I can access this on my Android phone, but catching hell on my computer. I try to sign in on my computer, then it asks to verify I'm human. That's when the problem begins. The verification loops and then goes bank me verifying myself again. After 5 tries, I quit. Also, trying to transfer funds to or from another bank is frustrating

There is a lot you can do on the site but can't do in app ie. External transfers(to other people/ accounts), also having an in-app Zelle would eliminate the step of having to separately download and link it. Updating it to make the UI less "basic" but hopefully that will come with time.

I live in NY so there are zero physical establishments in my state, plus the 'nationwide free ATM service' is scarce if it even exists at all, I have yet to find a place that knows what I'm talking about. On top of not being able to deposit cash ever, my checks always take 10 business days to clear. I would really love to support this bank, but they don't make it easy.

Closing my account really sad because the issue is technical, everytime I log into my account it gives me wrong password even though it's saved on my computer to automatically input it so it not like I forgot and each time it tells me to add my phone to the app like I didn't do it the last 100 times. I'm over it. It's an inconvenience when I need to log in to do something quickly, especially when I'm outside.

I'm only putting one star here because it's required to even make your post. My overall experience with the bank has not been great so far. The app never works. I can never see my balance and when it does I have to log out log back in multiple times . When I did deposit a check they was talking about it was going to be a 7-day hold and I had to pay a bill so that was overwhelming but at least they were able to go ahead and reject so I could cash it else where that same exact day actually.

Works pretty well. My only wish item would be that mobile deposit photos of checks would be either in full color or grayscale. The black and white document feature when taking photos makes it hard to get a good image on the first try... Other than that so far so good...

I absolutely live this bank hands down. No surcharge fees, I don't have to make multiple transactions to keep the account open. Its awesome. However, I can't deposit cash into my account via ATM, the overdraft fee is steep and paying bills through the app is not instant and takes a few days. Because this bank is new to me and because I want to support my people, I'm going to tough it out as there is room for growth banking black.

So far, I am loving all of the features of the OneUnited Bank mobile app. I don't use all the features, but I love that it has so many options. It's seamless and easy to use. I love the financial planner feature that lets me plan my monthly finances and see how much I'm spending. The only downside is the length of time it takes for mobile deposit approval compared to other banking apps. Outside of that, a wonderful app!

Horrible, the app doesn't work it always crashes. I transfered money got my welcome.letter via email/mail. No ability to access my funds via ACH, no card in 2 weeks, can't verify my external account thats already added on the account to transfer my funds, cant pay bills. Trying to be positive about banking black, but so far all they have done is take my money, but I can't spend it!

They've gotten a lot WORST over this last year!! I have been with them for 3 years and now I'm having all sorts of problems!!! My card keeps locking EVERYDAY I try to make an app to app transaction. And customer service is a COMPLETE joke!!! Not even the supervisors had reasons as to why and they could not fix my problem. I'm switching banks asap!!!!

The app is OK. 1. You can't do external transfers. This would be help for those are thousands of miles away from a branch. WE NEED this feature!!! 2. Wish you can preview your account like the "large" banks instead always signing in. 3. My debit card is visually more appealing than the app and website. I wish the could update the graphics so that app is attractive to use.

I tried to deposit a check on the mobile app twice and both times were rejected. I finally was able to reach customer service and found out if was because the endorsement was missing, "for deposit only..." I have 3 other checking accounts and none of them require this, although I can recall needing it to be written on the back of checks over 5 years ago... this is so outdated!! And annoying... please get better

Works well for the basics. As far as features go for check deposit, there are no clear instructions until you get an email on how to do that properly. And if there was in the FAQ of the website, it's not a straightforward user experience because I could not find that anywhere. The instant check deposit feature is not faster for those who do it for the first time when their account isn't new. The other, getting paid two days early, is not working for me.

Super user friendly I've been banking with them for over 4 years now and using the mobile app for roughly 3. Lots of little quirks lately, but I'm not sure if it's a bug. It is very different from when I first started. Card command had been down for over a month now. Customer service is usually helpful. How I go into it is 100% of the time what I get out of it so they are great at mirroring.

Looks nice, easy to navigate. No external transfers and barely any customer service. Depositing cheques is a nightmare. It's taken more than a month before. I just received 6 overdraft fees since yesterday but my account would be well in the clear if the cheque I deposited two weeks ago would show up. I want to support this bank but they're making it really hard to remain a customer.

The app is working properly as of the latest version. The biometrics work flawlessly, the mobile deposit is easy, and app is one handed friendly. Sometimes the old app would not show transactions after going into that account backing out and going back in would fix it. I haven't seen that happen lately. I saw some people mention the customer service was bad, I've interacted with dozens of reps and they are quick to help me each time. They are courteous and professional. Love this bank so far.

Update: I still can do everything I need without going into the actual bank. I just wish you could Zelle. POP costs. This app is very user friendly and does everything I need it to from bill pay to mobile check deposit to activity notifications to connecting with my other bank accounts. I have not had any issues. The only thing I could say would be that the design could be swankier but lack of style points won't make me rate them any lower. I love that I can log in with my fingerprint as well!

I love the app. However it's frustrating that you cannot talk to anyone about questions you may have on your account. I have a pending charge that has been on there for the last 2 1/2 weeks that has been released by the merchant. But, cannot contact anyone from my BANK.. Fee's are unreal I would like to sign up for no overdraft.. it's hard times and $37 hurts!!!!

Not a bad app. For the past few days, I've had issues making mobile deposits. Tried taking the picture of the photo but could not. This feature would not let me snap a picture of the photo to make the deposit. Another issue is I cannot make external transfers with the app. I do like the banking transaction notifications I receive. I believe it's due to the Money Mgmt feature I set up. Also, not sure what the Advocate Profile and the BankBlack badges are for, the page has no information. It's just a blank page.

The app is by no means user-friendly, in addition to being slow and with ill-functioning app features, like Card Command, providing "access" to your digital card. Re-downloading the app doesn't help either. Customer service is friendly but often overly casual, which does not instill trust as an institution that holds my money. They also have no follow through: after calling customer service for a new card, 2 months later, it has yet to arrive. I'll be closing these accounts altogether.
