have no option but to go back to Vodafone. Terrible as usual.

Very poor quality. Badly designed and implemented. New update doesn't even allow me to login with my fingerprint, as it did before! App doesn't allow to top up with normal international credit cards. App is not able to show all plans and options subscribed to! And many other important issues! Very disappointing for an operator such as Omantel!!
