I can't even open the app after the recent update... This is what it says on startup: "Alert! App not recognized. Please ensure that you have downloaded the app from the Play Store. OKAY"

The app says it's not recognized and says to check wether I downloaded it from play store even though I downloaded it from play store I have reinstalled it many times and it still doesn't work

Greetings, I've been using this app for a while now. It's safe to say that it does offer very useful features such as: store, recharge, etc. Now I see that this app needs more improvements for the ease of customers. I've noticed it takes more time than usual to load pages. Another thing is animations and transitions, I've noticed that the app rely on system transitions and lack a lot of modern graphics. Sadly I can't go into details, play store doesn't offer more than 500 words at a review.

Not helpful at all. You guys should just drop the live chat feature. I have been trying to get a refund on a transaction and everytime i have to share the same details and no progress.

This App has multiple issues that have not been resolved since its inception. Upon opening the app, a white screen with a stop button appears, and once a bill is paid, it cannot be reopened without registering again. Furthermore, it seems challenging to pay for the supernet account as the accounts cannot see outside of the menu. These problems are unacceptable for any company, especially for one like Ooredoo. It is imperative that these bugs are fixed with a more user-friendly interface.

Have to re-login literally every time you open the app that too with an OTP. Payments are slow. Can't use the app if there's no data which makes having the app pointless at times.

Update version of this app is amazing ' so far I cannot find anything to complain about, but one thing I want say, ooredoo is best compare to soul squeezing 'cunningly advertising network, and I wish ooredoo won't say 30mins is one day. I wish ooredoo will remain as number one. always.

It is very irritating to login every time with an OTP. Everyday it shows "Your login time expired". Outdated features. Previous version is better. Oredoo should make arrangements in its app to function without data to recharge and to see balance.

one prroblem is that the app itself have too many constant server failures and errors. sometimes really difficult when the app doesn't work efficiently. other than that it's a really good app

Need to sign in every time I have to use it. The Bug is consistent with 3 phones running Android 14. And what's with the pop-ups. Do we not pay u enough already

Mfaisaa unreliable. Service is down and am unable to use it to pay when the time comes. Tried the chat service online to see what's going on, and chat session also keeps ending.

I tried paying for my bill for over one hour. I had to reinstall the app. And eve after installing it was so lagging. After paying the app said the pahmwnt didnt go through and to try again. So like a fool i tried again. For the second tine also, it said to try again because it did not receive the payment. This time i checked my bank account and saw that the amoubt was deducted twice. I contacted bank of maldives and they told me that i was charged twice. I tried to contact ooredoo but

After the last update; 1. The Account connected to the app glitches, and sometimes asks to login again. 2. Payment gateway doesn't work, it gets stuck in a loop while loading. 3. The app crashes time to time even while using. 4. Chatting with an agent feature has a bad queue counter and contributes to the app crashing.

(2017)Home page blank... reload function not working... data/talk time balance not accurate... altogether useless . ( 2023) I'll admit since I wrote my last review this app was improved and had gained basic functionality UNTILL December 2022, now its a mess again. Doesn't load on some of my phones, and is a hassle to use on the phone that can actually run this.

There seems to be multiple issues in the latest update practically broken. All the app content is stuck in a never ending loading loop. After signing in there is no further loading just empty white spaces in all the areas where content used to be. Trying to open settings and manage account crashes the app. Cant fix on repopening even with fresh installation still the same.
