In the application, you can subscribe to a number or a calling plan, the prices of which vary depending on the nationality or region chosen, as well as the duration (1, 3 or 12 months). Payment will be made through your Google account after confirmation of purchase, and will be withdrawn 24 hours before the end of each billing cycle. You can deactivate automatic renewal in the settings of the Google Play after purchase, at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. With your Onoff number, you can make unlimited calls throughout Europe. For communication outside of Europe, you can also purchase credits, valid for any destination!
We cannot guarantee the systematic compatibility of numbers with verification services by SMS.

when it works it's ok but current update makes all buttons useless even after reinstall (s8) the main problem however is the constant phone calls from strange countries? sometimes at 5am. there appears to be no way to block calls from other counties which seems like an essential idea

Asks for ID, that is 100% not required by any law, this is a blatent privacy violation to allow them to profit off of your data. Use an app like MySudo which is more reputable & to my supprise much cheaper too. This app is both invasive & expensive, worst of both worlds. So many other better alternatives, if you just want a good price, use TextNow & pay for premium to remove ads. Overall I'm very disappointed. You should use anything else & not support companies that demand KYC.

The app and service are a total joke, I paid for a month to try out this service and when I try to validate it calls to different numbers that are not even related to this app, I sent a msg to support it's been 24 hrs and no reply if you don't fix this I will charge back with my bank and get my money back. You are are wasting my time.

Utter scam!!! No stars fro scammers. It offers only 1 choice of country and when you chose the number it counts down 5 minutes within which you can not do anything as there is no interface to carry on then after 5 min it says you were too slow to select your number and removes all options to get any number or from any other country too as it never even gives such choice available. Utter scam!!! Is this what should be allowed on google play? Does google have any control and check over google play

Terrible experience. Never works, no notifications ever even when activated. No communication about the billing. When you ask for a refund they don't do anything. 10€ for what they "offer" is a complete rip off. And they make their consumers feel stupid.

on the app after payment it kept saying insufficient funds and refusing so i had to pay by credit card and then i see they also charged my playstore balance! on top of that the service does not work the only number i wanted to call says cannot be called by the app. and customer support just says payments are not they're problem and do deal with playstore directly...

Please guys make this work all these cook features are so promising 😭 and please allow them for cad sim cards too, Also thanks for your response, being able to access to numbers in canada like that while calling through the samsung phone app, is almost the equivalent of having a dual sim card phone its genius. If this app runs properly I'm sure you guys would go through the roof

The drains battery down, the offer is really complicated to understand. After buying a number for 120€, you have to buy another subscription for each country. I guess it doesn't really suits my need, skype or Google voice are better options.

I have this app for a second professional number, the call or message does not go through and most of the time I have missing calls or message appearing when I open manually the app, I sent report and logs and each time they ask me to do the same stuff to check if it is working, wait for an update or just do nothing. If you require a trust of working from this app, avoid it

After using it for a while I had to port the number to another carrier, but I was charged anyway. I contacted the guys, they did a quick check and I got a refund immeditely. They're really professional, the app continues to be perfect even after you stop using it ;-)

Dropping from 4 stars to 2 stars because the app just sits on loading signal and I have to open chrome and use the OnOff Web client in order to access my calls & texts. App worked fine up until about 3 months ago. Running Android 11 - HD1925. App just stays on startup screen with the circle spinning and never loads login portal.

I've had this app about 3 yrs using a Galaxy Note 4, then 9 on Android.. sends texts and calls seem to work fine but can take a few frustrating seconds to answer..ince in a while one can't answer so I have to call them back so then using my credit which is just 30mins Voice, a month which can go very goes fast. Why not roll over the non used voice calls and texts? But overall it has worked well as my non important 2nd number.

I will give 5 stars when my issue is ameliorated .I've been using this app for years with different cell phones and I've paid for year long contracts with phone numbers but I can use none of the ones I've purchased. Suddenly there's a button that says "validate" and gives loose instructions on how to which do not work no matter what I do. The last time I had an issue with you all you wanted me to send a copy of my.passpirt to your company in France, which I am not doing now as I did not do then.

Absolutely fantastic app so clever and so easy to use... I love it! Well done. ... until now! ... this past month my onoff app won't work and keeps saying it is sending a verification request to my email ... but nothing arrives. I cannot access the app at all .... useless! ... and i have paid for full year on 2 numbers!

Good app ! Easy to use and manage several different numbers on the go. Update : Issue with dark theme, the text color of people that reply in your messages is almost the same color of the background. It's just unreadable.

Very useful application, but the quality is not there. I bought a Belgian number and the calls to/from Belgium were almost every time having low voice quality. The voice mail was sometimes working, sometimes not, as well I had some dropped calls issues. The app would be great if you could improve the routing.

I've paid for "TWO" numbers on this site. And every time I try to send a message. Or make a call. It goes to the "We just need a few more pies of information screen. With the "CONTINUE" bar across the bottom. And freezes up there. So for a service that will take your money in 3 seconds! You'd think it shouldn't take ?? minutes to make a call. Or send text!!!! If there was a "0" stars. I would have given it that!!!!!! So purchase at your own risk!!!!!!! TextNow is ""FREE" and runs a better app.

Perfect for me. For 10 euros per month, I get unlimited calls and SMS with voicemail, to/from numbers in the country with which I need to communicate. This takes into account that I already have an unlimited local call plan, as the app calls a local number. App is quite well done, it integrates well with Android contacts although it has some minor bugs e.g. contact list sorting and synchronisation with Google contacts after modification. Voice quality is often good however some hear a very bad echo.

Most of the time it just works fine. If your signal is a bit marginal you may well find that calls fail to connect properly, which is annoying. It's easy to call back a customer but that doesn't look quite as professional as we would like. There is also a bit of a weird pause when answering calls which makes the start of the call awkward. It works for us (friendly local business) but is lacking the polish that some might be looking for.

Reducing stars. Sudden increase in fee for no reason. Introduce portability for US number, then will think once again to give you my business. Until then adieu. ##### My review won't be long. In a few words, OnOff is a reliable and cost effective solution to have two or more numbers on the same device. Call transition from app to cellular network is flawless and seamless. Since it uses cellular minutes, its quality is as good as a call made using device sim card. Nothing is free in the world and $1.99 per US number is a steal deal compared to other similar products which charges $9.99 per number. Just one request to OnOff team, please allow us to port in our US number. And keep developing.
