I tried to find the price for a medication but the list of generics is really confusing. After 4 searches I found the right price. Not user friendly. I uninstalled.

Had trouble getting this to work at Walmart. The prices shown on the app were not what Walmart was seeing. When I called Optum Perks to advise them of the issue, they advised me the values shown were only estimates. So even though I pulled the coupon standing in front of the pharmacy, the value shown was not correct. Why have the app? Why use the app? You'd think they could have it reflect the correct price instead of something they pulled out their.. err, ear.

Here's the deal, their coupon price is just an estimate, as with all of these so-called prescription apps. The difference is, when you go to an actual listed pharmacy, they laugh at the "price" given on the "coupon." It is ALWAYS wrong, and by a lot more than the other so-called prescription apps. And the actual price is ALWAYS much higher than all of the other so-called prescription apps actual price.

Just downloaded it and compared prices to a popular app that most people use. Prices for 30 day refills with this app shows they are a bit cheaper than the other but if you want a 90 day supply, the price are jacked up quite a bit from the other one. I have not used the coupons at the pharmacy yet.

Checking drug prices on Optum Perks Rx discount is very easy. I find that they have the lowest prices on my medications. Being on a fixed income and taking 10 medications is really hard with the economy as it is. Give this app a try next time you're pricing meds. I'm very pleased with the savings, it helps pay for other necessities.

App worked before but now is crashing. For whatever reason it won't allow me to see the coupon. It keeps running back and forth between the page where you select the medication and the prices. This makes the app completely and utterly unusable.

Best free prescription discount app out there! I've been using this app for 2 years at Walgreens. They always have the lowest price on my prescriptions but you have to insist that your pharmacy use your Optum Perks card Even if they say they don't accept it because Walgreens does 100%. Optum Perks even beats every prescription discount app that checks for the lowest prices on a script. Give it a try. I promise it won't disappoint you.

I haven't tried to use a coupon yet at a new pharmacy, but the prices look SO MUCH BETTER than CVS or CVS Caremark!!!

False advertising. Was in between insurance coverage because my workplace was bought out. My meds are typically $300 - $400~ OOP. The app said that their coupon would make it $54. The lowest the pharmacist could get it to was $112, and that was with a *GoodRx* coupon. Thankfully, I had the money, but not everyone does. Blatantly misleading. The coupon shown was for the exact medication I was getting.

Not even worth a single star DECEPTIVE PRICES!! Don't believe the prices you see, these are "not guaranteed" (per their customer service rep). Went to Walmart (where I avoid at all cost) for a ridiculous low price that was on my coupon only to pay $2 more than the coupon price. The rep said "prices change and besides, IT'S ONLY $2, THAT'S NOT BAD". Seriously?? If it's "only" $2, then maybe Optum should pay it!! Deleted app. I will NOT be on the receiving end of a BAIT AND SWITCH app.

App not very user friendly. You have to keep hitting the back button on your phone to get out of the screen you're in. It would be better to have buttons at the bottom that could take you where you want to go without hitting the back button constantly. Prices aren't much better, and in some cases worse, than the other discount RX apps.

Right now on my union plan I'm paying zero, but I'm soon to retire, and I am checking out prices, this app and its services looks very good to me.

The prices and stuff are as advertised. The interface leaves a lot of room for improvement. In order to search for a medication a second time, it's necessary to remove and retype the name into the search field, as an example.

Optum Perks: Rx Discount Card is a lifesaver for anyone looking to save on prescription medications. The app is easy to use, allowing quick access to discounts at local pharmacies. The savings are significant, and the card is accepted at most major chains. The best part is it's completely free to use. Highly recommend for anyone looking to reduce their prescription costs without hassle!

I have trier and downloaded every Rx coupon app on the Playstore. Optum Perks is the best. Other good ones are: GoodRx, SingleCare, and RxGo.

I was given a coupon and when I took it to the pharmacy the cost was three times what the coupon said. Optum perks customer service said that the prices in the app may not be accurate So what's the point of the app

App stops at search, I tried in two different phones same result . so I think even 1 star is too generous! I deleted the app.

Installed 3 times. Accept user agreement, continue to coupons never continues. Uninstalled. What waste of time. Adding that icon in app store not icon when app d/l. Seems tricksy to me. So wanted to use the app. Found drug with browser but that is it. Is this app legit?
