How can I only access the app when I have an internet connection, so what if I want to buy airtime or data or pay my bills I will need connection to access the app to perform those activities. I thought it was an app I can just go to with or without internet connection.

The app is good and easy to activate bundles. But after using the app for some time some of the bundles pages keep showing blank.

Am unable to open the app in my phone because they are telling me that my device appear to be up rooted, that the application cannot operate in an up rooted device 😑

This app was only good during Afcon. It's becoming more and more complicated with a heavy amount over few undurable gigabites which hardly make up to two weeks. Please review the amount and the corresponding gigabites

Very cool app, clean design and simple to use. I would have however loved that the app be useable offline too, if I have to purchase a bundle and I don't have Internet

Total upgrade , I guess we just needed to be patient , because the previous updates had so many issues.. For me this app is now recommendable bugs are fixed and there are a lot more features than before

Even after the update, app still has same problem. You can't even successfully login into the app, not to talk of buying a bundle. It's such a waste. Even the WhatsApp number they give you don't help. You just chat with a robot that has limited programmed answers. Ask about the app and the robot can't provide any tangible answer.

This is the worst orange app ever. Keeps on failing even when you have data connection or wifi on and connected. Very complicated and bad app.. please think twice before installing this app. I'll give one star till they fix the app. Lost of data for nothing 🚫 🚫

There have been some good changes now thanks for listening to our worries orange 3 🌟 cause you still can't open the app for free, which means if your connection is expired you cannot buy it through the app you will still need to go the analog way🤷

If it was possible to give half a stat for sure that's what I would have done. The tabs do not open most of the time whether you have an active data bundle or not. For instance we're Friday and there's the Friday Max Bundle. There's no where to tap so as to subscribe to the bundle: going to the notifications it's same. You see the message informing you of the promo but no way to subscribe. Some work really has to be done by the tech for this to be solved quickly

This application is not compatible at all with google talk back for blind users like me which makes me prefer the previous my orange app that was very usable for the blind. It gives me the impression this app was not developed with blind people in mind because even others in the blind community are also complaining. Please, Orange should do something about this problem 🙏🏿 because I really feel left out as a blind orange user who relies on the screen reader app Google talk back to access apps

The app has extraordinary profits but I have some difficulties logging. I contacted the client service but my problem wasn't solved. If they could do more efforts for better logging it will be nice.

The worst network I've ever seen. • No proper coverage. • Fluctuating signal (especially on WhatsApp voice & video calls). • No resolutions of complaints. • App support is very bad. • App isn't user friendly. • Responses are always delayed from customer care. Updated-10-Jul-24 - Now the problem is gonna more bad as the network keeps disconnecting very frequently. My true advise to all the mobile network users that don't buy orange, instead orange go for MTN which is more stable.

Good connection, and the 500mb free data every month is back. Bundles are still expensive though. But my biggest problem is the price of the home box, 40k just to activate data again each month.

Nice App though not the best... If you can add in the dark mode and reduce reponse then it's better. Without data, one cannot access the app to activate bundles compared to that of MTN... It's a pity at that level but nevertheless it's simple and easy go use

App is great, just one issue. Since it's meant to purchase bundles, one should be able to access it without internet bundle, so as to purchase one. It makes it difficult for someone to use the app, when they already need an active bundle to access the app and its features. If this is looked into I think the app will be used more.

It doesn't activate the normal options it gives!! Like in an option they say 1000 francs equals to 2500megas it instead gives 2043megas !! What is the meaning of all these !! While I have been doing the apps pub and people have been discovering the app !! Now disappointed comes !! Your politics are so poor!! No confidence any more no more using any more this app and ni more using orange SIM cards!! Too uch disappointed !!

Great app for Orange Cameroon users. The UI is pretty easy to navigate. Also, the data bonus when you activate an Orange bonus data bundle is cool. The app works even if you have no mobile data volume. A while ago, I was unable to sign into the app, but after leaving a one star review here on Google Playstore with my complaint, the problem was handled and I was able to login with ease into the app.

I was quite excited to discover the new features of the updated app, but I was very disappointed because it doesn't change much from the previous version and I am still unable to check and track my active subscriptions like the pulse bundles because it doesn't display on the app. And the app is a little glitchy when it concerns the translations, when switching from French to English some sections of the app still remain in French.Tabs like my space are still in French even when I switch it to EN
