Hi OnePlus team :) Ok let's be honest If you guys don't know to make good update for apps then don't until you can! like for example That plus button on bottom right side before it was red button but now it is pink-ish colour why Red colour it is your Tagcolor and the new button colour it make unable to use this app(for me at least) So far this is my complaint. Thank you:)

Extremely rude, arrogantand condescending, unhelpful asshats on this forum. OnePlus needs to shut this garbage down and hire actual reps/developers to fix critical issues. I was insulted when I asked if there would be fixes for poor Bluetooth connectivity, apps and keyboard closing while in use (constantly), and slow motion video like a potato chip is processing with no audio. This OnePlus 6T is an incredible piece of hardware with the worst support. Also, you can't block harrassers.

Worst update..since i updated the nord 2 to android 12 i am facing problem with the pocket mode.their is no option to turn it off.while receiving calls the screen automatically turns off not allowing you to pick call or see who is calling,have to place a finger on proximity sensor to keep the screen on and answer the call.have tried everything from removing the screen guard to cleaning the proximity sensor area but always facing this problem and their is no solution.

What just happened to my 1+6T?? After updating, the battery level shows at 100% and charging even after using for 8 hrs! Surely, it's erroneous!! I tried to reboot, power switch don't work! And the annoying pocket mode turned on by itself and i can't turn it off, its so irritating!! I want my previous experience back, take off this update!!

My feedback page allows me to submit feedback and says it's sent but doesn't show it anymore in the 'my feedback' page. It used to so I've no idea what changed. I don't know if it's saying it is submitted but isn't actually doing so, or whether it's there but I can't see it. Either way - another OnePlus OS glitch to add to the list.

Im only granting one star and giving a general, without actually operating the app. The app will not run unless I give it permissions to storage file, photos file, camera application, just about everything else. from what I understood this is supposed to be a communications platform. I'm failing to see how this company needs access to my entire phone in order for me to be able to type a message and read reviews. if I can get an explanation to this let me change my rating.

DO NOT BUT THIS PHONE. you will be buying the most expensive paperweight in the world. When their phones were made in China, they were exceptional... Was so awesome and enjoyable that it was the only phone i would use or buy. They moved to India and the 9 pro made me hate using phones. Went from state of the art to complete trash. This is coming from s software engineer's point of view by the way. I would never release my code with the amount of bugs and issues the code has in OnePlus apps.

Visited One plus stores and wanted to get screen replacement for my One Plus 3(screen got damaged due to fall). Well.! They just said, " production for this model has stopped and we can't do anything about it. I will have to purchase new phone.!" They didn't even support with buy back option since screen is broken. I switched away from One Plus and didnot recommend to my friends who wanted to buy this brand.!

My notification bar is not working, it is showing "No notification" even after enabling all necessary permissions. the update has really ruined up everything. can't even see the recent tabs did restart multiple times since 2days. On top of this even the community app is not updating.

Since the latest oxygen OS update I've been unable to switch between apps with the side slide action, or with the bottom side then swap. Both will switch to the previous app but then almost immediately switch back to the app I was on before, even if I do it multiple times

I am using oneplus phone from past 4 years. Till now i have no complains, but after uptaing OxygenOS 12, I felt very bad for the first time. They changed everything like phone contacts settings, SMS, apps grid to 4, no hidden space, worst fonts, colors, system sounds, etc... I hate it.. I don't want to use the phone now. Its not at all user friendly. I want to downgrade to OS 11 ðŸ˜. If you want to set a short personal ringtone you need to search entire songs.. Like this lot of issues..i hate it.

The app is a lot of commercial, while I'm looking for customer support. Cause the dark mode is changing my widget colours and even text colours. Would be nice if you made a thread that ppl could adress bugs in and than liked if they experience the same thing. And that the developer team can rate with colours the importance, what they are working on and which one are solved/denied. I know it's possible.

Please make some updates for OnePlus 5. 1. I always have issues with finding or connecting a Bluetooth device; 2. There is not enough video edit option (the standard filters suck! better replace the. with free options such as contrast, saturation etc.). 3. No option to edit/ trim the voice recordings. 4. The keyboard to have letters and numbers together as Samsung phones for example. Thank!

Hello there, I'm your loyal customer from India using the OnePlus Nord 3 5G phone, the time setting shows only hours and minutes but not seconds which is very much needed. My OnePlus 6T phone has all the three options but it's not available in OnePlus Nord 3 5G phone,why?? Please fix it at the earliest asap and send us an update pop up message. Thanks.

I had a complaint about the new update changing my text font as well as other things all in the system. I downloaded your community app to fill out a form. I filled it out and filled every blank and it wouldn't send. I liked my phone just fine until y'all messed with it. I'm done with oneplus. Consider your company minus one customer.

I wanted to vote/comment on a bug, but I can't even login. I get an uninformative toast message that just says "login failed". I suppose I shouldn't be surprised since the OnePlus bug that I want to comment on (broken outgoing call redirection) has been open for 3 years over 3 major OOS/Android versions. This means I can't use Google Voice with my new OnePlus 12, and I'm really regretting my purchase, but OnePlus won't even let me report the issue!

OnePlus' Android update 14 really makes me want to never buy another phone from them again! Removed notification snoozing? Ruined the sliders? Looks fugly! I thought 1+ was all about being different, not the same as all the other fugly UI's. Give me options to customize the launcher and notifications and roll back all the fugliness!

OOS 13 has ruined my experience with my 8T+. I didn't ask for it and I absolutely hate it. It undid nearly everything I had done to tailor my phone to be just the way I wanted it, and it removed features that were vitally important to me. Now I have to back up all my files and take a few hours out of my Saturday to roll back the update since the T-Mobile (KB2007) device doesn't allow local updates. This is the second forced update that has been terrible. I will never buy another OnePlus phone.
