What happened to the Last season option via the Menu....disappeared. Seems you can still find the products by a web browser search which then takes you to the product in the app, but you need to know exactly what you are looking for.

I love the shoes (I have 3 pairs) but I couldn't get the app to work on my S24 Ultra. It would lock up or give me a "No internet connection, please try again" message when my internet is working fine, and I would close it/force close. Uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared cache/data, and it eventually hard locked my phone. I had to hold the power button down for about 15 seconds to get it to reboot.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!!!! I put 3 items in the cart, checked out and hit PayPal. it spun and spun and spun, so I hit the "x" and tried again (yes, at the risk of knowing I could get a double charge) and it took me back to payments and I hit PayPal again. this time I waited until it timed out! Then is when I got notification that my PayPal was charged two times, but the kicker is that it NEVER FULFILLED THE ORDER!!! It charged me twice for NOTHING!!! They need 24 -48 hours to try to resol

I have been a loyal customer and already ordered several shoes from Cloud Shoes for me and my family. Unfortunately, my last order was a complete disappointment.The box arrived properly sealed with their branded packaging, but when I opened it, my wife’s shoes were fine while my pair was a shocking surprise – instead of the shoes I ordered, I received a completely different brand of used, dirty, and smelly shoes. It was clear these were heavily worn before.they ignores my emails.

After I discovered this brand & ordered my first pair, I was hooked. I ordered more pairs for work (it's the only brand I wear now) & it's definitely worth it. I do a LOT of walking- all I know is that at the end of the day, my feet doesn't hurt. I may be tired & worn out from working but not having foot pain at the end of the day is definitely worth it. I will always recommend On shoes.

I have purchased 4 pair over the past 3years and to be honest the first pair was fine but since that the last 2 pair have had a squeaking noise in them from new.iam considering another pair but Iam just not convinced this will not happen again I do alot of walking and hiking so maybe nike might be the way to go
