Be careful. Opodo is a scam company. They will automatically subscribe you and pay them year by year even if you close your account with them. They sell cheap but charge you forever. They will not give you any chance to cancel the subscription. They only way is to call your bank and cancel your account. Doesnt worth it. Most probably, the starts they have are paid.

Suddenly charged. I did not want to renew "prime", nor I received a notification. Terms of services mentions in the renewal section that they will notify customers & fees will not be refunded. However, I found out that the "auto renewal notification" is an option disabled by default. I just woke up & saw my money going away, bank calling me about a potential fraud case.

Dreadful app ! Your booking information appears when confirmed, but any changes do not. I booked 4 separate flights. The airline changed 2 of them which were confirmed in an email, but the app information did not update with the changes. The app alson informed me of a 'change of airport 'when, in fact, it was a change of terminal' After being bombarded by Opodo to install this app, I will be deleting it from my phone as soon as I am on the plane for my journey home.

Can't really recommend this app. It adds a layer of obfuscation between you and the chosen airline or hotel booking system often giving you out of date or incorrect information. This resulted, in my case, of having to use the airline site and support personnel directly to resolve the problem. Edit: The link you provided to explain my problems points to a page that doesn't exist!

Scammers - flexible travel and cancellation policies are worthless with all the hidden small print. Customer service have different rules depending on who you talk to. Once they have your money they are uninterested in helping you resolve matters.

Quick WARNING about OPODO. It's a SCAM. Please don't book anything through them, as they will charge you £89 for a prime subscription without your authorisation. Stay safe and avoid any unnecessary charges.

This a SCAM app. It doesn't work, doesn't even open on my phone so no tickets and boarding passes available on mobile device. Absolutely useless. Yet it charged full year subscription. Do not install.

It was the worst experience for me working with Opodo! We booked a flexible flight and paid extra money for it (600 euro for two). After a while we wanted to change the date of our flight. In the website we select a different date and accept to pay 200 euro difference fee, but it was not confirmed! We called them and after 4 hours of talking, finally they told us that it is only possible if we pay extra 500! It means that for a 300 euro flight we have to pay 550! That's a FRAUD!

Worst app ever. I have paid more money for the possibility to exchange to flight time. And for such request They said this progress 3 will take 3 days. With Prime membership, I can only contact them by phone, and I had to waste hours for normal request. One of the most tribe experiences with the travel app. Never try it. It just brings regret. Review : I have contacted them again and again and again, and then they said the only possibility is to pay more than 500 euros to change the flight.

I've originally gave 2 stars, but it's far worse than that. It's very limited what you can do in the app, besides being redirected to help topics, that solve nothing. The company is really close to be a scam, and definitely the prime program is. Offers nothing, insurances end up to be worthless, there is a fee for everything and when your flight gets cancelled you need to basically beg for the refund. Really, nothing works, and you can't do any changes with the airline directly, AVOID!

Even one star is too much !!!! I bought a ticket last year in sept. Used this app one time. I canceled my membership last year and not once i used it. But just now they charged me 90 euros even though when i go to my acc i am NOT a member! They cheated me blind and when i call, this guy in India tells me they only cancel by making a call ???? Shame on you

Worst ever travel agent .Regarding refund, the service is totally unreasonable and unacceptable, and I do not recommend this app I had to wait 6 weeks to get my refund, and by then, the tickets that I needed to purchase again doubled in prices Bad Bad Bad is still not getting my refund for more than 7 weeks waiting and nothing yet ...do not use this app Still not received my refund ...

I book my busan trip thro kayak. But I was swing to opodo. Before I can book my flight ticket, I was asked to join opodo prime membership free trial. Without ticking this free trial, I can't go to book my ticket. During the next 2 week I email many email to opodo customer service n opodo UK to cancel membership. I am not tech savvy n I scroll and search in vain except the customer service n opodo email. later I received a credit card payment for membership. I object to my bank to no avail!

Opodo never again. They just want from you payment for PRIME and don't care about your satisfaction at all. PRIME is totally useless, prices after their discount are much higher than other sellers . Cancellation and refund is impossible even same same day of payment. They don't care about your satisfaction just care about the money. I don't recommend it.

Two stars because they actually cancelled my membership (and confirmed by email). You can't do it online, the hyperlink sends your call to France, and I'm currently on the third departmental transfer regarding the $70 voucher offered for calling to cancel. 4th transfer now.

They are frauds. Dont book anything with them. They signed me up for prime membership without me noticing it and there is no option to cancel your membership directly from the app. I had forgotten about it and in an year they auto renewed my membership which i didnt sign up for willingly in the first place and cut 100€ from my account. You have to call them to cancel the membership but they never answer the call. I am going to take legsl action against them.

Overall bad experience. They use 12hr timings with miniature AM/PM letters next to it so you easily get confused thinking that you are booking morning flights whereas you're booking evening flights. Then you get confirmation with 24hr timings and you realise the mistake, you call for assistance and they double charge you to change the flights. Re the Prime membership, you can only cancel it by calling them, not via the app. When you call, they'll try to convince you not to cancel for about 10mi

Scam. Misleading Pricing and Questionable Practices. Their prices are heavily inflated, only to be "discounted" as prime membership prices to a rate that matches what you'd find directly through the airline or hotel. This deceptive practice gives the false impression of getting a deal, but in reality, you're not saving any money. On top of that, they sneakily charge you £89.99 as a membership fee. It's a scam from start to finish. Avoid falling for their misleading pricing tactics.

Disgusting!!! If you want to unsubscribe, contact support for help with your subscription—it's just impossible to do. After numerous attempts to call, I was finally connected to a consultant, but as soon as he heard my question, he hung up and I couldn't reach him again. When trying to book a hotel, it just displayed a blank page. By the way, plane tickets can be found much cheaper than what this app offers. I don't understand why I need this subscription ..

One of the worst experience I had with an app or website in a really long time. Cancelling the prime membership is an absolute nightmare,everything is done for you to not find the way to do it. This should not be allowed and I can imagine many non tech savvy people might struggle to do it and get stuck with a useless expensive prime membership. The link in the app to cancel the subscription is also not working for some weird reasons
