The app itself is fine, but the customer service is severely lacking. I've been trying to get in touch with someone about my paid pulses not paying, but they'd rather ghost me than solve the problem. Edit: I spoke out of frustration and hastiness, but OnePulse came through for me and credited my account. It was actually my first time having to contact them with an issue (some kind of error with the app) and they handled it well.

They are quick to fix things on your account if you have any problems, and I've made a decent amount of money using this app. :) It's simple and easy to use, the pulses have a wide variety of interesting topics, and I honestly have fun answering them Edit: Enter button no longer showing up after I've reached the front of a queue for a paid pulse, and I end up kicked out of the pulse

Every time I'm offered a paid pulse, it's either gone by the time I see the notification, or it "conveniently" has something gonwrong when I tap the notification within 10-30 seconds of receiving It. This is BS. I have been TRYING to use this app for months now and this has been a constant issue. Will rate higher when this app starts paying what it promises.

I've been using Onepulse for years and it's the only survey app I still use consistently. They've made a lot of great changes like adding more surveys so everyone has a chance to answer. I just wish they would increase the payout limit/frequency. I also wish it wasn't so easy to time out of a survey. Overall it's a great app, but I wouldn't rely on it to pay the bills

I don't receive any money for doing paid pulses. The app also loads extremely slowly, no matter where I am, and I can hardly do anything. Also, I get notifications about new paid pulses, and nothing new appears, or maybe it does, but the app just loads far too slow to see. Either way, I'm having a bad experience. Personally, I love doing surveys, and getting paid for them is an extra bonus, but the app should follow what's advertised.

Used to love, but giving 2 stars and uninstalling: (1) they changed the cashout to $20. I just finally hit $20 and withdrew, and while they do pay, the time it will take to get to the next $20 just makes it seem not worth it. $5, I could keep working for... but another $20? Naw, uninstall. (2) They dont lock in your spot for a set time once you open the pulse. This leads to rushed and thoughtless answers since you need to be as fast as possible. Lock in our spots for a few minutes!

If they would just lower the payout to a reasonable amount (it's currently $20) this would be a great app. But it takes an eternity to get to $20. This would be amazing otherwise. Interesting topics. Short, intriguing surveys no more than 3 questions or so. It would be so awesome. I finally got my cashout but jeez. Once or twice a year? No.

Love the concept; but like others have stated, fair execution at best. I really love the design and layout of the app; the short surveys and the wide variety of content. The timing out during text questions and limiting that text are a huge source of frustration when you've put a lot of thought into typing out an answer and have to start over/edit. I've been a (pretty) active member for over a year and gotten 1/2way to cashout. Why would anyone keep doing free surveys when other apps pay?

The lack of paid Pulses, coupled with them quadrupling the cash out minimum, has killed this app. Already took a while to get a payout, but it worked well when that happened. Now you get notification spam, open the survey immediately, then get a "closed" response. With $5 to cash out you could get a payment, given time, but it's been months and I've not made it to $3 yet with the new $20 minimum.

Not bad for free money. It takes awhile to get any paid surveys and they are low paying but for just a couple questions it's not bad. Edit: so they have changed it from $5 to needing to have $20 to cash out. When you are earning less than $.50 a survey and paid surveys are rare, it would take me over a year to finally have enough to cash out. Deleted!

Pretty great! I'd give it 5 stars except for 1 little annoyance... At the end of each pulse, you get the option to either check results, or immediately return to select other pulses..... However, if you don't want to see results and just hit pulses to go back.... It takes you to the results screen anyway!!! Why even give me the option then?! Lol

After the first few paid pulses, only non paid ones showed up. Every now and then I get a notification that there's a paid pulse, but when I open the app, it's gone. Often when it comes time to submit, it won't let me, and I have to start the whole thing over. Sometimes it even exits on its own if I don't reply 'fast enough', losing all my answers and written responses, so I have to start over from the beginning. It's getting too frustrating having to repeat myself so often. The questions can be fun, but the frustration is starting to make it not worth it.

I like the idea of this app, it's pretty fun answering the quick surveys. However the minimum cash out amount is just way too high, I honestly don't know if I'll reach the $20 amount within the year. The app is also pretty laggy, the pulses themselves are really quick and snappy, but there's like a 5-10 second pause between pulses where it just kind of hangs. All in all it's just kind of a waste of time, sadly.

Edit (3/22/24) updated the app and again there are issues. Now it is not letting me log in. An error saying that another pulser was logged in this this device within the last 24 hours. It is not recognizing that it was myself was logged in. Edit: app working well now! My only feedback would be that I wish I could take out more than $20/ month via PayPal. App is not letting me log in after the latest update

This app really has good content, easy surveys and really does pay! Been having recent issues with being sent alerts for paid surveys but it goes into an error saying "Oops, something went wrong! Please try again" uninstall and reinstalled the app but still does the same thing. Even pushed for the new update and when attempting the paid survey I was alerted for give the same response

I was using this app to supplement what I make doing gigs on the PC. It's slow to earn but the surveys are typically interesting and short. However today One Pulse had a survey that used politically charged language and claimed to know the political leanings of an entire group of people. Not cool with me; I only do surveys/gigs if they appear neutral. I've closed my account; only made it to $10 anyway in like 2 months (need $20 to cash out). I can make that $10 back with my other gigs.

Fun app and good company. They pay out exactly as they tell you they will. The surveys are interesting and extremely quick to answer. I get a good number of paid pulses, and there are regular unpaid pulses that boost your experience level so you earn more per paid pulse. Highly recommend if you like taking surveys that don't waste your time. **Removed two stars because of ongoing frequent crashes that lock me out of my account. This has been going on for months with no improvement.**

I click on an incoming pulse survey immediately and it says it's closed. It's suspicious. No one is closing the survey the very second it opens.I will give the a stars back when this stops. Instead of shifting the blame, address it , then fix it. Most pulses happen about 7-9am my time when I am busy instead of in the middle of the day which would be more convenient. Another star docked until that is fixed.

UPDATE- Issue has been fixed. However, the app is getting buggier and buggier these days and too many notifications are false alarms. The questions seem to be getting longer, too. But it's still better than many competing apps, which tend to pay out at far worse rates. ORIGINAL- Like some other users, I have suddenly been logged out and locked out of my account for 24hrs. Funnily enough, I continue to get pulses which, obviously, I cannot open. Clearly, this is an issue on the developer's end.

I really do enjoy the app and answering the questions. I have been a panelist since 2019 and have really enjoyed having the extra money, but whenever the app gets an update I always always always am not able to login. The help received is usually fast after sending email after email to get to the right person to solve my issue until the next time around. Yes it's frustrating but I need the extra cash. 😩
