Hello, 👋 The Ooredoo app is excellent. However, 65Qr packs are not excellent here in Qatar because nobody is wealthy 🙄. Qatar has far too many people working. Kindly update the data (Gb)

When I recharge my account, the transaction fails multiple times. Finally it will accept the transaction and take my money but won't give me the data and minutes. I have to contact the help desk in order to get it. This has happened multiple times.

Google Play store should allow for ZERO Stars for special apps like this. This is de facto service provider of an entire country, yet unable to make a functioning app for the last 8 years. That's some serious dedication and commitment to failure. It is not an ordinary failure.

It's been days I am unable to use the Ooredoo Fun in the App, only one time I was able to use the match card It's been more than 2 weeks every day after login the match card is not getting open

Poor quality, unexpected issues, doesn't remember your credentials, slow and hackers can easily get into your account and charge small amounts each month and no one at the Ooredoo company can notify you..

Made the huge mistake of buying an eSIM and large data package from ooredoo online. They sent a faulty QR code, then spent two days gaslighting me and telling me my phone was the problem, even though my phone installed other eSIMS fine. I've dumped them now and installed a Vodafone eSIM with no problem. Didn't get my money back from ooredoo even though I asked for a refund, but don't have any more time to waste on this nonsense. The app is also very buggy and useless. Avoid ooredoo.

Utterly a garbage app. Whenever I tried to open the app it stucks in loading. I think they are not working for fixing the issue even after so many negative reviews. Editing 12 June: finally got a reply from developer 2 more ⭐⭐ for that. After all the app improved much better now 😃, atleast I can open the app in less than 1 minute. Hopping more good improvement.

The app is so disappointing and useless. I was not able to buy credit for my Hala line. The app was freezing on Hala credit purchasing. I had to use the web page and there it was also very inconvinient. I tried with 2 credit cards secure pay, which did not worked and at the end, I had to use my debit card.

The auto submit on the mobile number login. its cool to auto submit when you get it Right in the 1st time. but if you done you are doomed. let me explain I miss imputed the last number. 1st wrong try..not a problem. then i try to remove it. 2nd wrong try. then I actually remove it. Boom you can try again.. but i didn't get the chance to update aslan... so simple logic If 1st try fails Dont auto submit... Keep up the good work. Nazar Edit: The App has improved alot since my last comment.

Useless app and confusing. Trying to redeem nojoom point to top up my hala number but i spent hours trying to find the option. The app uses the website to redeem points which is not conveniant.

i cannot access to the app unless I have data how can I recharge my account then? that's embarrassing, so i should go outside and find a store to recharge while i have an app that doesn't open only if i have balance.

App doesn't give a lot of information. For example, Call Usage details. Also, International Units are not carried over.

Worst app since forever. Never opens from the first time. Login problems have been there since forever, and they never fix it. That's it. i am probably switching soon.

This is a trash software! Most of the features do not work properly. UI is not intuitive. App keeps freezing even after update. Included features are outdated, not useful, and gimmicky.

Bought a esim online, and when Input card details in, it said processing then an error acured and me thinking it hasn't charged me I tried it again and then I got charged again and now I have a asked for a refund on the extra esim and im going to get charged for the refund bank transfer fee and im very disappointed clearly the problem was from their side. I won't be buying an esim again in the future from Ooredoo if I visit Qatar again in the future.

Never heard of them until somehow, my virtual bank card was used to purchase something from them. Obviously I emailed the bank but decided to reach out to them as well as they can identify who used my details to make a purchase. Customer service completely incompetent, unable to read an email, then without any knowledge of the situation accused me of sharing some password. No such event ever took place, it's a different type of crime. What kinds of people do you have working there? Also criminal
