This app absolutely will not work on my phone. An email to reset the password never arrives and is not in junk folder. I reset the password on my laptop and it works, but will not work on the app. This is a chronic problem as I have deleted and reattempted to use the app several times over 4 to 5 years

Not as good as the Apple version. The Apple version let's you use the app as a point of service (clear tables, assign servers, etc) where Android only shows you a guestbook for the day.

When I first started working with them, they promised me at least ten bookings per week. In four weeks, I had around ten bookings. It never gave me notifications when there were bookings, and so people would come in and say they had booked, but I didn't know they had. When I spoke to a representative in Bristol, he referred me to customer service, and the call cost me around £60 and the issue has not been solved. They charge too much money for doing nothing at all. I don't recommend this app.

As a rudimentary app to see your reservations, it's ok. But compared to the ios version, it is mediocre. Almost all the features available on the ios; real-time customer progress through the night, adding reservations, guest feedback, is missing from the Android version. There are constant ios app updates, and yet the Android version is consistently basic.

Hard to believe that there are so many complaints about how android software isn't updated and why iPhone has so much more access. This app and it's people need to work better for such a used program. Apdate info for androids so us managers can all see what's going on please!!!!

The android version of the app is extremely limited compared to the iOS app for Phone and Pad. I use Connect and all I can use the Android app for is to monitor reservations and turn booking on/off. I can't change reservations, I can't enter new ones, the app notifications don't specify if a new reservation is manual or comes from the web, etc.... So until the Android version has more functionality, I have to give it a 2 star. I hope this helps the devs at OpenTable to incorporate more functions

This ap is very touchy, works only when you least expected. Also with all money we pay every month we expect a better return. Maybe works better on Apple phone. Please fix it to at least works on Android phone too!...

Android app used to be OK, now it's completely useless. Have not been able to open it in weeks. Ended up adding a web bookmark to my home screen which works way better than the original app ever did. Update August 19, 2022. Tried downloading the app again, still not working. Not sure how this hasn't been removed from the play store.

Android version does not show anywhere near what the iPhone version shows and it's quite awful, where keeping track of guests amd shift flow are concerned.

Attention all who need to modify and add reservations on an Android! Here's a workaround.... -open the website guest centre on your phone (it's actually configured very well for mobile) -use your browser settings to add to your homescreen by shortcut or whatever. -replace the App with the shortcut and delete the App -when you launch this, press 'continue to mobile site' and you will be able to use it as you SHOULD the App. It works perfect, you can modify and add reservations.

Android app needs some work! The iPhone app is much better, and more functional. All you can do now is basically look at the floor instead of all of the great things the apple app allows you to do.

Makes SevenRooms look like a luxury platform. Android app may as well not exist. LAND LORD SPECIAL "SUPPORT" After 3 months of our company going back to them for our reservation system, I'm confident we could get out of our contracts due to lack of support ALONE! Zero trust in a company that buys other brands to bury their tech instead of utilizing it. If you're in a race to the bottom or want to ensure your management gets zero answers for weeks on end, you're Home!

Useless app. Not only because of its limited functionality (which by itself is appalling for a company that size). It doesn't even do that well, as it frequently fails and disconnects. Terrible experience.

This app has been bad for years and has never been updated. crashes all the time, always logging out, missing tons of functionality, a lot of the integrations feel clunky and off. Could be such a useful tool but it just falls short almost every chance it gets

I would like the app but it logs me out at least 3 times a day and it crashes a lot. It would be nice to have a "save login and password" option. It's very frustrating. Uodate: app is now crashing and loging me out more than ever.

My high volume restaurant downloaded this back in January or February, right after the holidays which is our busiest season (thank GOD they waited), because this app is a complete and total MESS. The old Open Table was frustrating sometimes, sure, but this is on a whole other level. Waited to give a bad review because I can be a pessimist, so I gave it a chance and guess what? I still HATE it, 7-8 months later. Unfortunately reviews only allow for 500 characters because I could go on and on.

The app works well enough, but lacks key features and has a clunky UI. More access to manager functions is a must. I should be able to do everything I can do on the desktop from the app on my phone or it will never get 5 stars. Update: It's been almost 2 years since my original review and still no improvement. Knocking it down to 1-star for lack of care and a still trash app.

This is awful, the app always crashes or doesn't work well on my phone. I have to refresh multiple times and close the app multiple times just to view the day. My co-worker has an iPhone and it seems that the app company tailors to iPhone and leaves the android app in the dust. I can't even view reviews on here or do half the things they can do on the iPhone app. extremely frustrated and extremely unsatisfying. 1 star.

Improved, but has a long way to go. The app does have some utility now that reservation creation has finally been added to the Android version. It is however sorely lacking in other key areas. Occasional buggy behavior isn't uncommon. All the functions available on the GuestCenter webpage should be available in the app.

Not receiving reservation notifications since last update. Most functions/features have been moved to IOS app. Even some features available through a web browser, such as turning off reservations, have been disabled. Uninstalled/ reinstalled app... now crashes everytime I try to open app. Customer service is horrendous. OpenTable has seriously regressed
