App keeps sending false notifications - Battery 5%, Battery full, battery 5%, battery full. Reset phone, device and deleted amd reinstalled app, but still same issue. Please fix it!

Can't save custom face I have tried to make a custom watch face on this app, but there's no way to save it. Please fix this issue! If you fix I will rate 5 stars!!!

Have linked it to Google Fit and every time I refresh Smart Life it adds my daily step count to Google Fit. Apparently today I've done 32,000 steps... my watch reads 11,000. The app itself displays what's on the watch fine and is simple to use. Unfortunate that it doesn't seem compatible with GF as I've synced GF to a challenge I'm doing, which Smart Life isn't compatible with... swings and roundabouts.

Poor recording of performance, it doesn't record steps properly, I hadn't even put it on and it already recorded a few hundred steps. The battery life states up to 10 days and I have charge it every 8-9 hours. The app is poor doesn't record the temperature within the app , sleep recording is poor and wrong , needs a circuit class sports mode adding, recorded distance is wrong aswell on 99% of the time. In all honesty a poor poor experience and cannot even remotely say what my readings are.

Well I gotta say I did actually Dl a couple of other smart watch apps but they had enough issues. So I kept on looking. Then found this little beauty. Not got a full house of stars but isn't too shabby. Will achieve the full strike if I could figure out how control the music on my phone. With Bluetooth headphones I would prefer to access the control via watch, far easier and safer from prying eyes. Plus if I could access some watch faces through the app, free or reasonably priced. I'd be 😁

Have an issue trying to keep this app open in the background, I followed all the information and it's set correctly. 9/10 when I open the app it will throw up a tab for permission to run in the background. Have an Oppo A5 2020. Last update made the font huge and unreadable, it reverts back now and again to a small font. Dropped the rating, come on guys get it right!!

Every few days it looses connection and I have to delete the device from the phone and the other from the wearable, so I loose all my data and have to start again. I have done all the suggested things, and the app stays awake all the time, (battery life can attest to that). I have shut the app down with an app killer and it still sown reconnect, get it sorted!!!! I like everything about the app, if only it would keep the connection.

Just about "O.K" This app has very limited functionality and even then alot of it doesn't work. Eg Heart rate and temp graphs don't work. Today the app has dropped 2-3 of the reading outputs from the main screen so you can't see Heart rate, temp and some other item. You can't do any real time tracking of anything other than steps. So you can't constantly monitor your heart rate for any amount of time, just a single test point (which even then doesn't show on the graph so is largely pointless.

Using this app for quite a few months now. It updates regularly. It's connectivity to the smart watch is terrible even with exception from battery optimisation. Recently, it doesn't stay connected to the Google fit. I have to uninstall and reinstall to make it connect to Google fit to sync the data. As soon I get out of the app it disconnect with fit again. Terrible experience. On top developer has written that we don't look into every problem so you can't even put your problem to find solution.

Worked fine from mid-July until 11th December. Now keeps falling over when connecting fitness tracker. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times but no good. Clearly a bug was introduced which needs fixing - app is useless until this is resolved. Error message is 'Search operations too frequent, try again in a little while'. Two days later and not even the 'standard' feedback. Another day and I've just been advised of Developer Feedback, but I can't see that - another failure!

This app worked perfectly with a smart watch from China. It also saw my wife's watch different make. Did heart rate, exercise various types blood pressure, sleep time, and any other things. Worth downloading. Others were just junk like the one that came with my watch.

I don't know why my watch does not allow me to receive notifications, I have to reboot the watch and delete the app for it to work 1 day

The app works but is highly unoptimized. The memory usage from this app spikes my ram to 99% and bogs down my phone. Even with permission management, I still need to occasionally force close the app and clear the cache. The app re initializes itself with background processes and will consume system resources. Every time I force close this app my phone actually functions well again. According to the app notes,there is no way to delete your data that this app collects and sends to the developers.

Instead of adding "quote day" and some others non useful options, please add MORE watch faces, allow customization (rather than just upload and image) and with better response, 45 seconds to update??? too much.

Since the update, the phone regularly disconnects from Bluetooth and won't reconnect. Unfortunately, it's not a simple fix - the old version was much better!!

Pretty good. Tracks almost everything but sometimes it disconnects from my watch and I need to reinstall it to make it connect again. The Bluetooth has no problem connecting, it just unsyncs from my watch occasionally. All in all, 4 stars.

Since the newer updates with the UI change, it has been very accurate and useful. Edit: It would be 5 stars if they fix the error where sometimes the data from previous days gets mixed with the next day. It happens often enough that I can't give it 5 stars. Edit 2: my step watch has step counter, distance walked and calories burned. A Swiss GO BERN
