There is this section where you can estimate the cost of repair. So you can choose 4 options out of some 30-40 options and if you select one issue of 4 issues and also chose any 4 or 3 or 2 or 1 issue, the total cost will always be 400. Just makes me feel the person who made this app was high on drugs. Like overdosed to even get out something like this. I mean my battery is giving issues. Does not charge well and heats up. But as per this app battery is perfect. I mean seriously.

i would love to rate higher but at the moment i can't. I have my new OP 7 Pro and i purchased the 12 month screen protection plan and I have NO way of registering my device through the app. literally there is no register button. I have contacted support and they told me to send an email with the invoice but i have heard no word back. Service like this is unacceptable. if my screen breaks and i have not registered my device because this app fails to work, you guys had better still cover my plan! UPDATE: My issue has since been addressed so i appreciate the customer service taking care of this. However, this does not excuse this happening and as such i am only raising the rating to a 3 star.

I'm Getting 'this app is not available in your country ' message when I'm trying to open OnePlus care app.im in India and have purchased the phone from Poorvika Mobiles in tamilnadu , now my mobile Screen getting GREEN LINE . Completely useless app. Asks for OTP that gets sent to my phone number... Each and every single time I put in the OTP, it says"invalid OTP". The phone automatically copies the otp and puts it in for you so there's no screwing it up... I've also tried manually entering the otp and same story every time "invalid OTP". tried reinstalling... Tried multiple times to resent and try and new code. Will not work. Completely useless APP that does nothing *Edit* No. My issue was never solved. Uninstalled.

The app is not functioning. I've uninstalled it a couple of times and and re installed it. I continue with my OnePlus account and as soon as it starts processing a notification comes on top saying something went wrong and then the screen is blank white. After that the app only displays the name OnePlus Care when i try to reopen it and that's it.

It is impossible to Sign Up in the App. It will not accept the password and keeps reporting an error. NOTE Since I wrote this, Customer Care got in touch and there has been an update to the app. It worked brilliantly for me. It was an easy sign up and again very easy to set up the app. Thank you guys for doing this. As a result I have revised my rating to 5 stars.

The App is impossible to Sign Up on my new Oneplus 7. I tried rebooting phone uninstall and reinstalling app, still nothing works! After I confirm my email and T&C it asks OTP on my number, as soon as I enter the process just repeats itself and I'm never able to sign up as it makes it impossible. Worst App for me!!!! Kindly Update and fix this issue asap!!!

My one plus buds right side has suddenly stopped working. Tried fixing it by reconnecting but nothing works. After research found that this is a common problem faced by everybody using it. One plus has not yet come up with a solution for it . All of a sudden it has stopped no audio at all. The last and only solution they have is replacement that too if it's under warranty. I mean how can a company like this has such a product in Market. Really disappointed. Hope to get a solution for this asap.

Total fraud app, purchase a onepluse screen protection plan , plan shows activated in OnePlus care app but service centre person told they are not able to see. Now there playing backend not working.

Worst app I have ever seen. worst pickup service for repair. They are always Unavailable to pick up in the city like Lucknow. Shame on you.

Try to use this and it will not recognize the IMEI on my OnePlus 9. This is a OnePlus 9 pro that was bought on Amazon as a renewed phone and Amazon set it used to be a display device and should never have been sold. It will not let me run the diagnostic code

worthless. when I put in my IMEI, it rejects it because it says it's invalid. Only app or anything that had a problem taking my IMEI. I can't use any of the apps functions without it. update: the number I was told to contact is unassigned. Wow. You could at least give out the correct customer service number. Failure rate negative stars if i could and their response is a generic copy and paste on everyone review

OnePlus earbuds- The product overall is okay but not at all durable. In the first 6 months, there was an issue with the left earbud not charging, I got it replaced free of cost from the service center, but now again after 8-9 months, the left earbud is having an issue with low volume, it's almost at 30% of its original volume, very frustrating. Now it's out of warranty, either I'll have to live with it or pay for the replacement.

I recently had a battery issue with my OnePlus 10 Pro and was very impressed with the support I received from the OnePlus customer service team. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and they were able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide me with a solution. The battery on my phone is now working perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend OnePlus to anyone in need of a high-quality smartphone with excellent customer support.

No way to use activation code, working with support now but this is miserable. You can add devices by IMEI, but there's no info regarding activation Doesn't keep all info in the device details after clearing data and you can't add it back. Update: Thanks for responding back. I've moved this to 3 stars for the speedy response. Looking forward to improvements. Update: unable to login because the OTP codes don't work.

Diagnostics didn't find the simple issue with my phone. The proximity detector (when the phone reaches the ear) doesn't work so the phone stays on when on calls. This diag app passed the sensor as working without issues. Plus the start a warranty claim option didn't work and errored out. This app is worthless and a waste of time. Just skip it and save some grief. Uhg! I called support and they made some change to my account but it still did not fix the problem. I stand by this low review.

Actually quiet easy to use and functions nicely. This app serves as a very easy solution for mobile repair. OnePlus, Keep it up. My personal experience was great. The only thing I really want to see is your service centres at more locations. But considering that there is a pickup and drop option in this app, It's not actually a problem. You guys are definitely on the right track.
