I really think this apps helps tourist or firstimer on getting the right train when reached to Munich Central station.. as i do gets confuse the first time..

I'm traveling in the summer to Europe and wanted to know the prices between countries and the best way to go from one city to another. Found this app and have been great to have the opportunity to compare and decide which one is the best option. Thank you!

It used to be a Good aap but now I am not sure as it lags most of the time clicks won't work or work really late first I thought maybe something was wrong with my mobile but app was same on the tablet as well while everything else was running smoothly

The worst customer support I've ever seen! I bought a refundable ticket but can't find a cancellation option on their website or app. No response to my emails or calls either!

I do not recommend it. Due to the postponement of the departure time of the plane, I did not have time to catch the bus, I tried to change the time(6 daysbefore departureof the bus), but they did not change the bus for me. I had to buy another ticket. Once again,I did not recommend using this application. Because if you have problems, no one will help you solve them.

Worst experience ever, it comes at a higher price than any other platform, gives you a ticket with the message "not valid"on it even though it charges you the full price and extra. I got a ticket from the trenitalia even though I bought a ticket from omio

My train was disrupted by the dunabe flooding in Germany,and I missed my flight because of that... No app support and no ticket refund.. Useless app, didn't warned me that the trains were stopped but still took my money either way... 10/10 would not recommend!!!

Omio cancelled my train ticket without warning or explanation. I bought a replacement ticket to continue my journey which was also cancelled immediately (I think they're selling me tickets that don't exist at this point) which then forced me to buy a third ticket for a later train. I regret using omio. Customer service doesn't seem to exist in any meaningful way. Just a tempermental AI that is incredibly frustrating to work with. Such a blatant scam. Do not trust Omio.

Says that you get a mobile ticket - which is not true !!! You have an invoice with a code and then you have to go to the station to get a paper ticket. PDF attached is not a ticket. Making a simple process complicated. Will not use the service again.

Extremely poor with zero customer support. If I could this deserves zero stars. There is a "chat bot" which is useless, the email address supplied on the ticket "no longer works. Please fill in the form on the website". Do this and you receive an email from "Rod" who says they will contact you as soon as possible". I'm due to travel today so 7 days to contact me "as soon as possible" is too late!! I wish I'd used another app for my trip between Copenhagen and Sweden as this is poor!

it's the bad application ever. I'm trying to cancel my ticket but unfortunately this option doesn't work at all. i contacted the customer service, it's useless no one reply. they replied after several emails and dispute. my money returned back to me.

Awful experience with Omio. It is one of the worst apps in the market. I booked a ticket for a ferry with a cabin, and during the payment process, the price was reduced by 20 euros without explanation. What the app did not mention was that the cabin was removed from my booking. I would not have taken the ferry for a 24 hours trip without cabin! When I realized the issue I tried add the cabin to my booking but it was impossible in the app. The cherry on the cake was the useless virtual assistant

Their insurance is outsourced to a third party (Xcover) which does not cover being delayed inbetween vehicles. Despite Omios website saying it covers delays. I.e. if your plane gets a 1 hour delay and you miss your bus, you get no refund by them. Misleading descriptions. Would not recommend. Also it's hardly worth paying premium for.

I used it for the first time and it would be the last as well, with its bad service, I don't recommend it to anyone at all... you don't know any daily or platform number the train numbers are different from the reality so you need to ask a lot to find your next distention. They don't have any support team, I will definitely delete both of the app and my account ... Too much bad services I can do explain, but it's better not to use this app I don't recommend it to anyone.

My transfer times and destinations was changed, and not updated in the app. So I took the original train, and almost got to the wrong destination. The train personel noticed the error and notified me in time, so I actually get home with the right transfer station etc. Very disappointed in the app...

I've always had great service. Booked a flight, had the wrong date, 3 months in advance. Tried to change my error 5 minutes after making it, told they cannot change it nore cancel it. So I spent more than 1K $ on a ticket for a wrong date. The airline wanted to change it, but Omio prevents it. Ridiculous not being "able" to make a change 3 months in advance. Typical Booking and Expedia highjacking while keeping a cut. I will keep looking for tickets here, but never booking with them again.

Terrible customer service. Don't bother trying to contact them by email, they take a least a week to respond if they do at all. You have to find the hidden number in the email customer service application. They made a mistake, which they admitted to, then wanted me to pay again almost full price for their mistake. After I tried to get it fixed over a couple weeks, they proceeded to blame it on me, despite written proof. Truly predatory practices.

gives the train schedule just fine, but the price of tickets is consistently 20% to 200% more expensive than just buying them in person after boarding. DO NOT buy your tickets using this app! example: last night a ticket from Dunkeld to Inverness (for the next morning) cost £84. this morning it cost £40. I waited to pay on the train and it was only £16

Very easy to use if trying to book something for now. Booking later times of day is hard due to poor UI. Edit - was trying to book a round trip. The interface keeps updating and moving the train schedule I want to select. If I don't hit it right I have to throw the trip out and start over. Very frustrating. This needs a feature to pause updating the list of trains so you can actually select on without it changing while you are trying to hit it. I gave up.
