Less than one star, not worth is to utilize your services because of insist to grasping customer to Hold passport with Face selfie was identical insulting to the clients and so on!!! This is my first time reviews in this platform, even though we can request Facebook and others EU companies to disable these kind of demanding policies.

The Onepay app's UI is also clear and easy to use.It is convenient to get other bank transfer, but I would like to reduce the charge fee.Please enable Visa / master / 123 service.

USELESS App for daily life. This app has many errors after approved then transaction filled. And agents are don´t work very very difficult to withdraw from app without Bank account. To easily pay and to draw cash from app. Add cardless withdraw feature to draw from app on Bank ATM.

I think this is only for Myanmar people , not for India , app interface looks good , app is slow not as expected overall good just installed app and saw interface and uninstalled 😂

Only didn't like about this app is when u login app 1st u types pass right?,it respond very slow that's what I didn't like about this app ... And the ..most I like about this app is... A Daily amount that can be used in this app is much more & much better than all other Digital Wallet that can be used and also available in Myanmar...

Cannot save beneficiary information There should be beneficiary save setting of frequently used Banks. Typing every single time to transfer money is not convenient and it might get mistaken because Bank Account numbers are quite long and tendency to type wrong numbers. It's very dangerous for users.

Can't withdraw money from their agents. Previously Transactions 2 AYA, YOMA and AGD were Free of Charge but now they charge a hell lot with High Rates of Transaction Fees. Your money gets locked in this app. Misleading & Fraud. Also limits daily allowed transaction 2 300k Ks. I suggest not to install this full of scam app. They change terms as they please without any early notice. Customer support is minimal and can't get a hold to talk with its service team. Also they support SACTerrorists.

The worst app ever. Whenever I need to transfer money, I have to activate so many times but it always show network request fail. Even though my network comnection is good enough to play video in youtube, only this app couldn't recognize and cannot do its tasks well.

Good customer service👍. No matter how awesome the application is, I am not willing to use a wallet app with bad service. However, onepay team provides excellent customer care in addition to their awesome interbanking service. But I'd like to suggest to cooperate with more merchants and provide more service including Yangon & Mandalay **electric bill payment. Another thing is to provide names and notes which we add (not just invoice number) in the transferred transcription of other bank.
