I really like how I can buy metals and have lots of options. I think it is probably good to store some and keep some close at hand. I can easily redeem without shipping costs once money is invested two months. They work very closely with APMEX. So when you redeem through them, you can keep track of what you own physically at APMEX and for storage at Onegold app.

The application's user interface is well-designed; however, a critical bug is preventing users from adding their bank accounts. Specifically, the application unexpectedly closes when attempting to link a bank account, and consequently, payment information cannot be successfully integrated.

Bought some silver real quick as it's down for the week through PayPal. Quick and easy. About to stack it up!! 🤑 They store it for you and everything but know there's a fee of course. One-stop shopping and storage for your precious metals!! ✨️ 🥰 Golden years for GOLD!!! So now i'm trying to withdraw and this stupid app is crashing on me!! So I came back to the app store, and there's no updates for these bugs at the moment. You guys better fix this right now because youre tying up my money

Seems like a good place to buy and sell precious metals. I haven't tried selling yet but buying is easy even if you are only investing a dollar. Try to buy low and sell high and you'll make income. I was trigger happy on my first purchase and I bought high. That's not OneGold's fault it's my inexperience and eagerness to try the new platform. Overall I think One Gold is great. Just educate yourself on investing first.

easy to buy precious metals at spot price. the adding a payment can sometimes be a pain but other than that I've had a wonderful experience. highly recommend for anyone looking to get started investing in gold and silver

App works great but you can't withdraw unless you have a certain amount. So if you want to close account after a sell you will loose what is left. Have contacted support 3 times and have not heard back. I did get a response from OneGold so thankful for the agent who I spoke with. But I was charged for the withdraw. Just don't understand why. I think the app is really good and a sound investment platform.

Very fast and convenient. Much better than account access via computer. Buying physical precious metals could not be easier. However, storage and insurance charges add up over time. For that reason, buying physical precious metals makes sense only if one is convinced that their prices will rise in the medium term (a few years).

App is great, when it works. I keep getting unable to log in to the app because when I open it, it shows logo, swaps to blue screen, and then never does anything from there. I can't access or see my funds. It occasionally works, but it's like it works less often than it works now. I'm on a brand new galaxy s24 Ultra.

Won't let me buy anything. For some reason the numeric pad doesn't work and I can never enter in what amount of gold I want to buy. Now they've locked me out of my account because for some reason the bank transfer kept failing and I can't even connect with customer support. And no one got back to me regarding my original issue with their app not working.

I liked the idea of buying in small increments and saving up for a purchase. There is a $20 a year storage fee. There is also a premium so the amount it shows in your account is not what it will sell for. I wanted to redeem, but it won't let you use all types AU, AG, PT etc at the same time. Forcing you to sell minus the premium and then buy if you're try to take a larger physical position. I like the idea behind it, but not as user friendly as I originally thought.

So far, so good. No complaints. Easy set-up. Haven't even ventured into all of the apps features, but I'm glad they offer a place where I can not only invest in gold but silver and platinum as well. A low vault fee for your holdings. Also, if you'd like to OBTAIN your physical holdings, they can send it to you. 4 stars because I believe their is always room for improvement and growth.

Update: when trying to redeem, I get the followin"Because the account was funded via a linked checking account, credit card, , or via PayPal within the last 60 days, we had to cancel the order, and add the proceeds back to your OneGold cash balance. How are you supposed to purchase in the first place? You are better off buying direct from APMEX. I love the ease of purchase, along with the idea behind ease of redemption, but they have made it more of a hassle than it is worth.

Application is good and easy to use. But why is it that I am only finding out about storage fees after they became due. This was not made clear at all during account creation, when making a purchase, setting up auto investment. If this was made clear at the get go by requiring a payment method for these before you make your first purchase I would not mind. The fees aren't high, but it's an unpleasant surprise that absolutely should not happen months after the fact.

Most things about using the app has been okay, but the withdrawals and purchases are slow if you use free options. Both are supposed to take up to 2 days and 3 days. Most of the time it's taken up to 1 week even on Monday. I hope they make changes, but I may have to pay extra costs for wires. The wires are 10 USD each, but costs can pile up and I'm not sure if it's reliable enough yet.

Good app overall. Easy to navigate. I just wish OneGold had more options as far as precious metals. Edit: For some reason the app doesn't open for me but my reoccurring transactions go through no problem. I just see a blank blue screen when I open OneGold. App hasn't opened for a few weeks now. I thought maybe after the update it would help things... nope! I'll change my rating back once the app gets fixed.

Good customer service - easy to reach quickly. App is quick, secure, small spread. I've had 0 issues for months. I highly recommend and I've been trading 40+ years. Takes a lot to impress but one gold did. It's over 2 years later. I haven't had a need to call. For years now, not one single issue. I have had issues with other companies and issues with being told the wrong information, if they get back to me. Not so with One Gold. It's been over 2 years since I called them. Not a single problem.
