More About Oracle Fusion Applications
The Oracle Fusion Apps gives organizations secure access to their Oracle Cloud Applications while on the go. The same responsive user experience enabled in the web application is available in this mobile app, and provides a seamless and consistent experience.
Supply chain healthcare users can perform cycle counts, receiving, put away, stocking inquiries, stock issues, pick confirm, subinventory transfers, and periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) counts in the mobile app. These mobile flows support scanning relevant barcode data using either a camera-based or device-based scanner. Offline support is included in periodic automatic replenishment (PAR) count application.
You can access the new mobile flows by clicking the Inventory Management (New) menu entry under the Supply Chain Execution navigation group. Alternatively, you can directly navigate to individual mobile pages by clicking on the individual Quick Actions. For example, clicking the PAR Count (Mobile) quick action takes you directly to the PAR Count mobile page.
As a new hire, you can view and manage your onboarding tasks before your first day of work. As an employee, you can manage your personal information, view your payslip, manage your goals, view and manage your benefits elections, manage your skills and qualifications, look up colleagues in the directory, and much more. As a manager, you can hire an employee, promote, transfer, change the working hours, and manage salary and compensation of current employees. You can also use My Team to stay informed of your team’s overall employment, compensation, and talent information. All users, can also view their notifications and approve or reject a request from their mobile device using this application.
Now with offline support, learners can complete their learning at any time. When the device connects online again, it synchronizes the learning assignment progress and completion status with the server.
- You must have an active Oracle Cloud Applications user account.
- Your mobile device must have internet access and be connected to a live Oracle Applications Cloud server.
- Your Applications Cloud home page must be configured to use the News Feed Default Layout (see MyOracleSupport document ID 2399671.1).
- Only mobile responsive features enabled in your Cloud web application are available (see MyOracleSupport document ID 2399671.1).

My company started using this, facing lot of issues with the attendance, even after doing clock in clock out still the attendance is not reflecting in the calendar & time cards are showing errors for no reason. WORST EXPERIENCE.

Whilst it contains the necessary features to check everything about my employment; Oracle HCM Cloud suffers from poor UI and usability. It is clear no attempt was made to integrate with the wider Android ecosystem ie. Material design which is simply poor development.

My company has just started using this for all HR functions (pay slips/booking time off/online training, etc). Crashes anytime you move away from the app to get the passcode to log in either via email or text. Absolutely useless app.

Unable to download Oracle HCM Cloud. This is the message I received when I attempted to put in the correct user ID and PW. [Forbidden You are not authorized to access the requested resource] I am authorized per my Employer who purchased this right for me to look at my personal data. I called global costomer support. Got nothing. Called service desk. Got nothing. Just want to look at my paycheck stubs.

The worst app ever I used.. It takes too much time to open and after open its shows error. After refresh the app will open fully. OTP will not receive on time sometimes couldn't mark attendence though.

After new update 15 / 01 / 2025 , which is abou face id authentication Mobile phone attendance, i am totally dis appointments with that . First all the time from past two days it doesn't recognize my face and alwas says " you have reached the maximum number of attempts today " . I am requesting Domino's technonica to fix those issues as soon as possible?

just make sure your admin has set up the server side correctly for responsive ui, if they have then you'll find a completely new way of interacting with oracle. Been using it for the last couple of weeks and found it was quite a lot better tha I thought it could possibly be on a small screen. The new search screens and filters make a surprising upgrade to what was a pretty ordinary experience.....

The OTP doesn't arrive, due to which I'm unable to mark attendance. There's also no option for regularization; instead, I have to log a call, but I haven't received any payment for that until now. Based on my one year of experience, this has been a very poor experience

too wide home page need to scroll all the way to the right to see the dashboard. when clicking the dashboard the annoying tip would cover telling to use the back button. but pressing back button doesn't remove the tip making the app not usable. where's your qa?

The hierarchy chart is wrong as per my designation is also not correctly filled in the app. And there is no way out to edit that same, My main notion is :- THAT THE SPECIFIC APP. IS FOR HRIS MANAGEMENT OR TO ACCESS THE LOCATION OF THE EMPLOYEE, do the app. Uses the location for web lock login or it is simply the management clock for punch in of attendence.

Same as the others. Crashes as soon as I sign in and it opens. It stinks to be forced to have to use this in order to see my pay, but still for months haven't been able to do so. My understanding is this I'd a problem for anyone using an android device? Is there going to be a fix for this anytime soon?

If I see in my life such a useless app means this is the one. Really useless if I need to punch in minimum I need to walk and search for the location twice everyday location will change one day in front of Store second day location will be in the highway so really good and greacefull app hopefully waiting for bugs and all types of technical problems Thankyou

the apps crash. need to reinstall twice per day. always stuck at log in. reinstall and itk ok again for a while.. then happened again stuck at log in due server problem. hope u can fix this issues. and after finish the e learning its take so much time to get 'right' mark event you has been play every slide more than 3 times.

Ok so this app is basically just a mobile wrapper allowing access to the HCM instance on the phone which is convenient and saves time from having to open the laptop. Keeps me logged in too which is also a bonus. Feature wise looks like everything that is usually visible on the laptop is here. Can check my shift timings more easily, so fulfills its purpose I guess.

Had been working fine. Now, I'm unable to view or print my pay statement. When I click to view statement, only a blank screen opens up. Also, used to be able to use biometrics to login. That has stopped working as well. I've cleared the cache and tried everything but doing a reinstall.

Who knows. Signed in, made it to the homescreen where an overlay saying "press back button to return home" and "swipe to access menu bar" came up. Can not interact with the overlay and the back button just cycles the overlay. There are things I love oracle for but when it comes to HCM better to go with a company with a more modern dev team.

Big daily headache. zero stars. Missing timecards, people's pay continually gets lost can't process invoices properly because vendors aren't there, on boarding doesnt work. Video tutorials we got do not accurately explain navigation. Worst transition ever. Shouldn't sell product that literally 100's of thousands of people might rely on for their livelihood if it is this terribly inadequate or has this many problems, now my company is left trying to solve a nightmarish mountain of issues.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This app was designed by the same people who thought having their capital city in a bowl below sea level was a good idea. It never works, network errors constantly. When it does properly load up, none of your log in credtials work... they are correct but no they are not. Absolutely terrible. Rouses and anyone else who uses this should stop immediately.

A joke of an app. When you first open it, it shows you a 404 error. You click homepage to actually get to the main menu, where things are laid out unintuitively. Every time you go into the wrong tab and hit the back button to go back a screen, the app closes entirely and you have to start over from the beginning. How could any company release this as a finished product? It's almost beyond belief.
