Trying to register my oven, but the app just clears the my entry when I try to submit. Not message or anything else telling what is going on or failing. UPDATE: The serial number was wrong (an 0 was an O but that wasn't easy to see at all). The app reported the registration was successful, but keeps asking to register, and I didn't get an email confirming either. So do I get me extended 3 years of warranty or not???

Could be useful if it stopped crashing everytime I pressed back button. So when browsing recepies, it crashes after I want to come back to main page after checking out a recepie. So basically, if I checked 16 recepies I had to start the app 16 times. After a time I just gave up.

Great app but please make some improvements: 1 - add search possibility for the recipes as they are too many already (also for videos) 2 - add favorites so we can save our favourite recipe 3 - add in the calculator the measurements for Poolish and Biga dough !!! Many people use Poolish as it's easier to make and cold proof than an entire dough. But could use a calculator for different dough ball sizes and qty. Thank you!!!

Version 2.0.6 problems. I own the Galaxy Note 8, as of this review the version of ooni app and my phone are not playing nice. I've tried restarting my phone, reinstalling app and running any maintenance process I can. I've only used the app 1 other time prior to this update and it worked. Things happen, hopefully this will get resolved soon

Crashes all the time. Very frustrating and unusable. App sometimes won't open. When it opens it's slow or unresponsive. If it does open and you're able to scroll to a recipe, it's not long until you get booted and have to reload the app again, starting all over. Not impressed

Got one of their Pizza oven for Xmas and despite on the box you can see a tray to put the oven BUT once box opened nothing! So we couldnt use it. Very bad customer experience.

Dreadful app. Wouldn't allow me to I put my serial number for warranty as the format was wrong. Super lame as it's the main function of the app!

App changed to basic version. What if you need to make more than 20 dough balls?? Bring back the old version this new one is taking 3 steps back. If it works don't change it.

What happened to this great app? Since the update, everything got worse. No right calc, ounces instead of grams, even so I changed the settings. Less options available and a terrible overview. Just change it back please!

So far so good. The calculator is showing the values for yeast divided by 10. For instance, it is supposed to show 10g of yeast but the calculator will show only 1g of yeast.

I love the idea you can just do pizza's and you can design the food how you want it and your family can choose their own toppings as well as make their own basically learn how to cook ..

The update ruined this app The calculator is now only in oz even though in my settings I say I want to use grams.... And the app RECOMMENDS Grams . And the measurements seem off Please bring back the old calculator UPDATE: the suggestion of changing my setting to Oz and then back to grams worked! I did exit the settings menu after I changed to oZ and went back in to change to grams. All is back to normal. Thank you

Very frustrating little app to work with, very jumpy and contain quite a bit of errors, and there is nowhere a convenient 'cart icon' to quickly go to ones cart. Nice app really, I am not complaining and nice products it is just the register to become a pizza master also does not work. When I click submit nothing gets submitted?

Most recent update makes the calculator extremely wonky. If I use the classic calculator and change any value with the up and down arrows, the value starts flipping back and forth repeatedly and won't stop.

Bring back the dough calculator where you can choose cold and warm proove separately , and choose hours..... EDIT: I take it back ...youve left it in as classic calculator..phew was looking for alternative whole app there.....pleas Do NOT remove the classic the new calc is no good to me
