App has been constantly crashing and freezing on my Samsung A40 phone. Deleting cache and force shutdown of the app does not help at all. I'm having to restart my phone and uninstall and install the app from time to time. So annoying.

I have issues every single day just to log in! and it takes so much time, i have to be removing the app and installing it up to reseting passwords due to multiple attepts. This app is wack! I like the old school way using the browser. If it was for me i will give them no Stars! 👎🏽

Absolutely trash can app. Non-stop forced updates as well as constantly making you change your password. I swear this app forgets your password because you'll be logging in everyday and then all of a sudden your password is wrong. The same password you've been using everyday. Not to mention senseless updates that make the app worse. You guys are are all trash cans who run this app

Doesn't load messages. Won't search contacts. Will give me a notification every time I open the app that I have an unread message but it would be from days ago because messages won't load. If im in a hurry and need someone to transfer me inventory, it will time out before I can get the message open, if it will show up in my inbox at all.

Been two years and the issue still hasn't been corrected. Still can't use the collaboration feature on mobile. Please fix this.

There are so many issues. There is not enough space to list. Forced to use this app. Otherwise, I wouldn't. Poorly designed and implemented even worse. Clearly, devs have never used the app in the wild. Sat behind a desk with a beeft PC and large monitor, I'm sure it works great. As if you had used ChatGPT to create an entire platform.

Feels like 2001, not 2021. Unpolished interface that you have to scroll constantly up and down. Tons of sub-menus that you need to get in and out of. Infinite amount of useless information that makes everything overloaded with content. Don't plug your phone in your car because it logs you out and gives you a http error 404, you then need to restart the app. Don't unplug from your car once you logged back in because again..error 404. I'm no programming wizard but I could do better with one hand.

Trash app have to delete and reinstall multiple times a month. Still months later haveto delete entire app and re-download all the time. Garbage. Update review still doing the same thing I'm currently deleting the app in hope my route pops up with work.

The mobile version does not support the 'Smart Search' functionality like the Web Browser version. The user only able to scroll the list of long enumerated list unlike in the web browser which has the capability to habe Smart Search and dynamic filtering. This is a standard functionality which missing in the mobile version. Any plan to include the smart search in the future?

I wish I could give this 0 stars. It constantly logs me out, capturing customer signatures is incredibly glitchy, it insists on tracking my location which kills my battery life, and I have had to reinstall it twice in one week to be able to capture signatures and access account notes. Everything ran smoothly on my chrome browser before I was forced to migrate to this terribly broken and glitchy app.

My company has been using this for over 6 months. To say that it is a failure is generous. Due to high priority calls, our routes are changed on the fly. This application uses algorithms that do not adapt to these changes. It often schedules me for 20 + hour days and schedules my first lunch at over 10 hours into my shift. A few days ago it assigned me a job and scheduled me to drive 74 hours spend about 1 hour doing a repair and then driving 74 hours back. All before lunch. And much more.

This is the worst app for company use could have been selected. AI for routing failed immediately and locks up the GPS. The key strokes to get a simple task done is stupid. To load a picture takes approximately 15 ķey strokes. Why? Part management is bad and 2nd visits to sites gets lost. This program has made my work life 3x more frustrating. It's junk.

This app does what it's supposed to. One major problem though. If it is running in the background it will constantly switch apps back to this. If I'm looking at my area maps on another app I constantly have to switch back to the other app because this keeps switching me back to it. Terrible. If I wasn't required by work to use this I would uninstall immediately.

Just another work related app that is developed by people who never have to experience using it themselves out in the field. Slower every day, constantly need to clear cache or restart or re log in. Even worse if you work rural areas where you may go in and out of service regularly. At the time of writing the review actually unusable for 3 days now and I have to go directly to the websites I need.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They pushed out a new update, it takes 10 seconds to a full minute to go anywhere within the app. The design is awful and banners way too large for the screen take up all the important info. And they compiled most of the actions I need behind more button options. It literally makes me want to slam my phone into a wall. Impossible to use and get the information I need to do the job in a timely manner

UPDATE: the previous issue was resolved after an update but now I have a new issue. if the app has been open longer than a half an hour on my phone and I try to scroll through a work order then try and tap on anyting it's snaps back up to the top of the work order. This makes it impossible to open up a trouble call history or 2 highlight an address to open up in maps
