I am using this app. They tell me I have got a gift but no gift when I open. I only see numbers. How can these numbers be a gift? Need help Orange Team CIV, my points are 15750 already. Moreover the option share your data doesn't work with me

How come the internet connection I'm paying a full 25000 francs for (approx50 USD) per month, as of 4-5 days ago, no longer allows me to stream video despite being recharged regularly? Is Orange reducing internet speed to make up for the fact that it had to reduce mobile money prices to compete with Wave? Where's the customer service when you're not providing even the basic service advertised and paid for?

Very good ago app that allows some gifts but, please be more generous than that by making get the gifts easily Also, allow us to share data or pass illimix with our contacts through the app. Thank the Team Orange, well done !

Good app but please check your server... It looks like an abandon app... Sometimes I can't subscribe to pass because it says network error... And guess what? I'm using this same network to redownload your app and write this review.

This app is the worst I ever used. It never opens. Can't get any access and when you try to contact the online assistant, they keep saying the same useless and stupid stuff.

I really like the app and everything in between. We don't need to remember the syntax for communication fees, for internet mobile data... It gathers them all. But the reason why I only gave 3 stars is, I don't know for others but IT DOES CRASH A LOT.

Worse experience ever!!! The system kept sending me a log in code via SMS but i cannot use it to log in!!! It's stuck at the login screen pfff miss the old app orange et moi....

The app stopped working after the new update. It keeps showing the message, "A problem has occurred. Please try again later," and gets stuck on a loading screen. I don't have access to anything and it's frustrating. Please fix it.

Quite good application though sometimes hardly update your information. This application can be crazy sometimes always sending notifications for update. Though accepting it continues. Even if you uninstall to reinstall, it continues requesting updates. So crazy

This is a very terrible app. I've been trying to access it to register my sim but it's keeps saying that my sim card isn't placed properly despite changing it's position to sim port 1 as indicated on the website. The developers should look into it.

I am very frustrated. Since two day I am unable to get into the app because it doesn't recognize my Sim card. If you don't have the technology to create a simple app just don't do it. You make us lose time. This app deserves the first 0 star in history.

While the UI of the update looks decent, the new update has practically proven useless to me as I can't log in to the app to be able to use it. I have switched off my WiFi to use the 3G/4G as suggested but still no luck. Would improve the ratings when this is resolved.

Worst app i have ever used. Takes minutes to open, after multiple crashes on almost every launch. Used to be decent but is barely usable innthe past 4-5 months. Not sure if it's related but I'm using a Pixel XL with Android P. [Update: 3 April 19] App feels snappy again despite the annoying prompts. However, I found another bug. I sent you guys an email with the details of the issue and my contact, if you need more info. Rating updated.
